Just like BET … we’re saving the best for last! Beyonce wasn’t able to perform live on stage at the 2011 BET Awards due to a scheduling conflict (she was in the UK performing at the Glastonbury Festival). So to make up for that, a couple of pre-recorded performances from her Glastonbury set were shown at the end of the show.

Kelly Rowland KILLED IT last night on the BET Awards! And oh yeah … Trey Songz was there too.
Trigga opened up the performance with rendition of “Love Faces” and his latest single “The Usual” before introducing Kelly Rowland, who literally tore the stage down as she performed her hit single “Motivation” to much applause and probably the biggest and most positive response she’s ever had performing solo at an awards show. We give Kelly an A+++ for her showing!

Alicia Keys is currently celebrating her 10th anniversary in music and she performed a catalogue of her hits Sunday night at the 2011 BET Awards in her first big, televised appearance since giving birth to her son late last year. The R&B singer kicked off her set with her brand new song “Typewriter,” which led her straight into “A Woman’s Worth.”
Moments later Bruno Mars showed up opposite Keys and the duo began singing together before they transitioned into “Maybach Music” (featuring Rick Ross). Keys then closed her performance out with a rendition of her debut single “Fallin.”

Look at him now! Chris Brown stole the stage Sunday night (Jun 26) at the BET Awards. After opening his performance with a short rendition of his “She Ain’t You” single, Breezy invited Busta Rhymes to the stage to help him perform “Look at Me Now,” before segueing into the fan favorite song “Paper Scissors Rock.”
Later in the show, Breezy snagged a couple awards in the “Best Collaboration,” “Best Male R&B Artist,” and “Viewer’s Choice” categories.

Blige kicked off the 2011 BET Awards with a performance medley of her songs “Mary Jane” and “Real Love” before being joined on the stage by the legendary Anita Baker on “Caught Up in the Rapture.” The 40-year-old singer ended her set by debuting the song “It Ain’t Over” featuring rappers Jadakiss and DJ Khaled.

The 2011 BET Awards went down in Los Angeles last night (Sun. Jun 26) … and the green carpet was JAM PACKED with celebrities! So many, that we’re going to have to split this post into 2.
Some of the big names who graced the green carpet outside the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. included Nicki Minaj, Kelly Rowland, Meagan Good, host Kevin Hart, Eve, Ashanti, Nick Cannon, YouTube sensation “Karmin,” Nelly, Bruno Mars and dozens of others.
Kevin Hart, host of this year’s BET Awards, landed the cover of the the latest issue of JET Magazine Inside the pages of the July 4th edition of the periodical, the comedian talks about his divorce, his rise to fame and more.

Beyonce, who is preparing for the release of her new album “4” this week, is the cover girl for the July 2011 issue of Essence Magazine. And by the looks of these outtakes from the photo spread … it seems like she has a strong affinity for horses and the “ranch life.”

Dressed in a neon sports bra, Amber Rose hit the beach in Santa Monica earlier this week as a camera crew followed her around to shoot her new reality show. Titled “Behind Her Shades,” the show will follow Kanye West’s ex girlfriend (and Wiz Khalifa’s current girlfriend) as she embarks on a brand new business venture to open up a Sunglasses store later this year.
“You’ll see the process that I have to go through in order to get it (the shop) … it’s not really easy to get a store and get people to come,” she says. “My show is going be an open book of my life, my family and my businesses and it’s called Behind Her Shades because usually I have shades on and it’s everything that’s behind them that people don’t know about, but they’ll learn.”
There had been rumors that Amber lied about the show (or it was dropped or something) … but these pictures prove that she at least has a show in the works now.

Jennifer Aniston showed off her very first tattoo while out and about in New York City this past Friday afternoon (Jun 24).
The tattoo reads “Norman,” her rep confirms to People, which pays tribute to her Welsh corgi-terrier mix who died last month at 15 years old.
“Men come and go but there really is no relationship like the one you have with a dog — and then they don’t live as long as they should,” Aniston once told a British news outlet.
“You have to say goodbye way too soon. It’s just so sad. It makes me so sad. But their love is unconditional and I love that,” she continued.
Anna Graceman is only 11 years old … but she wowed the “America’s Got Talent” judges with her huge voice as she sang a stunning rendition of Alicia Keys’ popular song “If I Ain’t Got You” during the Atlanta auditions.
Anna, who was voted through to the next round in Las Vegas, wowed the judges and the crowd even further when she sat down behind a keyboard and flawlessly played the song’s piano instrumental.
