Lady Gaga is a trooper!

While performing in concert for her “Born This Way Ball” Tour in New Zealand, the Pop singer was accidentally hit in the head with a pole, and kept right on performing the song like nothing happened.

Not one to let her little Monsters down, Gaga finished the entire concert (at least a dozen more songs), despite the fact that she had apparently suffered a concussion as a result of the pole accident.

She later told the audience, “I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion. But don’t you worry, I will finish this show.”

Later that evening, Gaga’s make-up artist Tara Savelo confirmed in a tweet that the Pop superstar had indeed suffered a concussion.

“Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay,” she wrote. “She wants u to know she loves u. I’m taking care of her. Can’t believe she finished the show.”

Lady Gaga’s next concert is Wednesday night (Jun 13) in Brisbane.
