Former G-Unit rapper Young Buck may be going away for a long time. According to AllHipHop, Buck is facing up to ten years in prison for a gun charge from back in August.

Young Buck is facing serious jail time after being indicted today (March 7th), after being charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a .40 caliber pistol and ammunition.

Nashville’s WSMV Channel 4 reports that prosecutors unsealed the indictment today, for an incident that occurred around August 3rd, just as Federal agents raided his Hendersonville home over a $300,000 tax dispute with the IRS.

Young Buck has pleaded not guilty to the gun possession charge and has been released on $100,000 bond.

The rapper has a 2004 felony conviction for stabbing a man named Jimmy Lee Johnson during a fight at the Vibe Awards, after Johnson punched superstar producer Dr. Dre.

As a result of this conviction and the pending gun possession charge, Young Buck is facing up to ten years in prison.

The rapper was also forced to surrender his passport.

After rapper Young Buck said what he had to say about the Danger situation, Ray J spoke up in a radio interview and denied all of the accusations that the former “For the Love of Ray J” reality show contestant put out against him, claiming that he and another guy named Young Buck (his friend, not the rapper) had a “sexual relationship.”

“I still got love for Danger and that’s my peoples but I didn’t return none of her calls in the past two or three weeks so she threatened to say ‘Yo, I’m gonna tell people you’re gay,’” Ray J said in a statement. “She went along with it and actually did it! I’m not gay but at the same time I got love for gay people because I work with gay people and I got a couple of friends that gay and that’s cool. I’m comfortable with my sexuality so I ain’t trippin’. I just didn’t want people to think that I like men because I don’t. I got her back even though she’s going through some things right now. Sometimes that happens with new stardom and I’m not gon leave her behind and I’m not gon leave her in the dust. We both upset with each other but its OK because Im going to work it out with her soon and we gonna be friends again.”

We hope he’s joking. Could you be “friends again” with some nut out there trying to ruin your name with some bogus a** story?

Former G-Unit member Young Buck caught wind of Danger talking reckless on the radio the other day calling Ray J gay and saying that he and Young Buck have been “going strong f**king with each other for years.” Funny thing is, she wasn’t even talking about him!

Ray J has a friend named Young Buck (not the rapper) and Danger’s crazy a** didn’t even clarify which “Young Buck” she was referring to. But Buck beat her to the punch and cleared everything up on Twitter yesterday. He even hit up Ray J lol.

The other Young Buck can be seen in the video clip here. He made a quick appearance on the last season of “For the Love of Ray J” when Ray and his friends were singing that funny song about Danger, “Smashed the Homies.”

NEW YORK // MONDAY, JUNE 30TH 2008 » G-Unit stopped by MTV’s TRL yesterday to promote their album, T.O.S. (Terminate On Site) which is in stores now today on iTunes. Not sure if G-Unit will reconcile their differences with Young Buck but I know they now out casted him on the album as well as a featured artist (lol).
