Lil Mama’s Mother Passes Away

I might be a tad late on this, but I had no idea. Lil Mama, whose real name is Niatia Jessica Kirkland, recently lost her mother after a 4-year battle with cancer. She was diagnosed with the disease in 2003. Lil Mama received the news of her motherâ€™s passing while at an Atlanta concert; and she immediately returned to New York City. My condolences go out to her at this time.
