TV personality Chelsea Handler will be hosting this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. Chelsea made the announcement Wednesday night (Aug 18) on her show “Chelsea Lately”…and seemed quite excited about the news!
“Everyone knows that when you think of rap music and hip-hop you think of ‘Chelsea Lately.’ And that’s why I will be hosting [the show],” Handler quipped, before urging her staff to vie for the extra tickets MTV gave her. “Let the ass-kissing begin,” the funnywoman smiled.

That woman is so viciously hilarious that it doesn’t even make sense…..and we absolutely cannot wait to see what she has in store for the 2010 VMAs!
