Where on earth has Tila Tequila been up to lately, you ask?

Oh, nothing too unusual. She just tried to kill herself a couple of times last week.

According to TMZ, the pint-sized reality star and Internet personality was rushed to the hospital last week after her roommate called 911 and said that she was trying to kill herself.

“[Tila] “tried to kill herself all week,” the roommate reportedly told cops.

Sources say Tila was in and out of consciousness in the house … and officials decided she needed psychiatric help, stat.

Tila was released … but the drama didn’t end there. Monday night, Tila’s manager had a sneaking suspicion something was terribly wrong, so she called 911.

Cops went to Tila’s home to do a welfare check, but Tila refused to open the door. Tila then called 911 to find out why officers were at her home … and explained she couldn’t answer the door because she was in a wheelchair.

Cops eventually left the home — and we’re told Tila is currently resting.

Now TMZ is reporting that Tila has agreed to enter rehab for substance abuse and psychological issues.

Her close friend and manager says that she agreed to seek treatment after several of her friends staged an intervention following last week’s suicide scare.

Apparently, Tila has been dealing with serious substance and psychiatric issues recently, and last week’s multiple suicide attempts were the last straw.

Tila hasn’t chosen a facility to enter yet, and it isn’t clear as to when she plans on entering one, but her friends hope that she’ll get some help before the week is over with.

“Tila and Nick spent a lot of time together both on and off the set and totally hooked up. There was some major chemistry going on between them and even though they tried to hide it, everyone on the set knew what was going on. They were constantly together, sneaking off and being affectionate when they thought no one was looking. There was one steamy scene they had together and even after David yelled, ‘Cut’, Tila and Nick just kept going at it!”

Pseudo celebrity Tila Tequila has a sex tape out…and she’s not happy about it!

According to TMZ, Tila went to court in L.A. Thursday and asked a judge for an injunction to prohibit the release of one of her sex tapes. The tape was shot back in 2004 with an ex-boyfriend….and shows the reality TV star before she made it big. However not to her luck, the judge denied the motion……and stated that Tequila exploits her own sexuality.

Pseudo celebrity Tila Tequila ran into quite a bit of trouble at a recent concert in Illinois that resulted in her taking some serious bruises and cuts to the face!

According to TMZ, Tila claims she was performing at an event called the “Gathering of the Juggalos” when all of a sudden a crowd of over 2,000 people went totally bizerk and started to attack her with various objects.

Here’s her side of the story:

“I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw fire crackers on stage, and they even took the sh*t out of the port-0-potty and threw sh*t and piss at me when I was onstage.

“These people were trying to kill me.  So then after the last blow to my head with the firecracker they threw at me exploded, my bodygaurd and the other security grabbed me and ran as fast as they could to the shitty trailor.  Since their security SUCKS, the 2 thousand people ran after us, trying to kill me.  They almost got me so they finally reach the trailor, blood all over myself, cant stop bleeding, then all of a sudden, all 2 thousand people surround the trailor and busts the windows!!!  Even the guys INSIDE with me were shaking!  Their hands were shaking cuz they were so scared!  So 3 guys inside the trailor had to grab a table and push it over the broken windows and grabbed all the chairs they could find so hold the people from outside back.  It was scary as hell!”

Police confirmed that they responded to the scene…however no other details were given on the matter.

Knowing Tila though, she probably provoked the already drunk and rowdy crowd!!

Faux celebrity Tila Tequila admits that she is addicted to prescription pills and will appear on an all-new new season of one of VH1‘s hit reality series “Celebrity Rehab.” The fame whore posted a long entry to her newly launched blog yesterday announcing the news and throwing a little shade at another famous substance abuser, Lindsay Lohan.

I was in denial for a long time but it takes a brave and strong woman to not only admit to herself that she has a problem, but also let the whole world know about it. It almost feels like I’m stripped down totally naked and standing in front of a million people. With that said, I KNOW I am an EXTREMELY smart girl, and to run all these empires when I am not even 30 yet, is quite an accomplishment, however I finally admitted to myself that I cannot rely on taking prescription pills everyday for the rest of my life! I didn’t spend my heart and soul into building this extremely successful website, invest every last ounce of money into it, and believe me, a site like this plus staff is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! I also have My new Record Label and getting all the contracts done to also start up my own management firm, but in order to do all of that, I MUST not be another “LINDSAY LOHAN” where I just flush everything I worked so hard for down the toilet for nothing….

While on the Howard Stern Show, Tila revealed that she recently had a miscarriage (oh, brother!)

Before Howard Stern even got a chance to pry into the reality star’s sex life, Tila Tequila announced that she was now referring to herself as “Hurrican Tila” as she stretched out on the chaise lounge posing for pictures with her (completely see-through) dress hiked up over her hips. Tila Tequila also revealed that she went to a sperm bank for in vitro fertilization after the death of her fiance Casey Johnson in January, stating that it had been Johnson’s “dying wish” for the couple to have a child.

Howard Stern asked the reality star about claims that she was currently pregnant, but Tequila stated that she had had a miscarriage. Tila Tequila had only “insinuated” a miscarriage in other reports, but now confirmed it directly. Tila Tequila then asked that Howard Stern drop the subject and moved on to less personal matters, like her first lesbian experience–at age 8.

There is no final word on the exact cause of Casey’s death, but most suspect that drugs and her long battle with diabetes most likely lead to her death. Her body will be flown back to the east coast to be laid to rest.

Casey recently became a well publicized after she become the fiance of socialite Tila Tequila.

Socialite Casey Johnson was found dead in her Los Angeles apartment Monday morning (Jan 4). TMZ reported that it had been several days before she was discovered and the LAPD has opened a death investigation.

Johnson, 30, was engaged to MySpace celebrity turned TV reality star turned Twitter celebrity Tila Tequila. She was the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune and her father, Woody Johnson, owns the New York Jets.

We spoke with Tila. She says they were fighting last week and that Casey stayed at Tila’s house on the 28th. Tila tried contacting Casey on the 29th because Casey had left her dogs behind. Tila says Casey’s phone has been shut off since the 29th and she was not able to make contact.

Johnson — who tweeted frequently — last tweeted on December 29 at 1:13 AM.

As of now, no cause of death has been determined as it has been deferred due to pending toxicology tests. The L.A. County Coroner’s office released information earlier this evening and said that Johnson did not take her own life and her body showed no evidence of of heart disease, liver, kidney, vascular or other obvious problems

We’re told there is no evidence of suicide or homicide. As for drugs, law enforcement sources tell TMZ there was “an insignificant” amount of prescription medication found in the home where she died. Our sources say the toxicology report should be the key to determining cause of death.

But now she states the strange announcement wasn’t completely true, because she is not pregnant yet.

She tells Life & Style magazine, “I’m about to be (pregnant). When I tweeted that, I figured there’s not enough space in the 140 characters. (I meant) I’m going to give him a Christmas present that’s going to change his life.”

She also states she is excited about the pregnancy even though she’s giving the child up to her brother and wife.

She adds, “I don’t have time to take care of a real baby of my own – not yet however – I feel I am very ready to experience the whole pregnancy process but without having to actually have the baby as mine, my own to take care of.”

Tila may very well be right about this from the looks of it she appears to be all over the place in her life. How the hell you not gonna have time to take care of a real baby of your own, yet you find the time to spend 9 months holding someone else’s? Too many questions … too few answers. Does Tila Tequila make your head hurt as much as she makes ours? Lawd… Attention-whoring at its best!

MySpace celebrity turned MTV reality star turned Twitter attention whore Tila Tequila is reportedly serving as a surrogate mother for her brother and his wife. She announced the “news” via her Twitter Sunday.

Tila announced less than two weeks ago that she and her girlfriend Casey Johnson (heiress of Johnson & Johnson) were engaged, so the timing of the upcoming wedding and the birth of her niece/nephew will be quite interesting, but we’re not 100% sold that Tila is actually carrying her brother and sister-in-law’s child. Because well, Tila is a compulsive liar and you have to take everything she says on her Twitter account with a grain of salt.

Neither her brother nor her fiancee have responded to this wild and crazy story… but regardless we’re sure there will be plenty of Tweets and drama leading up to the wedding and throughout the supposed pregnancy.

Clothing brand Famous Stars & Stripes celebrated their 10th anniversary with a big party at Vanguard Tuesday night (Dec 8) in Hollywood. The party also doubled as an album release party for rapper Snoop Dogg‘s 10th studio album Malice N Wonderland, which was released to stores the same night. We can honestly say we did not see this one coming! Y’all remember what seems like ages ago when singer Tiffany Evans made a comment about the demonic undertones in music and the things that go on in the industry, right? Well, Rihanna was a guest on Big Boi’s Neighborhood radio show yesterday and when she was asked what person she would “turn off” if she had the chance, she went in on both Tiffany Evans and Tila Tequila:

So everyone, yes…..I heard from legit sources, that is the HUGE SECRET our prestine, perfect little Princess RiRi, the “IDOL” has been hiding from the media. A very close source of mine, who works int he same legal camp as Rihanna, has told me that the reason why Rihanna wasn’t speaking out about the CHRIS BROWN incident is because there was a catch 22 in it. Rihanna has herpes, and…. well…..I don’t wanna put anyone else on blast, but Rihanna has herpes and gave someone else herpes that she had slept with.

My sources are very legit, and they work in Rihanna’s legal camp, and that is how I know! So Rihanna has herpes, STD’s & was scared to speak out about it cuz she didn’t want the world to know that she has herpes and infected someone else with it! Bad Rihanna!

We are completely stunned at this whole thing. Tila Tequila may have taken it a bit too far with her response. We’re kinda feeling a bit bad for Rihanna if this is true. If we were Tiffany Evans, we would get out of this ASAP. No more comments or anything else cause this is about to get dirtier than it has already gotten. Round 3…here it comes…

Tila Nguyen, best known as “Tila Tequila” accused her NFL linebacker boyfriend Shawne Merriman (of the San Diego Chargers) of choking and restraining her when she tried to leave his apartment Sunday early Sunday morning (Sep 6). The police were called at about 3:45 A.M., which subsequently led to Merriman being arrested and accused of “battery and false imprisonment.” Tila was taken to a local hospital while Merriman was taken into custody. He was later released on $58,000 bail and no charges have been filed.

But it’s not that cut and dry. Merriman says that he wasn’t trying to hurt Tila. He was only trying to help her because she was drunk as a skunk. An allegation Tila vehemently denies because she claims that she’s “allergic to alcohol.” However, TMZ released pictures of the couple at Stingaree nightclub in San Diego just a few hours before the alleged incident occured. One of the pictures show Tila giving Shawne a lap dance, which clubgoers say occurred all night long. She even sent out a tweet proclaiming how drunk she was on her way to a football game!

Doesn’t sound like someone who’s “allergic to alcohol” to us…

On top of that, Shawne has released a statement to FOXSports.com backing up his story in an effort to clear his name.

“On September 6, 2009 the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a citizen’s complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided.

“We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety. I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles, California.

“There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriff’s Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department, and I look forward to clearing my name regarding these false allegations. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers.”

Tila nor her publicists have released official statements on her behalf.
