All Hip Hop is reporting that as police continue to investigate the triple-homicide involving Jennifer Hudson‘s mother, brother, and young nephew, the “person of interest” in the case, William Balfour, will remain behind bars. The Illinois Prisoner Review Board ruled that 27-year-old Balfour must remain in police custody due to new evidence stating that he violated his parole.
It’s also being reported that his girflriend is cooperating with the police and told them that the gun used in the shooting death of Hudson’s family members matches a gun she had recently seen him with. He still hasn’t been charged, though. Looks like police are finally getting this case wrapped up.
