“Are Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama back together?” is the question on the minds of many after photos after photos of the pair kissing hit the web last week.

19-year-old Lovato and 31-year-old Valderrama (who has been linked to Mandy Moore, Ashlee Simpson and Lindsay Lohan) were spotted making out in front of the former “That 70′s Show” star’s L.A. area home last Tuesday afternoon (Nov 1).

Demi started dating Wilmer shortly after she famously broke up with Joe Jonas in 2010, and the pair started back seeing each other after Demi checked out of a treatment facility for eating disorders and bipolar disorder in January 2011.

Now it looks like things are heating back up for the on-and-off again “couple,” especially considering that Demi Lovato’s reps told People, “We’re not going to comment on this.”

And we all know what that means.

The stars were out last night on the red carpet of the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards!

Held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and hosted by Jane Lynch, the 2011 Emmys featured red carpet appearances from tons of celebs, including actresses Taraji P. Henson, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kerry Washington, Lea Michele and Amber Riley from “Glee,” rappers/actors Common and LL Cool J, supermodel Heidi Klum and her husband Seal, TV personalities Kelly Osbourne and Paula Abdul, actor Laurence Fishburne and plenty others.

Co-stars Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks met up on the red carpet of the premiere of their new movie “Larry Crowne” at Grauman’s Chinese Theater Monday afternoon (Jun 27) in Hollywood. Other celebs spotted at the premiere were Taraji P. Henson, Cedric the Entertainer, Selita Ebanks, Wilmer Valderrama and Rita Wilson.

As Solange Knowles spun tunes on the turntable, Tide and Venus Williams hosted an event celebrating the launch of the new Tide Plus Febreeze Freshness Sport laundry detergent at The W South Beach Friday (Feb 5).
