After giving birth only 3 weeks ago, former Spice Girl Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte couldn’t wait to show off their new bundle of baby girl joy Madison to the world!

The happy couple — already parents to Phoenix, 12, Angel, 4 (Mel’s daughter by Eddie Murphy) and Gisele, 4 (Stephen’s daughter from a previous relationship) — look radiant and content on the cover of the latest issue of HELLO! Magazine, where they flew to Sydney, Australia to take the snaps as Mel films the Aussie version of the X Factor.

Inside, the beaming mommy explains why she thinks she’s finally got her life right.

“Ideally you want to have your loving partner who you’ve created this baby with by your side throughout everything, and in Angel and Phoenix’s cases, that wasn’t the set up. I had a rocky marriage with Phoenix’s dad, dancer Jimmy Gulzar. The relationship with Angel’s dad, Eddie, was over halfway through the pregnancy, and I had to suck it up and get on with it.

“This time I’ve done it with my partner – someone to come to every prenatal appointment with me, to get excited by every scan – and it feels like I’ve finally done it right. When I was moaning to Stephen about my trapped nerve I was thinking, ‘I’ve never had anyone to complain to about these kinds of things.’”

On her labor, she dished: “Phoenix had one leg and Stephen the other… they were winding each other up. I was cracking up so much I didn’t need to push.”

Mel B. and her husband Stephen Belafonte are expecting their first child together!

The 35-year-old former Spice Girl, who already has 2 daughters — 12-year-old Phoenix Chi and 3-year-old Angel Murphy Brown — from previous relationships is due to have her third child this summer.

“We’re really excited,” Mel said. “We wouldn’t have planned and waited for four yours to have a baby if we weren’t really excited about it and ready for it. Even though you can never really be truly ready.”

Stephen also has a child — a 6-year-old daughter named Giselle — from a previous relationship, and celebrated the good news with a champagne toast, which would be Mel’s last drink until the baby comes.

“I promptly got a bottle of Cristal champagne and said, ‘Baby, enjoy this glass because you can’t drink anymore!’ I must tell you, she really enjoyed that glass of Cristal,” he said.

So, are Mel and Stephen having another girl … or will they finally get to add a baby boy to their growing family?

“I haven’t fully decided if I want to know or not,” she added. “I’m over the first trimester, so I’m past the shady three months and on to safe territory. The first three months, I was pretty sick and tired, to be honest, which I’ve never been before.”

Jay-Z and Coldplay helped the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas celebrate its grand opening at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Day (Sat. Jan 1) with a live concert held inside the hotel’s Marquee nightclub.

During Jay-Z’s set, he invited Chris Martin from Coldplay and musician John Mayer to the stage, as well as rapper Kanye West to perform alongside him. Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce also sang a duet of his “Forever Young” song later in the evening. Some of the celebrity attendees at the event included Alex Rodriguez, Brandy, Taraji P. In related news, the former Spice Girl has revealed that Playboy Magazine wants her to pose nude after they saw her pop out of a giant cake at Ultimo’s 10th anniversary celebration earlier this week, but she turned them down and only plans on doing it she feels “the time is right.”

She told British newspaper The Sun: “I’ve turned it down four or five times now.They’re offering me a ridiculous amount of money to do it, so that’s not the problem. I’m just not ready to do it. But I’ll definitely consider it in the future, when I feel the time’s right.”

Rihanna was spotted as she left the Opening Ceremony boutique after doing some shopping in LA yesterday. Does she know her boyfriend is walking around Ireland with a blue sequined heart on his chest?

The photogs caught Jamie Foxx on location for “Law Abiding Citizen” yesterday in Philadelphia. The movie also stars Gerard Butler, and is about an everyday guy who decides to take justice into his own hands after a plea bargain sets his family’s killers free. The guy’s target is the district attorney who orchestrated the deal. [ via IMDB ] Not sure how much of a role Jamie plays in this though. We’ll bring more details as they come.
