The Clubhouse social audio app has officially entered the world of WEB 3 with their new ‘wallet connect’ addition that can be found in the settings section!

For the past few months, Clubhouse has exclusively reached out to Lil’ Hippo NFT founder Kiarash Behain, aka “The Rundown” to test his project as the ‘guinea pig’ project to beta test and launch their WEB 3 developments. The first feature Clubhouse announced is “token gated access” and it allows NFT holders to connect their wallets directly to Clubhouse. Once connected, they are automatically invited to the new Lil’ Hippo NFT holders only house.

How can I connect my wallet to Clubhouse and access the Lil’ Hippo NFT holders only house?

Follow these steps:

  1. You must first have a Lil’ Hippo NFT inside of your crypto wallet. If you do not, you can mint one directly on the Lil’ Hippo website or on Opensea.
  2. Connect your crypto wallet to Clubhouse. You can access this option in the settings section of Clubhouse.
  3. Once your wallet is connected, you will automatically have access to the new Lil’ Hippo NFT holder’s house (you must have this NFT to have access).

What is a crypto wallet and how can I mint a Lil’ Hippo NFT?

Crypto wallets store your private keys, keeping your crypto safe and accessible. They also allow you to send, receive, and spend cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum as well as NFTs.

You can download crypto wallets like Metamask or Trust Wallet from the app store. Once you have set up your crypto wallet, you need to directly buy ETHEREUM as you will need this cryptocurrency to buy or mint a Lil’ Hippo NFT. Once you have ETH inside of your wallet, you must connect to the official Lil’ Hippo NFT website or the official Lil’ Hippo NFT opensea page and mint a Lil’ Hippo.

Once you have minted a Lil’ Hippo NFT, it will be inside of your crypto wallet. From there, you can connect your wallet to Clubhouse and proceed with gaining access into the new Lil’ Hippo NFT holder’s only house.
