R&B singer Kelly Rowland wore a long, black dress (and a head full of big hair) to the launch party for make-up artist Scott Barnes‘ new book “About Face” Friday night (Apr 30) at Silvia Tcherassi Ateller in Coral Gables, Florida.
Kelly is currently working on her 3rd studio album due in stores sometime this year. “Commander,” the first offering from the new project, was released last week.
