Another Jonas Brother is ditching his much publicized purity ring for love! Joe Jonas is said to be heating things up with his new girlfriend Ashley Greene, and is rumored to have ditched his purity ring to have pre-marital sex with the “Twilight” actress.
Joe (who just celebrated his 21st birthday a few weeks ago) has been linked to other Hollywood starlets like Taylor Swift, Camille Belle and Demi Lovato, but things are looking pretty serious when it comes to Ashley Greene as she and the middle Jo Bro (sans his famed “purity ring”) have been spotted out on dates on numerous occasions.
“When they’re not traveling, they’re basically living together,” a source told Life & Style Magazine.
Joe and his brothers Nick and Kevin (who got married to his longtime girlfriend Danielle in December ’09) made headlines in 2008 when Russell Brand made fun of them at the VMAs for wearing purity rings to symbolize their commitment to abstain from sex and remain “pure” until marriage.
Joe and Ashley have been seen out and about together in random places like California, New Jersey and Lonon recently (since they started dating in July) and now that Joe has done away with his purity ring, there’s probably a good chance he’s seriously considering marriage. Either that, or he’s just ready to get out that whole squeaky clean Disney image of his and have a little fun now that he’s 21!
