As the co-host of BET’s wildly popular music show, 106 & Park, Rocsi Diaz spends her days in the company of some of the biggest names in music and entertainment. Everyone from Snoop Dogg to Chris Rock to Janet Jackson have paid visits to 106 & Park for surprise performances and interviews. When Rocsi isn’t hanging with the stars though, you can guarantee she’s spending time with the furry little loves of her life—her rescued dogs Chi Chi and Peanut!
As someone who grew up with animals in her life, Rocsi knows just how important animal adoption is. With so many loving animals in the world, it’s devastating to learn that 4 million cats and dogs are euthanized every year because there simply aren’t enough good homes for them to go to. The good news is that there are two simple things everyone can do to help put an end to the cat and dog overpopulation crisis: always spay or neuter your pets, and always adopt instead of purchasing animals from pet stores or breeders.
