Even with dozens of hot models dancing around her, Rihanna remained the center of attention Wednesday night (Nov 7) for Victoria’s secret 2012 fashion show, which was taped at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City for a broadcast to air later this month on television.
But even though Rihanna was the star of the show, that didn’t stop her from feeling a bit insecure beside those supermodels.
“I need to hit the gym after seeing these girls,” RiRi joked on the red carpet. “When I sing I’m going to suck in [my stomach] and arch my back and try to remember my songs at the same time.”
Dressed in a tight, black gown (with a sexy split up the side of her leg), Rihanna ripped the runway alongside a bevy of supermodels as she performed her new single “Diamonds.”
She changed into a sheer pink outfit to perform another song from her new album called “Phresh Out the Runway,” which was obviously very fitting, considering the occasion.
Other performers for the night included Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars. The 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs December 4th at 10 p.m. on CBS, but in the meantime, check out 15+ pics below of Rihanna performing, and on the red carpet before the show!
