Rihanna partied it up to celebrate her 21st birthday with a few of her celebrity friends over the weekend in Manhattan. Sources say the pop singer shared a dinner Friday evening at the Spotted Pig restaurant in New York City with Brandy, Beyonce and Jay-Z.
