Snoop dedicated two songs from his new album Malice In Wonderland to his wife of 12 years.

“Have you ever had sex so good it made you speak a different language? Exactly, some of that.” Snoop tells the BoomBox of the ‘Malice’ track ‘Different Languages,’ his collaboration with newcomer Jazmine Sullivan. “I wanted to write something for my wife. I never really took the time to dedicate [a song] to my wife, so this was a record where I took my time and hand-crafted it for her, so she can listen to my record and know I am directly talking to her.”

He was also quoted as saying that he loves his wife more than weed, though he admits Mary Jane came first at least once or twice…

While Snoop may fall sentimental describing the tunes, don’t be fooled, ‘Malice’ is not as mushy as it sounds and deserves a higher chart position on Billboard’s Top 200 Chart. But when it comes to Shante and his affinity for weed, the BoomBox had to make Snoop pick a favorite.

“What you mean, when I loved weed more than her?” he says laughing. “There might have been a couple of days, just a few days, nothing more, just days that’s it.”
