R&B stars Ne-Yo and Estelle joined forces to give a small, private concert at Salon Millesime on Wednesday (Jan 19).
Estelle celebrated her birthday just a day before, and Ne-Yo recently opened up a boutique with his girlfriend Monyetta called “Emerlyn & Ester”. Congrats to everyone!

Cameron Diaz Talks About Buying Weed from Snoop Dogg on “Lopez Tonight”
Turns out Cameron Diaz is a lot more like her role as a pot-smoking teacher in her upcoming film “Bad Teacher” than most would expect! The 38 year-old actress made an appearance on “Lopez Tonight” yesterday (Jan. 19) and talked about how she use to buy weed from Snoop Dogg in high school.

Baby Yoga Video is the Real Deal After-all!
Wow … remember that video we posted earlier this month of the woman swinging a naked newborn baby around like a rag doll??? Well, turns out, it’s the real deal!
The woman in the video is Lena Fokina, a Russian self-proclaimed “childbearing expert” based in Dehab, Egypt, and according to Gawker, she’s been doing this for years. She says she teaches baby yoga for a living and raised two healthy daughters that way. Or at least we HOPE they’re healthy.

Drunk Mexicans Throw Grenade Onstage and Kill Band After they Refuse to Come Back for an Encore
Like seriously….what is this world coming to???
Four drunk men went totally bizerk at a bar in Mexico after a band ended their set and refused to continue past 4 AM. One of the drunkards even threw a grenade on stage……while the others shot and killed two of the band members and injured an innocent bystander.

Eddie Murphy and family gathered at the Juliet Supperclub in New York City on Tuesday (Jan 18) to celebrate his daughter Bria Murphy’s new partnership with Softsheen-Carson as their new spokes model.
Bria’s mother Nicole Mitchell and sister Shayne looked happy to be there in support of the 21-year-old. In addition, actress Nia Long and model Tyson Beckford were also at the event. Congrats, Bria!

Katy Perry Announces “California Dreams” Tour Dates!
Katy Perry is hitting the road!
The “California Gurls” singer announced via Facebook (and later Twitter) that she is all set to kick off her 40-date “California Dreams” World Tour. The North American leg of the tour begins its journey in Atlanta on June 7th, and Katy will make stops in Orlando, New York, New Jersey, Toronto, Dallas, and Los Angeles before wrapping up with two dates in her hometown of Santa Barbara, CA in August.
“It’s an edible-looking tour with meat and candy,” she said. “It’ll look like a smorgasbord of them.”
Perry also said that she will be hiring Mark Ryden and Will Cotton, the artists who created the artwork for her Teenage Dream album, to help her create the look of the fantasy world tour.

“I’m the best friend, and I wouldn’t be the best friend if I told you, so I don’t know … #KanyeShrug” Selita jokingly told Wendy, later adding: “You know what, he would be smart if he did marry her. So, he’d be a very smart man.”

Chuck E. Cheese’s is known as “the place where a kid can be a kid.” Apparently, it’s also known as “the place where a pervert can be a pervert.”
A 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with child molestation after a woman caught the man exposing himself and masturbating inside of a Columbus, Georgia Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurant.

Jennifer Garner Launches “The Kids’ Cooking Academy” in Los Angeles
On Tuesday (Jan 18), actress Jennifer Garner was at the Smashbox Studios in Los Angeles to help launch The Kids’ Cooking Academy with appliance company Frigidaire.
The star was all smiles as she posed for pictures and helped kids prepare different types of meals. The school is meant to encourage involving children in the process of cooking to benefit the family as a whole.

9,400-year-old Dog Bone Found in Southwest Texas
Apparently….dogs here in North America have been around for almost 10 millenniums! Researchers have reportedly come across a bone fragment from what they believe to be the earliest confirmed domesticated dog in both North AND South America.
Samuel Belknap III, a University of Maine graduate student, found a bone fragment while analyzing a dried-out sample of human waste that was dug-up in southwest Texas back in the 1970’s. A carbon-dating test revealed that the bone was over 9,000 years old, and a DNA analysis also confirmed that the fragment came from a dog, not a wolf, coyote or fox.
And the fact that the bone fragment was discovered in a pile of old human feces means that dogs were used as a source of food thousands of years ago.
