Amanda Bynes was arrested at her New York City apartment Thursday night after she allegedly threw a bong from her apartment window, NYC police said.

According to various reports, Bynes was arrested after the doorman spotted the singer smoking weed in the building’s lobby and “behaving erratically.” (No, really? Not this girl…)

By the time police arrived to the scene, Bynes, who was probably high out of her mind at the time, had returned to her apartment on the 36th floor, where police observed her tossing a bong out of the window.

TMZ reported that Amanda went “ballistic” when she found out she was under arrest, and she shouted “Don’t you know who I am?” to the police as they took her into custody. The arresting officers noted in their report a “heavy” smell of marijuana and smoke inside the apartment.

Bynes was booked on charges of criminal marijuana possession, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence (for the bong toss), but not before being briefly taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation. She’s expected to spend the night in a Midtown police station and will appear in court Friday morning.

The arrest doesn’t come at a good time for Bynes, who is currently under three years probation for driving with a suspended license after she pleaded no contest to the charges (via her attorney) in Burbank, Calif. just two weeks ago. She also has a DUI charge pending in Beverly Hills.

The troubled actress has been pretty quiet lately, but this week has been particularly busy for her.

Over the weekend, Bynes was rejected from boarding a private jet in New Jersey after she tried to use Google as an official form of ID in lieu of her license, which she does not have right now. According to TMZ, she even screamed “I’m Amanda Bynes!” to the airport officials, but that didn’t work, obviously.

Bynes also threatened to sue In Touch Weekly on Twitter the other day after the magazine ran an issue in which they describe an alleged party at her NYC apartment that paints a very disturbing picture of the former child star.

A man who identified himself as “Joe” claims he went to a party at Amanda’s apartment, where he witnessed her lounging on a bare mattress, smoking what appeared to be (and probably was) a joint, and obsessively refreshing her Twitter feed.

Photographer Giovanni Arnold, who was with “Joe” at the party, said, “She probably gets so high that sometimes she won’t even leave her house … One minute she’s cool and down-to-earth. The next, she’s totally different — indecisive, and she can’t hold a conversation. Mentally, she’s all over the place.”

In Touch says Amanda told them she isn’t crazy and she denied doing drugs, but Giovanni and “Joe” tell a different story.

They say the party raged until 5 a.m. when Amanda kicked everyone out, and Giovanni says he witnessed her doing cocaine, but Amanda denies that, telling In Touch, “They’re the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don’t do them.”

Regardless of whether or not Amanda does drugs, “Joe” says her sparsely furnished apartment is a complete mess, with blinds hanging on three windows near her bed, and other windows in the apartment are spray-painted black. “Her living room is basically empty,” described “Joe.”

In Touch also has exclusive pictures from inside Bynes’ apartment (above), of which Bynes is taking issue with, and she let loose a barrage of angry tweets Wednesday night — the day before her arrest — in which she threatened to sue the tabloid, and accused them of altering the photos they ran in their issue.

As posted on her Twitter account on May 22nd 2013:

“That’s not my bed! Those aren’t my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him!

“They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes. I have to sue because that’s not my apartment, those aren’t my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone’s body to ruin my life!

“I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that’s not me! I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! I look like a different person now that I had surgery! Why did they put an old shot of me on the cover? I don’t look like that anymore!

“I only want photos of my gorgeous new nose on the cover of tabloids and real magazines! The photos in this issue are fake and mocked up! I don’t care enough to keep talking about it. Just assume that I f***ed the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they f***ing hate me!”

In the midst of retweeting messages from her followers (one RT read: “People need to stop photoshopping @AmandaBynes okay” — it’s hard to say whether or not he was joking), the troubled starlet also slammed In Touch editor Jessica Finn, using her signature “ugly face” insult, because everyone is “ugly face” to Amanda Bynes.

After realizing she’s fighting a one-sided battle, as Finn never responds to Amanda’s tweets, Bynes then tried to pick a fight with blogger Perez Hilton, tweeting:

“The only thing sadder than your ugly face still writing stories about me is the fact that you think I’d even step foot in a room with that ugly faced black man.”

So not only is Amanda Bynes batshit fucking crazy, she’s also apparently borderline racist. But she’s most certainly batshit fucking crazy.

Meanwhile, in response to her claims that In Touch doctored the photos of her in her apartment, the tabloid released the following statement:

“The photos of Amanda Bynes inside this week’s issue of In Touch speak for themselves. We at In Touch have done our due diligence and research on the photos and the article that accompanies them.

“In Touch has not altered or photoshopped these photos in any way. Additionally, the photographer has assured In Touch that these photos of Amanda were not altered or photoshopped in any way prior to the magazine obtaining them and they are, in fact, of Amanda Bynes taken at Amanda’s apartment in New York City. All of Amanda’s claims pertaining to the photos in this week’s In Touch are false.”

So, in other words, like I said, Amanda Bynes is batshit fucking crazy.

Lately, there’s been lots and lots of chatter among gossip rags that Kanye West is skipping out on Kim Kardashian and snuggling up with a man — specifically fashion designer Riccardo Tisci. Why can’t a gay man and a straight fashionista be friends without fellatio getting in the way? But, of course, that won’t sell tabloids at the supermarket, now would it?

I want to shoot her right in the vagina and I don’t want her to die right away; I want her to feel the pain and I want to look her in the eyes and I want to say, on behalf of all Americans that you’ve killed, on behalf of the Navy SEALS, the families of Navy SEAL Team Six who were involved in the fake hunt down of this Obama, Obama bin Laden thing, that whole fake scenario, because these Navy SEALS know the truth, they killed them all. On behalf of all of those people, I’m supporting our troops by saying we need to try, convict, and shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.

Earlier this year, a horrid tale of waitressing made headlines when a pastor acted like a total a-hole towards an Applebee’s server. Now a user on Tumblr has shared a touching story about an unexpected tip her mother earned while waiting on a tremendously generous customer.

According to this Tumblr post, the woman has been struggling to support herself even though she is thoroughly educated. After telling a customer that she’s always wanted to go to Italy, she received a $1,000 tip on a $60 bill with a note that read “Your ticket to Italy. Enjoy!!”

So my mom and I have been working the same waitress job for 5-6 years now. She had been waitressing years before, but this is recently. Anyway, about… 15 minutes ago this guy she waited on left and told her to take care. Just that. Prior to this she had talked to him about Italy. Her people are from Florence, this and that, and she said she’s never been. She’s got 8 years of art education and she’s working a waitress job. It’s pretty… Sad and disappointing, I guess. Her and my father divorced 6 years ago and she hasn’t had a real job ever. Just been stuck in a small town she’s not from.

When I first heard about the story, I assumed some Wall Street big wig left the tip to get into some chick’s pants, but thankfully I was wrong. Obviously, this story has garnered positive attention since it’s extremely rare to hear about something good happening to someone who’s slaving away and struggling.

Kaitlyn Hunt, a Florida teenager, is facing felony charges and has already been expelled from school for her lesbian relationship with another, younger student.

Hunt, who is 18, has reportedly been charged with two felony counts of “lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12 to 16.” The charges stem from her relationship with her 15-year-old girlfriend.

“These people never came to us as parents, never tried to speak to us… and tell us they had a problem with the girls dating,” Kaitlyn Hunt’s mother, Kelley Hunt-Smith, wrote in an statement posted to Facebook. “…They were out to destroy my daughter. [They] feel like my daughter ‘made’ their daughter gay.”

Hunt was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with the two felony charges. She was expelled from school weeks before graduation and was sent to an alternative school to finish out the school year.

Hunt-Smith insists that the relationship was consensual and that that both sets of parents knew about it in the beginning. Many internet activists have spoken out about the charges and think that they are too harsh, which I fully agree with.

If Hunt is found guilty, she will most likely have to register as a sex offender for a seemingly normal, teenage relationship. The only thing that is different here is that they are lesbians and if that is why she is being charged so harshly, then that is just plain wrong. PERIOD.

The state’s attorney’s office is pushing Hunt to take a plea deal that involves two years of house arrest and a year of probation, which would stay on her adult record, which could subsequently ruin her future, as Hunt will have limited college and career choices with such harsh charges attached to her record.

Ultimately, Hunt’s conviction could potentially ruin her life. She has yet to go to trial, but a lot of reports point to a consensual relationship between two teenage girls. Nothing more, nothing less. Why should that ruin one of their lives? If it turns out there were criminal acts committed, that’s a different story, but if there weren’t, is all of this really fair?

As you have probably heard by now, Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, was recently captured on video smoking crack cocaine, and the shocking video could make its way to the Internet if Gawker is able to get its hands on it.

Using the website indiegogo.com, the folks over at Gawker have kicked off what they’re calling a “crackstarter” campaign — a play on words, in reference to the popular crowd-funding platform KickStarter.

The heading at the top of the campaign’s page on indiegogo reads: “Rob Ford Crackstarter — Please help us raise enough money to purchase and publish a video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine.”

So far, as of Saturday night (May 18), the campaign has raised nearly $70,000 of its $200,000 goal, with 9 days left. If Gawker is able to successfully raise the $200,000 the owner of the cell phone video footage is willing to let it go for, the world will be able to watch Toronto’s “conservative” mayor smoking crack cocaine.

In the meantime, when asked to comment on the scandal, Ford told a group of reporters that gathered outside his home early Friday morning (May 17) — just hours after the story broke on Gawker and subsequently The Toronto Star — that the “allegations are absolutely not true.”

Ford added before getting into his Cadillac Escalade, CBC News Toronto reported, “It’s ridiculous, it’s another Toronto Star whatever.”

Later Friday, as Ford was leaving his downtown Toronto office, he gave another brief statement to reporters:

“Anyways, like I said this morning, these allegations are ridiculous, it’s another story with respect to the Toronto Star going after me,” Ford said. “And that’s all I’ve got to say for now.”

It’s worth noting that Ford never outright DENIES the allegations. He simply says that they’re “ridiculous,” and he’s right, the allegations are “ridiculous.”

It’s ridiculous that the mayor of one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the world has been recorded on video smoking crack cocaine, and it’s even more ridiculous that we’ll all be watching said video footage it any day now.

Fresh off of an early release from 28-month prison bid, Ja Rule has recently been updating his Instagram with a ton of new pictures, but this one particular picture stands out the most. Why?

Because dude is RIPPED! What, did this guy eat the real Ja Rule or something? Real talk … he looks like he could seriously kicked 50 Cent’s ass. And is that Noreaga with him? Didn’t he used to be fat? Talk about changes…

Ja Rule was arrested along with Lil Wayne following a joint concert back in 2007 for gun and drug possession. While Wayne was able to serve his time in 2010, Rule, for whatever reason, didn’t serve his time until after he was sentenced in December of the same year.

Ja Rule turned himself in to authorities at Rikers island on June 8th 2011. He was later moved to a state facility in Upstate New York, and while there, in July, Rule received an additional 28-month prison term for tax evasion because he failed to pay taxes on more than $3 million on money he earned between 2004 and 2006.

Rule’s term for tax evasion ran concurrently with his state term. In February 2013, he was released from prison after serving his time for the gun charge, but was immediately taken into federal custody because he had six months left remaining on the jail sentence for his tax case.

Rule — who was being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York — wasn’t set to be released until July 2013, but he was sprung from prison early on May 7th for good behavior.

His target was his latest arch rival: the paparazzi. You see, after running into a damn sign trying to avoid their flashing lights, needless to say ‘Ye is not feeling those guys.

Another, other fun fact: Like it or not, Kanye West, you ARE a motherf**king celebrity. Sorry.

I’m not that deep into politics, so before now, I’ve never heard of this Rob Ford guy, who is the mayor of Toronto, but all of that is beside the point. There’s a video out there of a mayor — a CONSERVATIVE mayor — smoking crack from a pipe!

And if Gawker has its way, the world might see this video very soon so that we can all watch it and point and laugh … because who doesn’t want to see a major political figure smoking crack on camera? I most certainly do, and you know you do.

But before I get into this hell of a story — and boy is this a big one — let me put it like this. Toronto is basically the Canadian version of New York City, with a metro population of about 6 million people. That’s about 2 million less than NYC, and about 2 million more than Los Angeles.

So the fact that the mayor of a city with a population density akin to New York City — the biggest and most famous city in the entire world — has been captured … on video … smoking CRACK COCAINE (not a cigarette, not weed, not even cocaine, but CRACK cocaine) is a pretty big deal.

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s get into the meat of this here mountain of a story.

Gawker editor John Cook was recently tipped off about the existence of video footage taken within the past six months showing Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine (and it’s the real deal). To make an extremely long story short … Gawker wants to buy it.

But there’s only one problem. The guy who owns the video wants at least 6 figures for it. And the owner is so serious about their hefty price tag that he turned down a $40,000 offering from a Canadian media outlet that he refused to name.

Cook actually traveled to Toronto so that he could verify the authenticity of the clip in person, and he is 1,0000% certain that the man in the video is Rob Ford. He was even given a nice photo (at the top of this post) showing Ford hanging out with a bunch of college-aged twenty-somethings in an area that looks to be prime for crack smoking. (FYI: The gentlemen on the left, Ford’s right, flipping the bird was shot and killed two months ago outside a Toronto nightclub)

After going back and forth for days with the “tipster,” Cook eventually got a chance to personally meet up with the holder of the video camera that contained the 100% legit footage of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine:

We sit idling in his car, making small talk. The tipster calls the owner and talks in language other than English. “He’ll be right down,” he says. Fifteen minutes pass. “Waiting for the elevator,” he says. Ten minutes pass. A young gentleman opens the rear door of the car and gets in. The two men speak in a language other than English. The young gentleman immediately exits the vehicle. No video.

The tipster looks at me: “The battery is dead.” The young gentleman—the owner of the video—needed to go back upstairs to charge the battery on the device that contained the video. We wait. More small talk.

The owner of the video returns. He thrusts a device, a phone with a touchscreen, in my face. “Can I hold it?” I ask. “No.” I crane my neck. It plays.

Here is what the video shows: Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, is the only person visible in the frame. Prior to the trip, I spent a lot of time looking at photographs of Rob Ford. The man in the video is Rob Ford. It is well-lit, clear.

Ford is seated, in a room in a house. In one hand is a a clear, glass pipe. The kind with a big globe and two glass cylinders sticking out of it. In the other hand is a lighter. A slurred voice off-camera is ranting about Canadian politics in what sounds like an attempt to goad Ford. “Pierre Trudeau was a faggot!” is the one phrase the lodges in my mind.

Ford, pipe in one hand and lighter in the other, is laughing, and mildly protesting at the sacrilege. He seems to keep trying to light the pipe, but keeps stopping to laugh. He is red-faced and sweaty, heaving with each breath. Finally, he finds his moment and lights up. He inhales.

In one move, the owner stops the video and draws the device back into his pocket.

“You took this?” I ask. “Yes.”

“When?” … “Within the last six months.”

“You’re sure it’s crack?” … “Yes.”

“You’ve seen him smoke crack before?” … “Yes. Gotta jet.”

And he is gone.

Well damn. It looks like Toronto has the Canadian version of Marion Berry running wild up there.

With absolutely ZERO endorsements, undefeated championship boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. is currently the highest paid athlete — across all American sports — for the second year in a row! Can you say … “BALLING?”

According to Sports Illustrated’s annual list highlight the top-paid U.S. athletes released Wednesday, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is protected to earn at least $90 million this year alone. Last year, he made $85 million and was crowned the highest paid athlete then too.

Mayweather Jr.’s 2013 earnings will come from a recent six-fight, 30-month deal he signed with Showtime back in February, in which the 36-year-old is guaranteed AT LEAST $32 million for every fight. It’s said to be one of the most lucrative deals EVER for an athlete.

Coming in a distant second on the list of top-paid athletes is Miami Heat star LeBron Jaames, who earned $56.5 million ($39 million of which came from endorsements).

Third on the list is New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees with $47.8 million earned, thanks to a new contract he signed before last season.

L.A. Lakers star Kobe Bryant comes in fourth on the list at just under $47 million, and Tiger Woods is fifth with $40.9 million — his lowest spot since the list was first started in 2004.

The full list includes 50 athletes — 25 baseball players, 13 basketball players and eight football players. For the fifth consecutive year, there are zero female athletes. The estimates of athletes’ earnings combines salary/winnings and endorsements.

Baltimore police arrested a 31-year-old man who tried to pimp his teen wife out to an undercover cop for $100 at a hotel, which would have been a pretty common news story had the husband-pimp not been a Baltimore City cop himself.

The Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit was reportedly working their normal proactive child prostitution/human trafficking operation last Thursday (May 9) when they came across a young-looking woman offering her services as an escort on a website known for prostitution, authorities said.

The cops responded to the ad and arranged a meeting. An undercover officer met with the woman from the ad, 19-year-old Marissa Braun, who called herself “Lexi,” at a hotel room near the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport while Braun’s husband, Lamin Manneh, waited outside in the parking lot.

Police said they arrested Braun after she allegedly told the undercover cop “You give me the $100 and then you can (have sex) with me.”

She also told the undercover that she was working for her husband, who uses his credit cards to post the ads online, and also “drives her from date to date since she cannot drive.”

Police eventually found Manneh in the parking lot of the same hotel, and he admitted to police that he was indeed pimping his wife out and corroborated her story. Manneh was arrested and charged with human trafficking and prostitution, while Braun was charged with one count of prostitution.

Manneh was reportedly booked and released on his own recognizance, but authorities said that he would be suspended without pay pending an internal affairs investigation from the Baltimore City Police Department.

Manneh is said to be in a probationary period with the department, so his arrest will likely lead to dismissal.

A spokesman from the Baltimore City Police Department released the following statement from Deputy Commissioner Jerry Rodriguez:

“This allegation is a disgrace and embarrassment to every member — both current and retired — who serve with the Baltimore Police Department. The alleged actions and criminal charges brought against Mr. Manneh are serious and undermine the integrity and pride of this organization. We expect every member of this department to hold themselves to the highest of professional standards. Our colleagues and our community deserve nothing less.”

Baltimore City police have been in the news a lot lately for criminal activity. Early last week, a Baltimore cop killed his girlfriend and held a toddler hostage before he engaged in a standoff with the SWAT Team.

And just last month, a woman recently filed a million-dollar lawsuit against the Baltimore City Police Department on claims that she was assaulted by four officers when she tried to record them with her cell phone while they were allegedly assaulting a juvenile suspect.

All of which raises this burning question: What the f**k is going on with Baltimore police?!?

Florida man isn’t the only one causing trouble in The Sunshine State. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Florida WOMAN, and she’s just as dangerous/crazy as her male counterpart.

37-year-old Deborah Ann Burns, from Immokalee, Fla. — looking lovely as ever in her mugshot (right) — is accused of throwing an 8-inch-long kitchen knife at her boyfriend because he farted in her face. That nasty mofo.

According to the police, Burns told Collier County detectives that she and her boyfriend were watching TV last Tuesday night (May 7) when the boyfriend purposely passed gas right in her face while he walked by her on his way to the kitchen. An argument ensued and police were called.

When the police showed up responding to a report of a possible stabbing, they found the boyfriend in front of the house, with multiple cuts on his abdomen and left arm.

The victim told police that he and Burns were arguing in the kitchen over money and she threw a knife at him, left the house, but then came back and hit him in the arm with a stick.

The police report states that the victim made no mention of the alleged flatulence, but he “continually stated if [Burns] returned he would kick her ass,” naturally.

Burns’ side of the story, however, is a bit different. She told detectives that their argument had nothing to do with money, and her boyfriend had become loud and agitated after she confronted him about him farting in her face.

Following the incident, Burns was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon — a felony. She remains in the county jail on a $50,000 bond.

According to The Smoking Gun, Burns is a convicted felon, and previously spent 21 months in state prison for aggravated assault with a weapon and battery on a law enforcement officer. It isn’t known whether or not he too farted in her face.

In a move that is sure to endear his old, senile ass to women’s movements in Saudi Arabia and other nations where women are repressed, Pat Robertson tells a betrayed woman to stop worrying about her husband’s infidelity.

Pat Robertson is known for being an unhinged mouthpiece for right-wing conservatives, but who knew he also subscribed to the “Atomic Dog” philosophy of love and life? “Why must I be like that, why must I chase the cat? / Nothin’ but the dog in me.”

During an episode of The 700 Club, a woman wrote in to the show asking for advice on how to get over husband’s infidelity. She said she’d forgiven him but still had lingering feelings of resentment over the betrayal.

Pat’s female co-host proceeded with caution and talked about forgiveness being challenging and difficult. Robertson, on the other hand, went in the opposite direction and basically told her to get over the infidelity, feed him, fuck him and make him happy so he doesn’t stray ever again. Oh, and even if he does cheat in the future, it’s because it’s in his nature, so deal with it.

“Stop talking about the cheating. He cheated on you, well he’s a man,” Robertson advises.

Next he advises his female viewer to focus on the important things in life.

“Does he provide food for you to eat? Does he provide clothes for you to wear? Is he handsome?” Robertson adds.

The most important thing a woman can do to prevent a man from straying is to always remain hands-on in the relationship.

“Reach out and touch him. Touch his face. Hold his hand. Look into his eyes,” Robertson insists.

I have a feeling that Pat wants her to touch a lot more than just his face, but this is a family show so he didn’t wanna spell it out for her on national TV.

After doling out all of that sage advice, Robertson closes by saying that even if she does all of what he’s suggesting and her husband remains unfaithful, well, that’s just the way it is.

“Recognize also, like it or not, males have a tendency to wander a little bit,” Robertson says. “What you want to do is make a home so wonderful that he doesn’t want to wander.”

Right. The good ol’ blame the victim mentality with some “boys will be boys” thrown on top. When did that Biblical commandment about “Thou shalt not commit adultery” become optional and stop being a requirement of Christianity?

Here’s the funny thing: Back in 1998, when Bill Clinton was president, Pat Robertson was calling for his head over his improprieties in the White House. Let’s go back in time with this article from the Los Angeles Times.

In scolding tones, Robertson opened the two-day Christian Coalition conference by accusing Clinton of turning the Oval Office into a “playpen for the sexual freedom of the poster child of the 1960s.” He also called Clinton a “debauched, debased and defamed” leader.

Pat Robertson, you’s a damn lie. And a sneak. And a hypocrite.

As for the woman who wrote in seeking Pat’s advice, she better hit up Iyanla Vanzant and get her life fixed.

In what is being considered the “most epic brand meltdown on Facebook … EVER,” a pair of restaurateurs who appeared on chef Gordon Ramsay‘s Kitchen Nightmares TV show (and made themselves look like COMPLETE ASSES by the way) went off — and when we say, off, we mean ALL THE WAY OFF — on pretty much the whole Internet, because why the hell not?

On last Friday night’s episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Amy and Samy Bouzaglo — the owners of the Scottsdale restaurant Amy’s Baking Company Bakery Boutique & Bistro — made chef Ramsay do something he says he’s never done in the 6+ years he’s been going the show. HE QUIT!

But not because he didn’t like the husband-and-wife duo, and not even because their restaurant and its food sucks. (It really does, apparently)

Ramsey proudly walked out on them because the Bouzaglo’s (ESPECIALLY Amy) are so delusional about their sucky food and the horrible way they run their business (which includes going through 100 staff members a year, taking hours to make one pizza, firing a server on camera for daring to ask “are you sure?” about an order, etc.) that they outright refused to accept his constructive criticism.

For the uninitiated, Kitchen Nightmares is Fox show in which the famous British chef Gordon Ramsay (you might remember him from Hell’s Kitchen) goes into fledgling restaurants in a last-ditch effort to help them get their isht together. In this case, the Bouzaglo’s proved that they are fully incapable of getting their isht together.

When chef Ramsay went to Amy’s Baking Company to see how they run their restaurant, he found out why they’re failing. THEIR FOOD/SERVICE SUCKS! Not only did it take almost forever for him to receive his meal, but he literally sent every single thing back because it was either undercooked, didn’t taste good, looked sloppy, or all three.

For what it’s worth, chef Ramsay did say he liked the desserts, but since desserts aren’t the only thing on the menu, that still means the restaurants as a whole sucks. And those poor Bouzaglo’s (once again, ESPECIALLY Amy) couldn’t take hearing that from the most critical, unrelenting chef in all the land.

After the show aired, the official Facebook page for Amy’s Baking Company lit up with disparaging comments about the restaurant and its owners, and of course, the Bouzaglos — being the charming, savvy business owners that they are — TOTALLY FLIPPED OUT over them, as well as the one-star rankings they received on Yelp and this thread on Reddit.

Among their barrage of angry comments on Facebook included them calling everyone “punks” and “little shits,” threatening legal action against the Redditors and Yelpers, and Amy calling herself “Wonder Woman.”

Hate to break it to all you Beliebers out there, but according to a music-oriented poll from Public Policy Polling, apparently … Americans hate Justin Bieber.

Surprising? Not really. Hilarious? Hell yeah!

The 19-year-old musical wonderboy is apparently more negatively viewed than his contemporary, arena-selling peers, as the poll checked the favorability ratings of some of music’s biggest names, among them Jay-Z, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Adele, and Taylor Swift.

Testings show that Bieber was unfavorably rated by more than half of those polled: 54 percent to be exact. The Canadian-born crooner also achieved the questionable feat of being the only artist whose unfavorability rating stretched across partisan lines. That’s right, a majority of Democrats, Republicans and Independents all reported negative views of the Biebs.

This might come as a surprise to some, most of them being tween girls. Bieber is currently the most followed individual on Twitter (he dethroned Lady Gaga last January), and enjoys sold-out shows worldwide. He did get into some hot water these past few months for questionable behavior (that Anne Frank comment being the prime example), attitude which might have contributed to his low score.

But Bieber might find some solace in the fact that he is not the most negatively viewed artist. Chris Brown, who lost most of the public’s respect after assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna before the 2009 Grammys, scored an unfavorable rating of 57 percent. To the question “Should Rihanna get back with Chris Brown,” an overwhelming 67 percent replied “no.”

In the happy and loved crowd you will find Adele, who achieved a 54 percent favorability rating; Tay Swift, with 53 percent; Justin Timberlake, with 52 percent; and Beyonce, with 51 percent. Her husband Jay-Z didn’t do as well in the poll (25 percent rated him favorably, as opposed to 44 percent who rated him unfavorably).

Timberlake also topped the “Who would you want to see as President?” poll, with 34 percent. Rihanna landed on bottom, with 2 percent.

In a poignant op-ed piece for the New York Times, Angelina Jolie made a shocking revelation. The Oscar-Winning mother of six made it known that she underwent a preventive double mastectomy back in February after she was told by her doctors that she carried a “faulty gene” that gave her a roughly 87 percent chance of contracting the deadly disease.

The 37-year-old actress, who turns 38 next month, also revealed that her doctors told her she has approximately a 50 percent risk of developing ovarian cancer, of which her mother died at only 56 years old.

Read some of what she wrote below:

My doctors estimated that I had an 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer, although the risk is different in the case of each woman.

Only a fraction of breast cancers result from an inherited gene mutation. Those with a defect in BRCA1 have a 65 percent risk of getting it, on average.

Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy. I started with the breasts, as my risk of breast cancer is higher than my risk of ovarian cancer, and the surgery is more complex.

On April 27, I finished the three months of medical procedures that the mastectomies involved. During that time I have been able to keep this private and to carry on with my work.

But I am writing about it now because I hope that other women can benefit from my experience. Cancer is still a word that strikes fear into people’s hearts, producing a deep sense of powerlessness. But today it is possible to find out through a blood test whether you are highly susceptible to breast and ovarian cancer, and then take action.

My own process began on Feb. 2 with a procedure known as a “nipple delay,” which rules out disease in the breast ducts behind the nipple and draws extra blood flow to the area. This causes some pain and a lot of bruising, but it increases the chance of saving the nipple.

Two weeks later I had the major surgery, where the breast tissue is removed and temporary fillers are put in place. The operation can take eight hours. You wake up with drain tubes and expanders in your breasts. It does feel like a scene out of a science-fiction film. But days after surgery you can be back to a normal life.

Nine weeks later, the final surgery is completed with the reconstruction of the breasts with an implant. There have been many advances in this procedure in the last few years, and the results can be beautiful.

I wanted to write this to tell other women that the decision to have a mastectomy was not easy. But it is one I am very happy that I made. My chances of developing breast cancer have dropped from 87 percent to under 5 percent. I can tell my children that they don’t need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer.

The hilarious comparisons between Swift and the Satanist are reminiscent of the old photographs that alleged Nicholas Cage and John Travolta are vampires.

I don’t know about you, but I’m beginning to enjoy celebrity vampire/Satanist rumors more than those illuminati conspiracy theories.

If you haven’t heard already, famous choreographer Wade Robson is reportedly suing and seeking monetary damages from the estate of Michael Jackson, claiming that he was molested by the late Pop icon when he was a child.

According to TMZ, Wade’s lawyer filed the actual complaint under seal, preventing its contents from being made available to the public, but their sources say that it “specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.” The lawsuit is also said to mention a “leading” psychiatrist who treated Wade.

Robson, who is now 30 years old, met Michael when he was five, and the two developed a “friendship” that lasted for nearly 10 years until Wade was 14 years old.

Wade says by the time he was seven, he was going for sleepovers at Jackson’s famous Neverland Ranch home in Santa Barbara, Calif., as well as the singer’s homes in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. During that time is when the alleged molestations occurred.

Apparently, Robson had a total mental breakdown in March 2012 that pushed him into complete seclusion and ruined his career.

According to Robson’s friends and family, he was unable to fulfill his work commitments and ended up breaching a number of contracts, including a deal he had to write three songs. They say he lost “a ton of money” and hasn’t earned hardly anything since.

After his breakdown, Robson went to a psychotherapist over the course of several weeks and that’s when the “floodgates” opened. That was when he told his family that he had been molested by Michael Jackson between the ages of 7 and 14.

Robson’s attorney, Henry Gradstein reiterated to TMZ that Michael Jackson was a “monster who sexually abused Wade for seven years as a child and threatened him if he ever went public.”

Gradstein said:

“Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, he [Wade] collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child. [Wade] lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him.”

…Michael would tell Wade, “If anyone ever finds out about what we did we will go to jail for the rest of our lives” and “our lives will be ruined forever.”

…the threats worked, and Wade kept his mouth shut, adding, “This kind of intimidation of a child by a sexual predator is tragically characteristic and effective, keeping them quiet about the abuse – often for a lifetime.”

…”Michael Jackson was a monster and in their hearts every normal person knows it.”

This is where the “interesting” part comes in. Wade actually DEFENDED Michael Jackson and actually DENIED being molested by the icon in 2005 during the singer’s infamous second child molestation case, when Jackson’s former housekeeper Blanca Francia testified that she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when he was 8 or 9 years old.

Wade, who also testified in defense of Jackson during his 1993 trial, explained the reason why he took so long to file the molestation allegations, saying that he “repressed” the memories for two decades.

Wade’s lawyer says Wade hasn’t asked for a specific amount of money from Jackson’s estate, which is currently embroiled in a wrongful death lawsuit worth $40 billion against AEG, and he’s making it clear that “the Jackson money machine” — as he calls it — won’t be able to “keep the truth from coming out.”

Wade’s attorneys are also making it clear that the lawsuit isn’t about money, as Wade has “substantial savings.”

As for lawyers for the Jackson estate, they are denying the allegations, saying that they are “outrageous and pathetic.”

When it comes to World Star Hip Hop fights, most of us can admit to enjoying some of the amateur boxing that takes place in local restaurants and parties and gets uploaded for our amusement. But this latest fight from a waffle house in Augusta, Ga. might have crossed the line.

Without operating on very much information here, it appears that the four women staff at a waffle house in Augusta engaged in a brouhaha. The ladies split into pairs and two waitresses got to tussling in the corner on the right. On the left side of the video, a larger women wearing yellow scraps and then restrains a woman in a green t-shirt.

While the camera is focused on the woman in yellow and the lady in green, you hear a primal howl of anguish and distress and the camera quickly shifts to the two ladies fighting on the right. That’s when we see what caused the blood-curdling cries: One waitress is sitting on top of the other as she pulls her hair out in handfuls.

You can hear the tearing and ripping as she yanks without restraint and then punches her co-worker in the face.

Jesus Christ.

I’m usually inclined to crack jokes on these videos but this kind of violence just makes me want to curl up in a corner and weep. All I know is somebody better see some jailtime behind this mess.

While we may live in the age of live tweeting your sexual exploits, fact is no one has to tell you their business if they choose not to. I wish someone had explained this to Hot 97 DJ Mister Cee before he decided to talk to his co-workers about reportedly being arrested for trying to pay for penis on-air.

In one of the most embarrassing interviews in quite some time, the hip-hop producer and radio personality refused to give people the Jason Collins moment they were clamoring for.

Cee denies that he was trying to pay a man for some special attention, arguing that it was instead a female cop.

He explained:

“The female Latino cop, I have her badge number so I know who it is….The first story that came out in the Daily News said it was a female undercover officer and you can research and see that that story was posted. Then they changed it soon after to male undercover officer. I have no idea why it changed.”

Maybe because they realized she had a dick?

In any event, Mister Cee denied that he was gay, though he did note, “I support the gay community more than anyone knows.” I imagine he’s not referring to the 2011 charge of soliciting a male prostitute that he pleaded guilty to. On that, Cee claimed the only reason he took that charge was to keep his family’s peace of mind in tact.

He also admitted an addiction. “Yes, I do like prostitutes. I have engaged a lot with prostitutes in my life many times. Same with strippers. That it is. While I believe Mister Cee seems more inclined to have a body party with Miss Lawrence than his home girl, I also find it funny that many of the people calling on him to be himself and live openly aren’t doing much in the way of making him feel comfortable.

An 80-year-old woman from Florida was left embarrassed after she accidentally a REAL diamond worth $5,000 at a charity event in Tampa, Florida.

According to USA Today (via Newser), the octogenarian attended a fashion show fundraiser in Tampa on Saturday (Apr 27), and purchased a $20 flute of champagne with a small, but potentially very valuable, prize inside.

Of the 400 glasses, 399 contained a measly $10 cubic zirconia, and 1 lucky glass held the $5,000 diamond. Miriam Tucker had that lucky glass … but the only problem was that she accidentally swallowed the diamond.

“I thought I’d drink a bit of champagne so I didn’t have to stick my finger so far into the glass,” Tucker tells the Tampa Bay Times. “We were laughing and talking when I realized I swallowed it.”

Embarrassed, and assuming she’d only ingested cubic zirconia, Tucker stayed quiet and waited for the winner’s excited scream. None came, and jewelers with probes and a loupe could not find the winner, so Tucker was finally forced to admit what happened.

She already had the colonoscopy scheduled, so she warned her doctor what he might find; he did indeed locate the missing diamond, which was sent to the jewelry store in a biohazard bag, cleaned, and returned to Tucker.

Yikes … Talk about a diamond in the rough!

Since a woman is often reduced to how she looks, celebs in the public eye often go to extreme lengths in order to stay trim. Jessica Alba, who has made a career out of starring in crappy movies and posing for men’s magazines, is no different.

In a recent interview with Net-A-Porter, Alba revealed that she wore a corset for three months to flatter her stomach.

“It was brutal; it’s not for everyone,” she said. “I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it.”

Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time Alba has undertaken extreme measures to maintain her svelte frame. Last November, Perez Hilton reported that Alba underwent laser liposuction treatment.

And in June 2011, Alba admitted to Lucky magazine that she starved herself to lose the weight she gained during her second pregnancy. At the time, she said, “I have a hard time with portion control, so I have 1,200 calorie meals delivered. But I also work out, so basically I’m starving. It sucks. I drink a lot of water.”

In 2005, after the actress became famous for sought after bod, she told Glamour magazine that she once suffered from an eating disorder. “A lot of girls have eating disorders, and I did too. I got obsessed with it,” Alba revealed.

Alba also has a history of mistakenly thinking she’s larger than she is.

That same year, she told RollingStone: “I hear people in this industry talking shit all the time about how Jennifer Lopez is fat,” she says tersely. “And I know if they’re calling her fat, they’re saying the same shit about me.”

A man from Michigan recently found out he was facing up to 15 years in prison after he was convicted of raping with two of his pet dogs on two separate occasions. The same (unfortunate) person caught him both times.

According to Michigan Live News, 37-year-old Kurtis Peterson, a convicted sex offender, was first caught “penetrating” one of his dogs — a bluee heeler — by a woman named Joyce Yeaw at his apartment in Muskegon, Mich. on his bed in April 2012.

At the time, Peterson told her he was “just hugging his dog.” (Right…) But he was busted again by Joyce just two months later when she was returning keys she borrowed from his roommate, and she walked in on him having sex with his pit bull.

This time she called the cops (honestly she should have called them the first time…) and Peterson was arrested. Yeaw said, “He was having sex with the dog, it was disgusting.”

When Peterson was questioned by police, he claimed he was “just playing with the dog” in the April incident, but he became “sexually aroused from accidental contact from the animal’s rear,” which led to the later assault.

It isn’t known whether Peterson sexually assaulted his pets on other occasions, but he was convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in 1996 in another Michigan county, so yeah … he probably did. The sick bastard.

Back in March, Peterson pleaded no contest to “the abominable and detestable crime against nature,” also known as sodomy or bestiality, and on Monday (Apr 22), he was handed a one to fifteen year prison term by 14th Circuit Judge Timothy Hicks.

Judge Hicks said that he went above and beyond state guidelines in his ruling because “I fear for what he might do in the community,” and also, Peterson hasn’t been adjusting well to life in jail.

Hicks said since Peterson’s been in jail, “there have been many complaints of unwanted and inappropriate touching,” which literally proves his point.

Reese Witherspoon let her inner Amanda Bynes take over this weekend when she got arrested early Friday morning in Atlanta after she went off on police as they were arresting her husband for driving under the influence.

As first reported by Variety, the “Legally Blonde” actress was riding shotgun early Friday morning (Apr 19) with her husband Jim Toth in their silver 2013 Ford Fusion when Toth was pulled over on suspicion of DUI after cops spotted him on Peachtree St. weaving across lanes.

In their report, police said Toth not only looked drunk, but he also reeked of alcohol, and his eyes were “blood shot and watery.” Toth said he only had one drink, but he took a Breathalyzer test that stated his blood alcohol level was .139, well above the legal limit of 0.08.

As the cops were dealing with Toth, that’s when Toth’s equally inebriated ‘superstar’ wife decided to get all uppity and pulled the “Do you know who I am?” card, which eventually led to Witherspoon being placed in handcuffs, just like her drunk husband.

Toth was pulled over after midnight Friday driving a silver 2013 Ford Focus, which the officer witnessed weaving across a double line on Atlanta’s Peachtree St. Toth appeared disheveled and his breath smelled of alcohol, according to the police report, prompting the officer to administer a sobriety test.

As Toth walked in the Walgreens parking lot where the officer instructed him to pull over to, Witherspoon became increasingly agitated from the vehicle, which prompted the officer to warn her to stay in the car for the sake of her own safety.

“Mrs. Witherspoon began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer,” according to the police report. “I told Mrs. Witherspoon to sit on her butt and be quiet.”

Once Toth was placed under arrest, Witherspoon exited the vehicle and was instructed to get back in the car. According to the report, she “stated that she was a ‘US citizen’ and that she was allowed to ‘stand on American ground.’”

The officer then detailed how she resisted as he grabbed her arms to arrest as Toth attempted to calm her down.

As the report details, “Mrs. Witherspoon asked, “Do you know my name?” I answered, “No, I don’t need to know your name.” I then added, “right now.” Mrs. Witherspoon stated, “You’re about to find out who I am.”

The report also specified, “Mrs. Witherspoon also stated, ‘You are going to be on national news.’ I advised Mrs. Witherspoon that was fine.”

Reese Witherspoon — who should be applauded for clearly exercising and standing up for her right as an American citizen to be a drunken mess and get arrested for it — was right about two things.

One, the police officer did find out who she was — especially after he arrested her and booked her disorderly conduct. And two, he did end up on national news. Maybe she should become a fortune teller, because she’s pretty good at predicting the foreseeable future.

Reese and Jim’s car was impounded after were both hauled off to jail, and an unidentified passenger in the backseat caught a cab. The happily married couple — who tied the knot in 2011 welcomed their first child together last September — posted bail the next day and was released after sobering up.

On Sunday, after the news broke, Reese released the following statement:

“Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that was no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behavior.”

Reese’s lawyers met with the prosecutor Monday morning (Apr 22) and worked out a deal in which she will go through what is known as a “pre-trial intervention program” to avoid getting a criminal conviction on her record, a spokesman for the Atlanta Municipal Court said, according to CNN.

The court’s website says that the program provides “alternative methods of resolving criminal matters other than prosecution.”

The judge has scheduled a hearing in Atlanta for May 22nd to find out whether or not Reese is complying with the program. As for her husband Jim, his hearing is set for May 23rd.

As the world plunges further into economic ruin, you would think that making fun of those that have nothing and are out on the street would be off limits. Not so for a certain group of sorority girls.

According to Jezebel, members of Indiana University’s Kappa Delta chapter recently threw a homeless-themed party (yes, you read that right) in which the girls reportedly pretended to be begging for food and even applied fake dirt to their faces … just so, you know, they could look more homeless.

If that’s not enough, they also wore signs around their necks that read things like ”Will Twerk 4 [indistinguishable]” and “Give me a nickel and I’ll tickle your pickle.” (Yup, they joked about someone being so hungry and desperate that they have had to resort to performing sex acts just so they can eat.)

The Indiana University student who provided Jezebel with the shocking photos had this to say:

Just so you know, Bloomington, IN (home of IU) has a disproportionately high homeless population. They’re typically the target of a lot of shit from students. They get treated pretty badly. It’s actually really sad—one of the places homeless people tend to hang out is right across from the most popular student bar in Bloomington, and on pretty much any given night, you can hear students loudly ridiculing the homeless population while they sip their drinks.

Students will be out canning for money for their big national philanthropies, but when a homeless person asks for a quarter, they’ll tell him or her to get a job. The greek system here does do a lot of philanthropic work, but homelessness, which is one of the biggest local problems we have, and a problem that the greek system has the opportunity to really help, is completely ignored.

In sad but true news, a frightening story about modeling scouts recruiting women being treated for eating disorders has emerged.

The Local is reporting that the Stockholm Center for Eating Disorders in Sweden has had to fend off modeling agency recruiters.

“We think this is repugnant. People have stood outside our clinic and tried to pick up our girls because they know they are very thin,” the facility’s chief doctor Anna-Maria was quoted as saying.

So let’s get this straight. Women who are going through an intense program so that they can learn that they don’t have to be super thin to be beautiful just so they can be approached by someone who tells them the exact opposite?

The last incident took place a year ago, when the clinic was forced to change its procedures for the walks that its patients take. One of the patients who was approached by a scout was so ill she was sitting in a wheelchair at the time.

In one incident, an agent with one of Sweden’s largest modeling agencies approached a 14-year-old girl and left a business card.

Unfortunately, given the state of the fashion industry, this isn’t that surprising. Who could forget the jaw-dropping book that was released earlier this month that was written by a former Vogue Australia editor?

In the book, “The Vogue Factor,” Kristie Clements revealed that some models ate tissues and starved themselves for days to stay super slim.

NFL free agent Kerry Rhodes has probably received more press this month than he has over his entire career … and it has nothing to do about his skills on the football field.

Exactly one week ago from today, Rhodes was forced to release a statement via TMZ saying that he is “not gay,” after photos had surfaced the day before on MediaTakeOut.com showing the 30-year-old with his around around a “male friend.”

But after Media Take Out somehow got a hold of ANOTHER set of damaging photos of Kerry and his so-called “male friend,” one of which shows him kissing the guy on the forehead, the speculation surrounding the NFL star and his sexuality grew even bigger.

In separate interviews with Bossip and Baller Alert, Russell “Hollywood” Simpson talked about how he met Kerry Rhodes, and revealed that they were dating while Kerry played for the Arizona Cardinals.

Russell said he wasn’t the one who leaked the photos of them together, but Kerry was definitely aware that they were being taken. Russell also made it a point to note that he is not a “jilted lover,” he’s just upset that Kerry tried to “play” him by going to TMZ and making that statement denying that he was gay.

Russell said that when MTO published the photos of them together, Kerry should have just kept quiet instead of “lying” and trying to prove to the world that he was straight.

Earlier today, several major news outlets — including the Associated Press, CNN, Fox News and many others — reported that a suspect had been arrested in the Boston Marathon bombing incident killed 3 people and injured 176 others on Monday.

But now the FBI and Boston police are denouncing those reports, saying that even though they have “identified a suspect,” NO ARRESTS HAVE BEEN MADE as of yet, which has everyone scratching their heads going “huh?”

Here’s the FBI’s full statement:

Contrary to widespread reporting, no arrest has been made in connection with the Boston Marathon attack. Over the past day and a half, there have been a number of press reports based on information from unofficial sources that has been inaccurate. Since these stories often have unintended consequences, we ask the media, particularly at this early stage of the investigation, to exercise caution and attempt to verify information through appropriate official channels before reporting.

According to the New York Times, investigators believe they have video footage of a man who they believe may have planted the bombs, but he hasn’t been identified by name.

Meanwhile, CBS News is reporting that the “possible suspect” is a “WHITE MALE, wearing white baseball cap on backwards, gray hoodie and black jacket.”

The FBI is pleading with the public to submit all photos, videos and any other evidence they may have gathered before and after the attack occurred at around 2:50 pm Monday.

Who knew a simple kids toy could incite life-threatening violence?

Huff Post Crime is reporting that 35-year-old Efrain Burgos-Delgado pulled a gun on a 16-year-old boy in order to steal his remote control car. The puzzling incident took place in Kissimmee, Florida on Saturday evening (Apr 13).

If that’s not enough, after the perp stole the car, he came back and robbed the boy of his cell phone.

So why on earth did this man go to such great lengths to steal something that he could have bought for $19.99 – $39.99 ($59.49 if you want to be fancy) on Amazon? Authorities say Delgado quickly sold the toy in order to buy drugs.

So if you thought you couldn’t buy cocaine with a used kids toy, you were mistaken.

Of course he probably sold the car and used the money to score a fix, but it’s funny to think of a man paying for illegal substances with a toy.

Unfortunately for Mr. Delgado, there’s nothing funny about the charges he’s facing, which includes armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, petty theft and resisting without violence.

This story is almost a month old … but who cares? THIS SH*T IS NUTS! (No pun intended)

A prostitute — who probably calls herself an “escort” in her listing on Backpage.com (think Craigslist, but for hookers) — was arrested and charged with attempted murder back in March after she nearly bit a man’s penis off during a sexual encounter at an Orange County Hotel in Florida.

Now, after reading that line, I’m sure you have a few questions running through that innocent little inquiring mind of yours.

First off, did the woman look like that mugshot before or after the man agreed to pay her for sex?

Secondly, what. the. f*ck?

To answer those burning questions, here’s how it all went down, according to the Orlando Sentinel:

Deputies were called to the Crestwood Suites on University Boulevard after multiple 911 callers “reported screaming and growling sounds from a room on the second floor” of the hotel.

They arrived to find the victim “covered in a significant amount of blood, with numerous bite wounds,” the report states. He was rushed to the Orlando Regional Medical Center trauma center.

The man had “significant” bites to his penis and testicles, the report states, as well as damage to his leg, abdomen, chest and fingers.

His alleged attacker, Priscilla Vaughn, “was nude, and had blood around her mouth, which had spread to her face and head,” the report states, adding Vaughn “growled and snarled” at deputies.

The victim later told deputies his attacker was an escort he’d hired for Monday evening. After dinner, they returned to her hotel room, where they drank alcohol and Vaughn used Ecstasy, the report states.

During consensual sex, the escort “became more aggressive, and she began to bite his genitals. He described it as if she were trying to eat his penis and testicles,” the report says.

The victim tried to get away, the report states, but Vaughn “was too powerful and he could not get her off of him.” She also took his cell phone away when he tried to call for help, the report says.

The Sentinel is not naming the victim because of the sexual nature of the crime.

When deputies searched the room later, they found “a significant amount of blood, knocked over furniture, and strewn belongings,” as well as a sex toy that had been severely damaged by bite marks.

“The damage to the toy indicates a desire to cause severe damage,” the report says, adding it appeared the damage to the toy was done prior to the attack.

In addition to a second-degree temporary murder charge, 29-year-old Priscilla Vaughn also reportedly faces charges of false imprisonment and tampering with the victim’s ability to contact law enforcement. She was jailed without bail.

Once upon a time, sex tapes were a way for people that no one cared about to generate publicity for themselves. That’s not so much the case anymore because sex tapes are old news and seldom shock people. Apparently, Farrah Abraham from MTV’s “Teen Mom” didn’t get that memo and has decided to star in one alongside porn star turned legit actor James Deen.

Deen told TMZ that rumors of a sex tape between the two are in fact true: “Word travels fast … it isn’t even edited yet. We shot it yesterday [Mon. Apr 8].”

“The Canyons” star also addressed speculation that he and Farah are an item … because sometimes when two people have sex on camera, people can jump to the drastic conclusion that they’re an item.

Deen said, “Definitely not dating. Got tested together on Friday and then saw her on set. That is my only experience with the lady.”

On Monday, TMZ reported that Farrah’s 30 minute sex tape is being shopped around to various porn companies.

Steve Hirsch of Vivid told the site, “It’s amazing … and I’m doing everything in my power to get the rights to put it out.”

Deen revealed that Farrah was initially going to pass footage off as a leaked sex tape but failed miserably.

“I think what happened is that [the porn company was] going to pass it off as a ‘sex tape’ and somebody saw us coming out of a building together and people asked me what’s going on … so I was like we’re making a porno!”

22-year-old Eric Ducharme — the latest subject of TLC’s “My Crazy Obsession” — says he has been obsessed with mermaids for as long as he can remember. So obsessed, in fact, that he now lives his life as a “merman” in Florida. He says it’s his “lifestyle.”

Ducharme says that he eats, sleeps and breathes mermaids, and he dresses up and acts like one whenever he gets the chance. “It’s a lifestyle. It’s a path in life that I have chosen,” Eric says. “When I put on a tail I feel transformed … I feel like I’m starting to enter into a different world when I hit the water.”

Ducharme drives almost 2 hours to swim, dressed in one of his many handmade mermaid costumes, at a natural spring. He does this at least three times a week, and calls is “mermaiding,” which he describes as his own style of costumed free-diving that he says allows him to “escape the world above.”

“Being under water I feel, I’m just totally away from the world,” he explained. “It’s taken me a really long time to kind of understand my place in life.”

Ducharme — who is proud of the fact that he can hold his breath underwater for up to 4 minutes — has been dressing up as a merman since he was 16 years old, when he first started swimming as one publicly at the “Little Mermaid show” at the Weeki Wachee Springs as a “little merprince.”

His love for all things mermen began as a child when, according to his website, his grandparents took him to an underwater theater and a woman in a mermaid costume swam by blowing kisses to the audience; at age six, Ducharme’s father hired two mermaids to swim up to a dock where the boy was eating his birthday cake.

When he was 13, Ducharme created his company Mertailor, LLC and sold his own handcrafted tails made from garbage bags and various fabrics. Three years later, he put on his first show, swimming as the mermaid prince in the Weeki Wachee Springs Little Mermaid show.

Pretty weird, right.

Fortunately for him though, his friends and family don’t think so. Or maybe they do, and they just don’t know how to break it to him. It’s hard to tell a loved one how weird they are. So you just nod your head, and you support them … just like Eric Ducharme’s people.

“Eric is obsessed with mermaids,” said his mother Candy. “We have our own passions. That’s Eric’s life.”

His boyfriend Matthew said: “When I first met Eric, I was introduced to the subject of mermaids, on our first date. “Your jaw just kind of drops and you’re just like, ‘wow.’”

Wow? That’s it? Just … “wow?”

A man has finally been sentenced for a brutal crime he committed over 20 years ago.

According to the Associated Press, Philip Ward killed his six week pregnant girlfriend, Veronica Bowen, on a New York City rooftop in 1989. At the time, he and Bowen had two children together.

The 46-year-old, pleaded guilty to the crime last month and was sentenced to 18 years to life in prison on Friday (Apr 5).

Bowen’s naked body was discovered on the roof of a Manhattan apartment building. Eerily enough her head had been cut off and it was never recovered.

So what took police so long to sentence this monster?

Investigators apparently did not have enough evidence to convict him until recently, when he confessed. According to Ward’s lawyer Franklin Rothman, he decided it was time to own up to the crime so that he could build a better relationship with his children.

“I killed Veronica Bowen,” Ward confessed in a New York prison.

Police now know that Ward and Bown were having severe domestic issues at the time of her death. The two, who met as teens while residing at a foster home, were raising their children together until she moved out of the apartment they both shared.

Bowen, 21, is believed to have been visiting her children on the night she was murdered. Ward purportedly believed that the child she was carrying belonged to another man.

Ward reportedly beat Bowen with a pipe and then stabbed her with a dagger. According to the prosecutor in the case, Bowen cried out “I’m sorry!” as she was being beaten by Ward; and in one heated final act of rage and aggression, he cut off her head with a knife.

He then scrubbed himself of evidence using the building’s water tower and changed his clothing. He also removed the victim’s clothing and trashed them.

Bowen was initially reported missing because her body was not discovered until 15 days after she was killed. Though Ward told investigators he buried her head in Riverside Park, they have yet to find it.

At Ward’s sentencing, Bowen’s sister said that the woman loved being a mother, adored her kids and was deeply in love with Ward, whom she trusted until the end.

“I am haunted by thoughts of what she must have felt in her last moments,” Bowen’s sister said to the judge. “I wish I could hug her again, talk to her, hear her voice and see her lovely face. She was my best friend. To die is one thing, but to die like that is the worst thing I can think of; it’s inhuman.”

All the more disturbing is that Ward is currently serving time for killing another woman, whom he started dating after he murdered Veronica Bowen.

Ward shot and killed girlfriend Sheila Jackson in 1994 and if that’s not horrific enough, he committed the murder in front of Jackson’s 11-year-old daughter and subsequently raped the little girl. It’s unfathomable to imagine what that poor child has had to deal with in her now adult life.

It would be nice to believe that a horrific crime like this one isn’t very common but unfortunately there have been a number of similar cases in recent years.

In 2008, a Greek man, 31, beheaded his 25-year-old girlfriend and her dog. The man then walked around with her severed head until he was apprehended by police.

In April 2011, a 23-year-old engineering student in India sliced off his 18-year-old girlfriend’s head with a dagger in front of his classmates.

This past January, a Niger man was arrested for cutting off his girlfriend’s head after he had sex with her. And just last month a 29-year-old Ghana man beheaded his estranged wife while in the midst of a love triangle.

The new footage is from the forthcoming turkey of a movie “Scary Movie 5.” It shows the “Anger Management” star and the rehab hopping jailbird gearing up to make a sex tape (I think?) before Lohan’s “sobriety monitor” goes off and the two are attacked by paranormal forces.

Lohan screams at the sight of her own miserable existence being broadcast on TV and Sheen’s crotch is repeatedly slammed into a door. As this is happening, the actor proclaims, “I’ve come back from worse than this.” He’s probably talking about the movie.

So there’s a few things I just have to address after watching this:

First off, what is with the creepy oversexualized pairing of these two? Charlie Sheen is 47 and Lindsay Lohan is 26. Sure, Sheen’s probably been with his fair share of underage prostitutes but dude … be discreet about your pervy ways.

Second, are these two so pleased with themselves that they think being screw-ups is something to laugh about? Is there something funny about Lohan repeatedly driving while intoxicated and endangering the lives of innocent bystanders? Is Sheen losing a coveted TV gig that most actors would kill for and going bat shit nuts something audiences will chuckle at?

And don’t get me started on the unfunny mess that “Scary Movie 5″ is going to be. I almost feel sorry for the Z-list cast that signed on to this garbage. (Two words: Katt. Williams.)

Based on the trailer, it looks like two fifth-graders huffed a few cans of whipped cream, slapped together a few fart jokes and called it a screenplay.

Oh and one more thing … the movie is basically is carbon copy of “A Haunted House,” which came out in January.

The men and women of the U.S. marines are some of the most elite and respected members of the armed forces. So why is this one marine acting like the spirit of Hulk Hogan has possessed him as he barks at a timid, skinny geek?

Here’s the long story broken down shortly according to Gawker: The marine was allegedly breaking shortly in front of the geek driver. After narrowly escaping a fender bender a few times, eventually, the geek bumped the marine’s car, causing a few minor scratches. And that’s when the guy stepped out of his car and raged, hollered, kicked, screamed and punched the car.

The incident took place at Camp Pendleton and the passenger of the vehicle that was being harassed by the angry marine was also a marine. She just happened to be a woman (the driver is her brother) and disabled.

In an effort to make sense of the madness, Gawker reports that the man has post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which is supposed to explain away his extremely bad behavior.

But I’ve seen menstruating women with less rage than this guy. He looked like the veins in his neck were gonna burst. It’s amazing that he didn’t attempt to break the windshield with a headbutt or something.

According to a new report from Reuters, North Korea has said that it has “ratified” a merciless attack against the United States, potentially involving what the delusional country describes as a “diversified nuclear strike.”

A spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army said in a statement carried by the English language service of the state news agency KCNA:

“We formally inform the White House and Pentagon that the ever-escalating U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK (North Korea) and its reckless nuclear threat will be smashed by the strong will of all the united service personnel and people and cutting-edge smaller, lighter and diversified nuclear strike means of the DPRK and that the merciless operation of its revolutionary armed forces in this regard has been finally examined and ratified.”

Yet another disturbing video has gone viral on the Internet. This one shows a father beating the brakes off his daughters after he found out they posted a video on Facebook of them “twerking.”

For the uninitiated, twerking is defined by the Urban Dictionary as the “rhythmic gyrating” of the lower part of the body — preferably a woman’s — in a “lascivious manner with the intent to elicit sexual arousal or laughter in one’s intended audience.”

So basically, these young girls put up a video of them shaking their asses on Facebook … and daddy don’t play that.

The video clip shows the man as he dishes out the brutal punishment by beating his daughters with a rolled up cable cord. He beats them one-by-one as they yelp and scream in pain. The entire thing is extremely unsettling, and is not for the faint of heart.

The video first showed up on Facebook on this past weekend, but has since spread to YouTube and WorldStarHipHop and has been seen by millions of people online over the past few days.

No official word on when or where the video was shot, but it is assumed to be here in the United States. The identifies of the subjects in the clip are unknown as well.

Just like you and me, Busta Rhymes loves himself a good late night cheeseburger after leaving the club. But apparently, he likes them a little more than the average person. So much so that he he went apeshit on the staff at a cheeseburger joint in Miami because he couldn’t get one fast enough.

According to a report from the Miami New Times, Busta and his crew showed up at Cheeseburger Baby in South Beach around 6 a.m. and demanded that he be able to skip the line so that he could get his food faster.

Restaurant owner Stephanie Vitori said after her staff members refused to allow Busta to cut the line, he threw a tantrum and called Vitori a “bitch,” and called another employee a “fag,” and threatened to “come get [them].”

“We have had everyone from Jay-Z to Anthony Bourdain eat at Cheeseburger Baby,” Vitori says. “Never have we had a problem with a celebrity. That changed last night.”

When Busta rolled into Cheeseburger Baby, Vitori says, it was 5:45 a.m., a time that’s typically busy for the restaurant, as servers are slinging burgers to partiers on their way home from clubs. Busta wanted to be served first, and the restaurant refused.

“He got very upset when we wouldn’t take his order first when he was the last one to come in. We treat everyone as equals here at CBB. You can’t skip the line of ten people waiting in front of you,” Vitori explains.

Instead, he returned to his car to wait for his order. But after his food was delivered to him in the car, Vitori says, “He came back in the restaurant and started becoming outwardly angry. He was calling our delivery driver Santiago a ‘fag’ multiple times, and me a ‘bitch’ and [telling] me ‘to shut the fuck up’ because we put his salt, pepper, ketchup, and mayo — that he asked for — on the side.

“On the side is just how we do it,” she explains. “We don’t want your burger getting soggy!”

Vitori said Busta “caused such a scene” that she was forced to call the police on him, which at least got him to leave the restaurant.

But Busta’s freakout didn’t end there, the New Times notes.

“Top it all off, a few minutes later he called us to let us know there was no cheese on his burger, which was untrue, and that he was going to ‘come get us,’” Vitori says. “I deal with drunk and disorderly people all the time. I have been doing this for 11 years, but never in my life have I felt more disrespected as a business owner or woman.”

Damn Busta! We’ve all been there. It was late. You were hungry. But to go mayhem like that — calling people fags and bitches and what-not — over a damn cheeseburger? A cheeseburger. Really.

In a recent interview with the British radio station Xfm (via CBS), Jared Leto reveled the craziest gift he has ever received from a fan.

Since he’s an actor and member of the band 30 Seconds to Mars, it’s not surprising that Leto is showered with gifts, but we didn’t think he got any gory ones.

“The fans are an incredibly committed and passionate group of people. Going to a show is kind of like visiting Japan — you expect gifts on your arrival,” Leto said. “You get all kinds of wonderful things. Someone cut their ear off once and sent it to me. That was very strange. A whole ear. The Van Gogh move. The note just said, ‘Are you listening?’ I never knew who it was, who’s missing their ear out there.”

Yet what’s even more bizarre is that Leto decided to keep the ear and wear it as a freakin necklace!

“I poked a hole in it and wore it as a necklace!”

We know he’s  a rock star but … that’s just gross. To top it off, the former “My So-Called Life” heartthrob posted a picture of the bloody piece of flesh on his Instagram Monday (Mar 25) account with the caption, “Are you listening?”

How creepy is that? Who on earth would cut off their ear for a B-list celeb?

Then again, this could all be a publicity stunt. I mean, how do we even know that’s a real ear?

Mexican authorities say that the bodies of seven men were found sitting in plastic chairs on display along the side of a street in the Mexican state of Michoacan.

According to the Michoacan attorney general’s office, the victims had all been shot in the head (execution style) and were placed individually in the sitting position in chairs on the side of the road near a traffic circle in the city of Uruapan, which is a known drug zone.

Shocking photos released to the media show a gruesome scene — all of the men, reportedly aged between 15 and 40 years old, are tied to the chairs by their hands and feet, and some have threat messages nailed to their chest with ice picks.

According to local authorities, a placard on one of the bodies, which were found early Saturday morning, read: “Warning! This will happen to thieves, kidnappers, sex offenders and extortionists.”

Sadly, this wasn’t the only instance of mass violence in Mexico. The night before in the neighboring Mexican state of Guerrero, armed men opened fire at a bar in Ciudad Altamirano, killing a total of seven people, including three off-duty federal agents.

The attorney general’s office have no clear motives for these recent killings, but if you know anything about Mexico, one would assume that they were drug-related.

Mexico has an extremely bad name, as it is one of the most dangerous places to be with its heavy drug war, which has been going on for years among the drug cartels — large organizations that control major drug trafficking operations.

Mexico has seen a surge of violence in recent years attributed to drug cartels. After former president Felipe Calderon launched a nationwide crackdown against traffickers, drug violence escalated, and over the past seven years, an estimated 70,000 people have been killed in drug-related violence.

The country’s new president, Enrique Pena Nieto, who took office last December, has vowed to put an end to the rampant murders that have tainted Mexico’s image as a popular tourist destination and rattled investors.

While thousands of soldiers have been sent out to patrol the streets, the number of fatalities continues to rise.

Just earlier this month, a 13-year-old self-confessed hitman who had been arrested after he confessed to a series of killings, escaped from prison and was found tortured and killed shortly thereafter.

Meek Mill — that rapper who yells all the time in his songs — really showed his ass over the weekend when he got into a one-sided Twitter beef with blogger Necole Bitchie after he was put on blast for allegedly charging fans over $100 for pictures.

Saturday night, Necole posted a message to Instagram a fan of the MMG rapper sent her, which read:

“Hi Necole Bitchie I am a girl from the Netherlands and I am in shock. Yesterday was Meek Mill concert in Amsterdam 22-03-2013. And I wanna tell you something I paid 75 euros for VIP tickets. Me and my girlfriends met Meek Mill and he asked us for 100 euros [about $130] to take a picture with him. Then we said we don’t have money too pay, then Meek Mill said NO MONEY NO PICTURE!!! I didn’t believe it, he was so cruel. I am no longer a fan of him and very disappointed.”

Of course, once Necole posted this, her mentions lit up with replies from people who didn’t approve of the rapper’s actions. So she began to retweet some of the things fans had to say … and quite a few tweets indicated that Meek had done the same thing to them in Paris.
