During an interview on Thursday on the Piers Morgan Tonight show, Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria broke her silence and disclosed how she felt about her divorce from now ex-husband, Tony Parker.

Eva was originally on the show to promote her new cookbook, but ended up talking openly about her heartbreaking divorce. She confessed that she felt: “embarrassed by the split because it had to play out so publicly … It was devastating to go through on its own, much less publicly.”

After being together for 7 years and married for just over 3 years, Longoria went on to explain:

“Marriage in my family is really a sacred sacrament. It wasn’t something we did frivolously. And our mantra was: Divorce is not an option. We always would kid about that: ‘I’ll kill him before I divorce him!’ I guess the relationship ran its course. It was disappointing because I had such an identity in being Mrs. Parker and being a wife. When that’s taken away from you, you go, ‘Who am I?”

So does the 36-year-old regret anything that has happened and how does she feel about Parker now?

“I do not regret getting married nor do I regret getting divorced. So many people want me to hate him, want me to destroy him. But I don’t, I wish nothing but the best for him. I want him to be happy. He’s not a bad person. I do believe in forgiving and forgetting.

A really good friend of mine said, ‘Hold onto the love and not the loss. There was a reason why we got married, there was a reason why we fell in love, there was a reason why we were together seven years. I just choose to hold onto that.”

In the upcoming April 2011 issue of Allure magazine, Eva Longoria, the ex-Mrs. Tony Parker, dished about the hardships of parting ways with her NBA superstar husband and  how their breakup dramatically changed her life.

“Every time I talk about it, I want to cry,” Longoria admitted in an interview for the mag’s April issue. “It’s been hard. Very hard. I’m just trying to get through it as gracefully as possible without any drama.” (Source)

Longoria, who separated from Parker in November, is still readjusting to life without the San Antonio baller.

“Today is such a typical day. I woke up and worked out. I do an interview, then I’ve got to go to work, and tonight, I have a dinner meeting,” the actress said. “It’s kind of weird because my life is – I’m kind of having to find new patterns because I’m not used to having – I’m used to always being on a plane and flying to a basketball game.”

“When you go through something as devastating as a divorce, you just want to be surrounded by people who care for you,” she said of her roommates. “I don’t know what I’d do without them.”

Yeah Eva, we’re pretty sure this guy (Eduardo Cruz) is caring for you well. REAL well.

The NBA star was spotted partying it up with three hot mamas at Lavo in Vegas over the weekend. In a recent interview, Tony told PEOPLE magazine that he isn’t concerned about who Eva is seeing at the time.

“She can do whatever she wants.”

Tony Parker is remaining positive after his divorce from Eva Longoria.

In an interview with French radio station Europe1, the NBA star admitted that things have been hard, but he’s learned from his mistakes.

“[Divorce] was hard. Like anyone else, I’ve learned that life is full of experiences, and you learn from your mistakes and go on,” Parker said.

Parker went on to add…that with so many negative things going on in the world right now, he has little to no complaints.

“I’ve been really lucky in life. I’ve got super family, friends – that’s what’s most important. When you look around with what’s going on in the world – with sick children, people in real difficulties – I have no right to complain.”

Way to keep your head up Tony…stay focused on the game.

Tony Parker has finally opened up about his pending divorce with Eva Longoria.

In an interview with France’s Le Parisien newspaper, the NBA star stated that remaining strong mentally is the most important thing to do during a time like this.

“The most important thing is to stay strong mentally, even if these are very difficult times. I’ve taken refuge in basketball because that’s what I’ve done best since my youth.

Parker went on to add that he relies on the “support of [my] teammates, coaches and San Antonio,” along with, “my family. My whole family has been around me through this.”

His prime focus now is being successful on the court.

“You have to know how to keep things in perspective. I am, first of all, a basketball player. I’ve done this for so very long … For me, it’s been essential to be successful on the court.”

Smart man.

Erin Barry has finally broken her silence on rumors that she had an affair with NBA star Tony Parker, who just so happened to be her husband’s former teammate.

In an open letter posted to her website, Erin, the estranged wife of former NBA player Brent Barry, who ironically filed for divorce from Erin around the same time Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony, tells her side of the story (somewhat) and bluntly states: “I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER”

“It has been brought to my attention that people who do not know me think that I have had an affair with Tony Parker. I have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from supportive friends who do know me and know that what is being insinuated about me is a complete lie. I am so busy with my children and law school studies that to take even a few moments out of my day to address this ludicrous issue is an annoyance. I only take the time to explain myself because apparently my silence, as a result of my indifference, has been construed as an admission of guilt. These are my words and this is the last you will hear from me on this subject because I have more important things to do.

“I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided.

“Every day I dedicate myself to being a good person and the best Mom that I can possibly be for my two beautiful children. I pride myself on being a Mom first, an advocate for abused children second, and a law student third. Those are the things that are of the utmost importance to me. I have spent my adult life fighting for children who have been victimized so forgive me for not caring when someone tells me that my name is being dragged through the mud.

“Salacious rumors are not what keep me awake at night. What keeps me awake is wondering how the 5-year-old who was taken away from her abusive family is sleeping during her first night in a children’s shelter. I worry about friends fighting overseas and whether or not they will return home to their families. I worry about the health of my children, my family, and my friends. I worry about soccer uniforms, carpool, immunizations, baseball practice, paying the bills on time, grocery shopping, the kid’s homework, and so many other things that may seem menial to some people; but to me are everything. Right now I worry about my law school finals… being a first year law student is much scarier than dealing with gossip!”

The “Extra” host says that after filing for divorce from her husband Tony Parker amid those nasty cheating rumors, his pal Eva is “devastated” and “heartbroken.”

Earlier this week, rumors of Tony Parker cheating on Eva Longoria with his teammate’s wife started to spread. And yesterday, Longoria filed for divorce putting a near official end to their 3 year marriage.

We knew this was true from the beginning…… Tony Parker and Eva Longoria are getting divorced after all!

According to People.com, Eva filed divorce papers Today in L.A. and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup. She is also seeking spousal support from Parker.

Rumors have sparked stating that the split is over Tony having an affair with a mutual friend to the couple. Either way….we see Eva has decided to pack her bags and keep it moving.

And another one bites the dust (again)……

A rep for Eva Longoria tells TMZ our story that Tony Parker filed for divorce is not true. TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge. But Eva’s rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer. Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.

Case closed….right? Wrong!

Even though reps for Eva Longoria tell TMZ that the divorce story is untrue, a source close to the “Desperate Housewives” star says otherwise, and that this week’s reports of her NBA star husband being unfaithful “totally and completely blindsided” her. According to a brand new report from People, Longoria plans on filling her papers as early as TODAY in an effort to end her 3-year marriage to Parker.

According to TMZ, NBA Star Tony Parker and his wife Eva Longoria are getting a divorce.

The two married back in July of 2007 and are now calling it quits for unknown reasons. Tony filed for the divorce yesterday in Texas. We will keep you posted on anything else we hear on the matter.

Have you ever noticed how rugged NBA player Tony Parker keeps his facial hair? Well his wife, Eva Longoria wants to help her husband get into a regular personal grooming routine. She recently was quoted as saying “I’ve always wanted to shave Tony”, but he as been very adamant in not letting her do it because he’s scared that she may cut him. During the Gillette Fusion ProGlide ‘Ultimate Summer Job’ contest in New York, Tony Parker had this to say:

“She’s always wanted to do that. But no, I shave myself. She’s always like, ‘Let me try’. But I’m like, ‘No’.”

Actress Eva Longoria Parker threw a birthday party for her husband, basketball player Tony Parker (of the San Antonio Spurs, at her Eve Nightclub in Las Vegas over the weekend (Sat. May 29). The happily married couple have been celebrating Tony’s 28th birthday for the past two weeks with parties in Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and Tony’s family and close friends, including his teammate Tim Duncan, all came out to help the French-American ball player conclude his two-week birthday celebration in Vegas.

Eva said she got her husband “a lot of things” for his birthday: “I got him a lot of things,” Eva said. “I got him four-wheelers because he wanted a new four-wheeler, and I got him a Microsoft surface computer that he can touch and play with. There’s a surprise tomorrow, which I can’t say right now, but there’s a surprise tomorrow. Huh, babe?”

And Tony said he’s just thankful for whatever his wife gives him, though he’s antsy to see his surprise gift: “I can’t wait to see the surprise. I don’t have a birthday wish list. Whatever she gives me I’m fine with it. I’m happy.”

Eva’s husband, Tony Parker, plays for the Spurs and Khloe’s husband, Lamar Odom, is a member of the Lakers. The Lakers lost to the Spurs, 81 to 100.

The Phoenix Suns become optimistic in Game 4 by winning their first game last night. The won by 19 points (105-86), but the San Antonio Spurs is still leading (3-1). Top performer of the Suns, Raja Bell, had 27 points, 5 assists and 6 rebounds. Shaquille O’ Neal had 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 1 assists. Steve Nash, who had 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, said at the end of the game:

“A lot of woulda coulda shouldas,” Steve Nash continued. “But we’re still alive, and we played well in San Antonio and haven’t got a win yet. So we want to go down there with a very optimistic attitude.”

Tony Parker had 18 points, 3 assists and 4 rebounds. Tim Duncan had a total of 14 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 assists. Duncan knew once the score was leading by double digits there was no hope:

“You lose by two and you play all those minutes, or you lose by 20 and you get some time to rest,” Duncan said. “I guess you can find a positive there. You don’t want to lose any games like this, but it happens and we’ll be ready to go the next one.”

Game 5 airs Tuesday (Apr. 29th) @ 9:30 on TNT

MVP of Game 3 went to Tony Parker, who scored a career-high 41 points and 12 assists leading the Spurs to a 16-point victory (115-99). Tim Duncan added 23 points and 10 rebounds. Manu Ginobili scored a total of 20 points.

The losing streak Suns’ aren’t looking too good on this scoreboard. Amare Stoudemire totaled 28 points and 11 rebounds. Shaquille O’ Neal totaled 19 points out of free throws. Steve Nash finished with only 7 points with 9 assists. Star of Game 3, Tony Parker, responds he seen many opportunities last night:

“They were backing off on the pick-and-rolls,” he said, “So I took the shot and it felt good tonight.”

Spurs coach, Gregg Popovich, was very proud of his players in last night. So proud that after the game he states:

“We possibly played our best game of the year.” Coach Popovich said.

Game 4 is the Suns last chance to gain some type of lead way.
