Rapper Snoop Dogg looked a bit “fishy” on his way to a taping of “The Late Show with David Letterman” in Manhattan yesterday (Wed. Nov 10). Snoop made an appearance on the show with legendary producer Quincy Jones to promote his new tribute album Q: Soul Bossa Nostra.
