The Screamfest 2007 tour made a stop in Rosemont, Illinois at the Allstate Arena. R Kelly made a surprise appearance and performed with Ciara for the “Promise Remix.” Homeboy has what, a month left before he’s found guilty on 1,473 counts of child pornography? In other Screamfest craziness, a crazed T.I. fan bum-rushed security and hopped on stage to be with her favorite rapper. Looks like SHE got her money’s worth! She was swiftly escorted off of the stage though… Anyhow, if you want to go to the show but haven’t yet purchased your tickets, you can do so THROUGH THINK2WICE!

I’m sorry, but you know damn well that lyric runs through your mind whenever The Sugar Hill Gang is mentioned! Don’t front! LOL. Anyhow, these select group of old people recently performed at Mansion Nightclub in Miami Beach sans their oxygen tanks.
Another old-people band, Kool & The Gang, recently performed on NBC’s “Today” Summer Concert series in New York. Celebrate good times, c’mon! Let’s celebrate…

My girl Erykah Badu was lookin a holy hot mess last night at Paradisco in the Netherlands. I love her to death, but c’mon homie … get it together! Run a hot comb through that or SOMETHING!
And last, and most certainly least, day two of of TJ’s and DJ’s 2nd Annual Tastemakers Music Conference. The Hyatt Regency was so flooded with D-List “celebrities,” minus a couple select ones, y’all know who they are I’m sure, I hear they had to shut this shindig down a little early. Besides, Princess and Diamond from Crime Mob had to get back to their corner like, ASAP! Times are hard so they have to keep that cash flowing…
