Rapper DMX – real name Earl Simmons – pictured after his most recent arrest outside a Wal-Mart store in suburban Miami for failing to appear in an Arizona court on drug charges. DMX, 37, was arrested four weeks ago in Phoenix, AZ on suspicion of using a false identity to defraud a hospital. Over the last three months he has been arrested at least four other times, including for alleged animal cruelty, driving without a valid license, drug possession and failing to appear in court.
