Singer Alicia Keys and actresses Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore were all smiles Monday night (Sep 26) as they posed for this picture together at the New York Screening of “Five,” which all 3 ladies co-directed.

Other guests at the event were Keys’ husband Swizz Beatz, Wyclef Jean and Gloria Estefan.

After being shot in the hand in his native country Haiti last week, Wyclef Jean is opening about the incident.

Jean said of the episode:

“It was definitely a graze. The bullet didn’t go in or anything. There’s a lot to the story. It brought light to the fact that there was an election going on that day. I don’t think none of you all knew about an election in Haiti until everyone heard what happened to me”.

Of his injury, Wyclef was in good spirits and brushed it off saying:

“…but it was more like shock and awe. They put in the anesthesia and stuff. The pain came after all that.”

Good to see he’s doing well. But Wyclef definitely has a point. Had he not been shot, we wouldn’t have known jack squat about an election in Haiti, which makes you wonder … was all of this a publicity stunt on his part? There were those reports of him just getting cut by glass and lying about the whole “I accidentally got grazed by a bullet” thing.

Things that make you go “hmm” ….

Former Fugees front man Wyclef Jean was shot in his hand while on a visit in his  homeland of Haiti earlier this week. The internet was rife with speculation as to whether or not the former Haitian presidential candidate had actually been shot. Was it true? Was it false?

In a statement to E! News, the 911 singer’s rep confirmed that he had indeed been shot in his hand whilst making a call outside of a vehicle, and not cut by broken glass, which was a claim made by the Haiti police chief

“There have been conflicting stories in the news, but I confirmed with Wyclef last night that he was indeed grazed by a bullet while making a phone call outside of a vehicle. He is doing well and made it out to vote in Haiti [this weekend].”

Wyclef is currently in Haiti to support 50-year-old carnival performer and pop singer Michel “Sweet Micky” Martelly, who is running in the election.

While paying a visit to his home country over the weekend to cast his ballot in their presidential elections, the singer was shot in the hand during a campaign rally for musician and presidential candidate Michel “Sweet Micky” Martelly just outside the nation’s capital Port-au-Prince.

According to reps for the “911″ singer, his wounds were (thankfully) only superficial, and he was treated at a local hospital before being released.

“I have confirmed from Wyclef that he was immediately taken to the hospital, treated for a minor graze to his hand and released,” his spokeswoman, Cindy Tanenbaum, said in a statement. “He is fine. Wyclef’s commitment to his native country and to his people is unparalleled. He is therefore undeterred by this incident,” Tanenbaum continued.

No details on the who the shooter was, or whether or not Wyclef was a target, have been released. Some reports suggest that the singer/songwriter was traveling in a car with an entourage (including rapper Busta Rhymes and others) at the time of the shooting, but Jean was the only person injured.

“The way I can explain it is that the bullet grazed me in my right hand,” said the hip-hop singer, who has been in Haiti campaigning on behalf of Michel (Sweet Micky) Martelly. “I heard blow, blow, blow and I just looked at my hand.”

Glad he’s okay!

Wyclef Jean, sitting next to R&B singer/songwriter Keri Hilson, pulled out his camera phone and snapped some pics as he sat in the front row of the Diesel Black Gold Fall 2011 fashion show for New York Fashion Week Tuesday (Feb 15).

After it was announced Friday (Aug 20) that his application for presidency in Haiti had been denied by the country’s electoral officials, Wyclef Jean made a special announcement of his own, attacking lawmakers in Haiti and accusing them of being politically motivated to keep him from adding his name to the ballot. He also said that he would appeal the decision.

However, Haitian law experts say that Wyclef Jean would be wasting his time in filing an appeal…because according to article 191 of Haiti’s electoral law, rulings by the country’s electoral council are final and absolutely cannot be appealed.

A ruling by Haiti’s electoral council that disqualified hip-hop star Wyclef Jean from running for the presidency is final and cannot be appealed, a council lawyer said on Tuesday.

Samuel Pierre of the council’s legal department told Reuters that, under article 191 of Haiti’s electoral law, rulings by the election authority’s disputes tribunal are definitive and cannot be appealed. “Therefore there is absolutely no possibility for Wyclef Jean to be added to the list of candidates approved to run in the next presidential elections,” Pierre said. “So it’s over.”

Jean was one of 15 candidates disqualified from running to succeed President Rene Preval, who cannot stand again after serving two terms. A total of 19 candidates — including two former prime ministers, a former minister and a former first lady — were approved to run in the presidential election. Electoral officials said Jean failed to meet a requirement that presidential candidates maintain five consecutive years of residency in Haiti prior to running.

The singer insists he presented documents to electoral authorities that demonstrate his five years of residency. “I have spent half my life in Haiti going back and forth,” he told MSNBC in an interview on Tuesday. “The electoral council is very corrupted,” he added, saying potential political rivals feared his presidential bid. Jean has said some of the approved candidates failed to meet the residency requirement but were accepted nevertheless.

Pierre said the electoral council was aware some rejected candidates believed they could appeal against the rulings. “This is a waste of time because, when it comes to electoral matters, the electoral council is the Supreme Court, meaning there is nowhere else to go,” he said. Pierre said the council had not received any formal appeal from Jean or his lawyers, although they may have gone to another legal body.

Jean says his celebrity status would make him an ideal “global president” who could attract aid and investment to Haiti after the earthquake, which killed up to 300,000 people and crippled the underdeveloped Caribbean state’s economy. United Nations and Haitian police have stepped up joint patrols in the rubble-strewn streets of the capital, where more than 1.5 million people are still living in fragile tent and tarpaulin cities at the peak of the 2010 hurricane season.

The U.N. mission in Haiti has appealed to candidates and political parties to respect the country’s electoral laws and promote peaceful campaigning by supporters.

Despite his popularity among Haiti’s youth, Jean has faced questions about whether a celebrity with no political experience is the best person to lead a chronically poor and corrupt nation that is coming out of a huge natural disaster.

The list of presidential candidates were released yesterday with dozens of names on it, however Wyclef was not included in the mix.

Wyclef Jean is in hiding!

According to sources, Jean is currently staying at a secret location in Haiti after receiving numerous death threats over his run for the presidency of Caribbean nation. This comes at a very trying time for the musician turned politician who has already been criticized by his former Fugees band mate Pras Michael and actor Sean Penn for not having proper credentials for the job.

Looks like things may end up being a lot harder than Wyclef expected. People should really give the guy a break though…at least he’s making an effort!

Not everyone is happy about Wyclef Jean running for president in Haiti.

Wyclef’s own cousin (and former Fugees bandmate) Pras (real name: Prazakrel Michel) is following in actor Sean Penn’s footsteps in making his opposition of Jean running for president known. Pras says that although Jean is “like my brother,” he believes that the “911″ singer is an opportunist for wanting to become president in their native Haiti.

In a statement to UsMagazine.com, Pras said:

“I think he brought Haiti a lot of national spotlight and attention where people are concerned and really want to help out. But to be the President of Haiti, I don’t see it because I don’t see what his real plans are. His plans are so general.

“If he really wanted to help Haiti, he should have chosen his influence and champion and go around these countries that have pledged money to Haiti who have not given a single dime yet. You don’t even see 3 percent of what’s been pledged. You need to say, ‘Listen, we need money!’

“At one point, two million people are living in a tent city. These people need water; they need the basic healthcare like band-aids, like alcohol to clean the wounds. Just basic, just the fundamentals. We’re not even going to talk about the fact that there’s not a trauma unit there. I just think he’s exhausting his energy in the wrong places. He’s probably got some corporate people behind him that really want to come in there and exploit the country and basically control it. So my thing is that right there disqualifies him to be the leader of the country.”

Pras says he intends to support Michel Martelly in the upcoming Haiti elections:

“I endorse Michel Martell as the next President of Haiti because he is the most competent candidate for the job. He’s the only guy in Haiti who can unite the bourgeoisie, which is the elite, and the masses, which is the youth. They have such an affinity for this guy. They admire him so much and will do anything for him. A good leader is somebody who can make someone do something, right? A great leader is someone who can make someone say, ‘I need to do this, and I believe I can do this.’”

Earlier this week, shortly after Wyclef Jean announced his run for presidency, actor Sean Penn spoke out on the musician’s intentions, adding that he hasn’t seen him in Haiti in over 6 months:

“This is somebody who’s going to receive an enormous amount of support from the United States, and I have to say I’m very suspicious of it, simply because he, as an ambassador at large, has been virtually silent. For those of us in Haiti, he has been a non-presence. I’m not accusing Wyclef Jean of being an opportunist; I don’t know the man. One of the reasons I don’t know very much about Wyclef Jean is that I haven’t seen or heard anything of him in these last six months that I’ve been in Haiti.”

Wyclef responded to Penn’s statement with his own yesterday (Fri. Aug 6) via The Gayle King show:

“He hasn’t seen me for six months – I have been going to Haiti for more than five years. When the hurricane toppled Haiti, I was the first one there….if I did not create Yele Haiti to start stopping the violence, even him coming to Haiti would not have been possible today.”

Just last week, Wyclef Jean told CNN: “I can’t sing forever” after word got out that he might be running for president in his native Haiti. And now Haiti’s biggest representer has officially confirmed to the media that he is running for president of Haiti! He is due to officially announce his candidacy today, just a few days shy of Saturday’s deadline.

In a video posted to Time.com, Wyclef, 37, said the devastating earthquake that occurred in his homeland at the top of the year (that killed more than 200,000 people and left millions homeless) helped him make his decision:

“If not for the earthquake, I probably would have waited another 10 years before doing this. The quake drove home to me that Haiti can’t wait another 10 years for us to bring it into the 21st century. If I can’t take five years out to serve my country as president, then everything I’ve been singing about, like equal rights, doesn’t mean anything. My decision is a draft. I’ve been drafted by the youth.”

Jean says that he meets all of the qualifications required to run for president, including living in Haiti for at least 5 consecutive years. He also owns property there and has never been a citizen of another country (he’s considered a “resident” of the United States). In addition, his Yele Haiti Foundation has worked overtime this year to raise funds to assist the island nation with recovery efforts following the earthquake that pretty much wrecked the country.

So even though we wouldn’t say that he’s 100% “qualified” (with no political background), we don’t see why he can’t give it a shot! Let’s be real now, the country can’t get any worse…

He’s expected to announce his decision tonight on CNN‘s “Larry King Live” and the election is just a few months away (Nov 28).

What do you think about Wyclef Jean diving head first into politics?

Why? Because the award winning producer/musician is seriously considering running for president of his native Haiti.

“I can’t sing forever,” Jean told CNN after admitting that talk of a campaign is a little premature and he’s still just thinking about running. He said that he’s filled out all of the necessary paperwork though, just in case he does decide to hit the campaign trail in Haiti. A statement released by his non-profit foundation Yele Haiti said:

“Wyclef’s commitment to his homeland and its youth is boundless, and he will remain its greatest supporter regardless of whether he is part of the government moving forward. At this time, Wyclef Jean has not announced his intent to run for Haitian president. If and when a decision is made, media will be alerted immediately. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.”

Wyclef Jean has always been an outspoken representative for his home country through his Yele Haiti Foundation and was also one of the first celebrities to take action in Haiti after the devastating earthquake that happened back in January.

Haiti’s current president Rene Preval is currently serving his second term and cannot run for a third. Elections are set to be held this November.

Now this shouldn’t be too much for the couple who are already parents of three adopted children from Ethiopia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. However according to Jolie, at the moment they aren’t looking to extend their family circle.

“I’m always open to children around the world. We’re that kind of family. Brad and I talk about that. But that’s not what we’re focusing on at this time, by any means.”

Despite their lack of interest in adopting a Haitian child at the moment, Brad and Angie have donated $1 million to Haiti through a program called Doctors Without Borders.

The music video for “We Are the World: 25 for Haiti” debuted Friday night (Feb 12) during the opening ceremony for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

This version of the song, featuring vocals from Justin Bieber, Jennifer Hudson, Lil Wayne, Janet Jackson, Miley Cyrus, Jamie Foxx, Mary J. Blige, Kanye West, T-Pain, Usher, Wyclef Jean and much more, is much more contemporary than the original but it fits today’s music era. The song’s original writer and singer Michael Jackson also appears in the song and video (his sister Janet sings the first chorus with footage of Mike thrown in). They also kept one of MJ’s original parts and show footage of him singing it (Nice!).

The 25th Anniversary recording features over 80 artists and performers. The recording of We Are The World 25 For Haiti embodied the same enthusiasm, sense of purpose and generosity as the original recording 25 years ago. Every one of the artists who participated, regardless of genre or generation, walked into the room with their hearts and souls completely open to coming together to help the people of Haiti.

In an effort to raise money for Haitian earthquake relief, a gang of singers, rappers, producers, musicians and other celebrities showed up at Jim Henson Studios yesterday (Mon. Feb 1) in Hollywood to record “We Are the World 25 Years for Haiti,” a remake of Michael Jackson‘s famous “We Are the World” song, which raised at least $30 million for African humanitarian programs 25 years ago.

Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie came together and rounded up folks like Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Jennifer Hudson, Wyclef Jean, Jamie Foxx, Justin Bieber, LL Cool J, Usher, Keri Hilson, Brandy and a ton of other celebrities to lay down vocals and instrumentals for the charity single.

Blige collaborated with opera star Andrea Bocelli live on stage Sunday night (Jan 31) at the 2010 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles and the duo sang Simon & Garfunek’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” which was dedicated to the people of Hait.

Another duet of the night came from country music sensation Taylor Swift and rock legend (and former Fleetwood Mac member) Stevie Nicks, who performed an off-key version (courtesy of Swift) of Fleetwood Mac’s “Rhiannon” before moving on to Taylor’s hit single “You Belong to Me.”

Reclusive singer/rapper Lauryn Hill made a rare public appearance Friday night (Jan 29) at the Raggamuffin Festival at the Enmore Theater in Sydney, Australia. Her last performance was nearly three years ago and in between now and then a lot of people have been speculating about her whereabouts. Well, here she is! And she actually looks quite normal, which is great because recently, we’ve been seriously concerned about the state of her mind.

In related news, Wyclef Jean spoke to BBC Radio 1Xtra News recently and told them that his former group the Fugees may put aside their differences and record a charity single to raise money for Haiti earthquake victims in the near future. The last time Jean and his group members were together was back in 2006 at a special “Reunion Concert” in Hollywood. A year later in 2007, Wyclef told the press: “Before I work with Lauryn Hill again, you will have a better chance of seeing Osama Bin Laden and George W. Bush in Starbucks having a latte, discussing foreign policies… At this point I really think it will take an act of God to change her, because she is that far out there.”

Musician Wyclef Jean and Rev. Al Sharpton hosted a press conference Wednesday (Jan 27) in New York City to promote Haiti earthquake relief efforts.

Sharpton pledged to stand by Wyclef and his Yele Haiti Foundation despite the negative stories surrounding the non-profit at the media event, which was held at the National Action Network’s House of Justice in Harlem.

Jean for his part focused on his recent trip to his homeland, devastated by the January 12th earthquake, and urged President Barack Obama to make a “sustainable commitment” to rebuilding the country during his State of the Union address.

The singer, who has defended accusations leveled against the foundation in a Smoking Gun report, said he is working with Yele to deliver cooked meals, water and medical supplies to earthquake survivors.

Jean, 37, was born in Croix-des-Bouquets just eight miles north of Port-au-Prince.  He returned to Haiti the day after the Jan. 22 “Hope for Haiti Now” telethon to raise funds for aid efforts. His foundation has raised a couple of million since the quake while the telethon, according to MTV, raised some $66 million.

Over 83 million people tuned in last Friday night (Jan 22) to catch the Hope for Haiti Now telethon, which aired live and commercial-free on several major networks and was also streamed real-time online. The effort was spearheaded by MTV Networks, actor George Clooney and rapper/singer Wyclef Jean (who is from Haiti himself) in an effort to raise awareness and relief for the troubled country of Haiti, who suffered a massive earthquake earlier this month. According to recent numbers, over $61 million in pledges were made by members of the general public. Organizers will continue to take contributions for the next six months.

Celebrities who helped out by either performing or taking phone calls from pledges (or both) included Jay-Z, Rihanna, Bono from U2, Taylor Swift, Denzel Washington, Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson and tons more. Singer Lionel Richie was spotted as he arrived at LAX following a flight in from London Thursday (Jan 21). He is reportedly recording a new version of Michael Jackson‘s “We Are the World” to benefit the troubled country of Haiti. Richie and Quincy Jones are also doing this in honor of the song’s 25th anniversary and plan to incorporate the popular 1985 Africa tribute song’s original co-author Michael Jackson into it.

Big name stars like Beyonce, Madonna, Jay-Z, Rihanna and more are scheduled to perform in what’s beginning to look like a dress rehearsal for the upcoming 2010 Grammy Awards.

The stars mentioned, among others, will take part in a two-hour televised telethon today (Fri. Jan 22) called “Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief.” The show will air on all major cable networks beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern and will feature musical performances from all over the world from folks like Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Shakira, Taylor Swift, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake and proud Haiti native Wyclef Jean.

The show, which in the United States will begin at 8 p.m. Eastern time on all the major networks and on cable channels, is to feature musical performances from multiple locations: Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Shakira and Wyclef Jean will play in New York, while in London Bono and the Edge of U2 will collaborate with Jay-Z and Rihanna, with Coldplay also slated to perform. The program in Los Angeles is to include performances by Stevie Wonder, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake and a collaboration among Keith Urban, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow. Songs from the telethon will be for sale on iTunes for 99 cents beginning Saturday, will all proceeds going to a number of relief organizations.

Rock star Bono and hip-hop great Wyclef Jean were honored for their charity work Wednesday night (Nov 18) at the RFK Center Ripple of Hope Awards dinner, held at the Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers in New York City.

Wyclef Jean, who also performed at the event, was given the Ripple of Hope Award for his ongoing contributions o the Yele Haiti organization: a non-profit with a mission to inspire change in the country of Haiti, Wyclef’s home country. U2 frontman Bono was given the award due to his work in raising awareness about health issues and poverty in Africa.

Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince Michael (12), Paris (11) and Prince Michael aka “Blanket” (7) were not inside the vehicle that was involved in an accident in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon (Oct 21). Reports previously stated that the kids were on their way to a Karate class when the car they were riding in was rear-ended by a thirsty paparazzo.

But after further investigation, the LAPD are saying that the car that was hit was a security vehicle, and not the car the Jackson kids were in. The unidentified photographer who rear-ended the Jackson security car was charged after he reportedly fled the scene without exchanging insurance information. He was charged with a hit-and-run misdemeanor.

The damage done to the security vehicle was reported to be minor and the kids’ grandfather Joe Jackson told reporters that the kids and his wife Katherine, who was also in the vehicle, were okay.

The Fugees have been broken up for nearly 13 years and even though Wyclef Jean continues to praise his former bandmate Lauryn Hill’s talents, he insists that there is no hope for the group to get back together and make some new hits. But he says he likes it this way because he believes that a reunion would destroy the “myth” of the group.

He says, “To me, they’re (Fugees) great and they’re gonna always be great. But the Fugees, it’s better that it leaves the myth vibe. Like The Score is a myth. When you hear it, it’s a myth. It was done in the basement. Like you don’t wanna go from there to do a sequel and you’ve destroyed your complete myth.” But despite the fact he isn’t aiming to team up with Hill again, the rapper still considers his former frontwoman one of the best in the business.

He adds, “When I met Lauryn she was 14. Til today, I’ve worked with a whole lot of women in the studio… her talent surpasses talent. She’s the best rapper, she’s the best singer. It’s all equal. It’s not like she’s gonna sing a song and when she rhymes she’s gonna slack on it.”

JANET JACKSON TO TOUR IN JAPAN IN FEBRUARY 2009 » After abruptly canceling the remaining U.S. tour dates for her critically acclaimed Rock Wit U Tour, singer Janet Jackson is trying her hands at this touring thing once again. Japanese news website Japan Today is reporting that Janet plans on touring in Japan beginning on February 14th 2009, which will mark the singer’s first tour in Japan since 2002. From February 14th through the 22nd, Janet will perform in the cities of Saitama, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

WYCLEF JEAN OWES THE BANK $2.4 MILLION ON FORECLOSED HOME » This recession is hitting these celebrities hard! Now we’re hearing that Wyclef Jean has lost a home he didn’t even get a chance to live in yet. According to All Hip Hop, the former Fugees member took out a $2 million mortgage from Home Equity Mortgage Corp. in 2004 to purchase a Miami estate through a corporation he owns with several friends. His plans included renovating the property, which was appraised at $1.4 million, but when work begain in 2004, everything just began to fall apart.

The property was left unfinished for more than 2 years after a series of construction liens were filed. In addition to that, the property racked up over $6,000 in fines from the city of Miami Beach after the $900,000 construction project came to an abrupt halt because Jean and his associates couldn’t get up the $177,000 needed to finish it.

Court documents show that a lien was put on the property this year by architects who worked on the project. Wyclef apparently owes them about $75,000, but in all, the entire corporation now owes the bank $2.4 million. As a result of the foreclosure, Miami-Dade county will sell the mansion in downtown Miami on December 12th of this year. Court records also show that Jean has not paid the contractors who worked on the home. The entertainer has yet to comment on the situation, but we will, of course, let you know when he does!

REMY MA FILES APPEAL FOR EARLY RELEASE » Female rapper Remy Ma is doing everything she can to make sure she’s out of the slammer for the Holidays. According to TMZ, the rapper, who once called herself Shesus Khrist, and her lawyers have filed an appeal requesting that her 8-year prison sentence be dropped citing mistakes from the judge during the trial.

“The trial court’s order forbidding defense counsel from arguing during summation that Makeda Josephy (the victim) was shot during a struggle for the gun denied Ms. Smith a fair trial,” the lawsuit reads. “Ms. Smith was unfairly prejudiced by the inclusion in the indictment of the counts regarding the violent gang assault at the Player’s Club, as to which there was no evidence of her complicity, but which likely colored the jury’s consideration of the remaining counts.”

If you’re an Aussie and you wanted to celeb-watch, then today would have been the perfect day! Sydney International Airport in Sydney, Australia was apparently the landing spot for rappers Wyclef Jean, Eve, and 50 Cent. They all are in the “down under” for the 2008 MTV Australia Awards, which will go down this Saturday (Apr. 26th).

And here we thought steroids were just for athletes! Some of music’s biggest names like Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent, Timbaland and Wyclef Jean came up in connection with an Albany, New York based steroid investigation, The Times Union of Albany reported. They even named playwright/director Tyler Perry!

Citing unidentified sources, the report alleged that the above-mentioned music stars, along with award-winning author and producer Tyler Perry, may have received or used performance-enhancing drugs. Grammy-winning singer Blige blasted the report when reached for comment by the New York Daily News. “Mary J. Blige has never taken any performance-enhancing illegal steroids,” the singer’s spokeswoman Karynne Tencer told the News. Ken Sunshine, a spokesman for Perry, declined to comment to the Associated Press.

Law-enforcement officials have said evidence does not indicate the celebrities broke the law. For now, at least, officials are focusing on the doctors, pharmacists and clinics providing the drugs. Albany District Attorney David Soares launched his investigation into steroid trafficking last year. Soares has declined to comment on or confirm the identities of the stars who came up in the probe. His multistate investigation has focused on Signature Pharmacy of Orlando, Fla. So far, 10 defendants have pleaded guilty and some professional athletes have been linked to the probe in news reports.

Records shared with the Times Union and information from several cooperating witnesses on Long Island indicate the celebrities received prescribed human growth hormone or steroids. In some cases, aliases were used for their delivery. Former Sen. George Mitchell released his report last month on performance-enhancing drugs in baseball. Hearings are set to begin this month in Congress on the Mitchell report.

Well … I’ll be damned! The outcome of this will be quite interesting.

Black Hollywood showed up and showed out at the first ever BET Honors, which were held in Washington D.C. Saturday night. The ladies glammed it up on the red carpet, and the fellas got their GQ on. Honorees included R&B star Alicia Keys and supermodel Tyra Banks, Time Warner board chairman Richard D. Parsons and Princeton professor Cornel West. “For me, I’m just a girl still from Harlem, and here I am,” Keys said. “It’s a tremendous feeling to do what you love and for people to love what you do. … People are honoring me for doing what my heart tells me to do, (and that is) so fulfilling.” Actor Blair Underwood presented Keys’ award, while her musical idol, Stevie Wonder, performed a special rendition of of “As” especially for her. John Legend, Wyclef Jean, Gladys Knight, Brian McKnight, Jill Scott and Raheem DeVaughn also performed. The show is set to air sometime in February. Check your local listings for more details.
