Former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams has updated her Twitter to announce that she will start recording her fourth solo album soon!

Starting new albummmm soon! Going for my last sound from UNEXPECTED but of course doper!!! That’s all I know and am abl 2 share!

Signed under Columbia, Michelle released her third solo album Unexpected last year only to have it flop on the US charts. The lead single “We Break the Dawn” reached #1 on the Hot Dance Airplay charts.

But until her next album drops, she will be playing in the West End production of Chicago in London as Roxie Hart.

Michelle sure is blessed to be given the chance to work on a new project seeing as Kelly was dropped as soon as she fired Mathew Knowles as her manager. We wish her luck with her album – Unexpected was actually a very good album but with a lack of promotion, only a very small portion of the country heard it.
