    I got up at 6:30 AM, arrived at my polling location at 6:52 AM, and was out by 8:15 AM. But according to the poll workers, my precinct has a little over 1700 registered voters and 400 voted by absentee ballot.

    But regardless, I would have waited 3, 4, 5, even 12 hours if I had to! Our society waits longer than that for material things and gadgets, so what makes an election different?

    I know obama’s gonna get this country out of all the bullshi it’s burried itself in. we’ve been waiting since the end of slavery to get a bloack person in office and we’ve did it. Mr. Martin Luther King Jr. didn’t die in vain, his cause is still going strong, the movement continues. As a first time voter I would love to say Barack gonna pull out and above this economic crisis and pointless war. MY PRESIDENT IS BLACK:)
