Whitney Houston supported her ex husband Bobby Brown Monday (Jan 31) by, not only attending, but singing at his mother’s funeral. Brown’s mother Carole Brown passed away on January 20th in Los Angeles at 69 years old.
Houston sang twice at the funeral service for her former mother-in-law. First, the R&B legend took to the podium at the front of the sanctuary and belted out notes from the popular gospel song “Precious Lord Take My Hand.” She later joined New Edition for a moving rendition of “Never Would Have Made It.”
