Eve Arrested for DUI … Why Eve? Whyyyyy?? 

Oh no Eve, not you too! Apparantly Eve has joined the infamous list of celebs who have been caught drinking and driving. This particular case is pretty ironic because I JUST made a post about her new Swizz Beatz produced track Tambourine! Anyhow, according to reports, the singer/actress was arrested this morning on suspicion of DUI after she crashed her Maserati in a divider on Hollywood Boulevard. Police officer Martha Garcia of the Los Angeles Police Department reported the accident occurred at around 2:45 a.m., when the 28-year-old rapper, born Eve Jeffers, lost control of her gold-colored ride and smashed into the cement median at the intersection of Sycamore Avenue. Eve was handcuffed and taken into custody by Los Angeles Police Department officers just before 3:00 am. She was released several hours later after posting $30,000 bail. She is scheduled to return in court on May 17 to face a misdemeanor charge. According to TMZ.com, Eve’s blood alcohol level was “double the legal limit.” Apparently, none of the three people in the car, (Eve and two other passengers) was hut but Eve was “visibly upset,” according to onlookers.
