Kimora Lee Simmons in Trouble with Macyâ€™s! The woman behind the Baby Phat women’s clothing line, known as Kimora Lee Simmons, has been slapped with a lawsuit from department store chain Macy’s! Why? Well apparently she has been overcharging said department store for her line of beauty products.

According to The New York Post, Macyâ€™s claims that they signed an agreement with Kimora to supply their store with her beauty products but she allegedly hiked up their prices and refused to pay back the extra profit. Macyâ€™s lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last week. Damages being sought by the popular department were not revealed.

Like, real talk … she didn’t think she’d get caught?
