It turns out that contrary to recent reports, rapper Common has indeed split with his girlfriend Serena Williams. Common, who was in Chicago to support Kanye West and his 3rd Annual “Stay in School Event,” confirmed his split from the tennis champ during an interview with Chicago’s Fox News earlier this week:
“I am single. I am a single man, definitely.”
Well that finally clears it up (we think).
Common’s new album, tentatively titled The Believer, is due in stores this Fall.
