Snoop Dogg turns 40 years old today, and the rapper celebrated the momentous occasion with a party at The Rolling Stone Lounge this past Tuesday night (Oct 18) in Hollywood with his wife Shante and some of his Hip-Hop friends, including Dr. Dre, Warren G, Tyrese and Bootsy Collins, as well as Rihanna’s ex boyfriend Matt Kemp (of the L.A. Dodgers) and a couple of other athletes.

The legendary Chaka Khan was also in the building and sang “Happy Birthday” to the birthday boy.

The 2011 BET Awards were held Sunday night (Jun 26) in Los Angeles, California at the Shrine Auditorium … and the show, hosted by actor/comedian Kevin Hart, featured appearances/performances from Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Taraji P. Henson, Drake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Gladys Knight and many many more celebrities.

Longtime rapper Warren G is setting the record straight on a statement he made during a penis pill commercial, claiming that he personally uses the erectile dysfunction medication. “A lot of people have that problem … but I don’t have it!”he tells TMZ.

During the new commercial for the Affirm XL “male enhancement” pill Warren claims, “I take MY Affirm XL and now I got to regulate.”

But according to  the West Coast OG, the verbal endorsement was just for show. Warren, who is also a partner in the male enhancement company, explained: “The commercials are funny and I meant for it to be funny. This is not something that dictates who I am.”

Despite not being a regular user, Warren confesses he did “try” the pill once … and loves it!

Snoop Dogg celebrated the release of his new album Doggumentary, as well as the launch of his new drink Blast by Colt 45, Thursday night (Mar 31) in California. Some of the rapper’s celebrity friends in attendance for the event, held at Hollywood hotspot Trousdale, were Meagan Good, Paris and Nicky Hilton and Warren G.

Rapper DMX walked the Red Carpet of the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors Wednesday night (Sep 23) at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City. His appearance at this year’s show marked his first public appearance/performance in at least three years. And we all know all of the drama he’s been getting himself into in the meantime.
