Actress Tia Mowry had her substitute teacher look down pat and in full effect Wednesday (Jun 10) as she read to a group of young students at Stephanie Starks’ Hope Foundation “Reading Is Fun” celebrity read aloud tour at Purche Avenue Elementary in Gardena, California.
