When Lindsay Lohan collaborated with DNAM to launch a line of leggings in 2008, she was pretty much laughed at. That probably had something to do with the fact that one of the items had built-in kneepads to assure comfort during blow jobs. (Yes, you read that right!)

Named the 6126 Collection, the date of Marilyn Monroe’s birthday, the line initially received a ton of press, but as the years went on, it failed to lure buyers and was ultimately pulled from major stores like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

It didn’t help that the California-based apparel company was accused of stealing designs from Jen Kao and James Lillis, or that from 2008 until now, Lohan’s reputation has dwindled significantly.

Now the brand is suing Lohan for $5 million, claiming that her “drug-addled image” had detrimental effects on the line. According to TMZ, Lohan is being accused of “breach of contract and fraud.”

But Perry C. Wander, the star’s attorney, tells the site that the company’s suit has no merit.

“The license agreement does not have a morals clause that allows the company to suspend payment for any behavior,” he said. “The contract is not in LL’s name thus she cannot be held personally liable. The cross claim is therefore frivolous and totally without merit and will be defended vigorously.”

It’s funny … Lohan, who is currently undergoing treatment at the Betty Ford clinic in L.A. for her substance abuse issues, or something, attempted to sue DNAM back in January for $1.1 million because she believed she was stiffed out of royalties.

Something tells us we haven’t heard the last of this story.

“I did not go through all those years of hearing y’all whine about me not doing music for me to drop an album and you pretend it didn’t come out.” — I imagine that’s what Justin Timberlake wanted to say to the French reporter living under the mighty rock that kept him from realizing The 20/20 Experience is out, kicking ass, taking names, then kicking more ass and taking more names, and part two is due in the fall.

While being interviewed about his upcoming film, “Inside Llewyn Davis,” the foreign reporter, who is clearly out of touch with the rest of the free world, told Justin, “You have nothing to prove anymore in music, Justin. But I have a feeling that you are making some sacrifice in music just because you are so focused right now on your acting.”

To which Justin said in response, “I just put a record out, man!”

Even Justin’s co-star, Carey Mulligan jumped in. She didn’t say, “Oh, bitch you tried it!” but she did note that Justin’s album is a two-part deal that’s been talked about plenty.

“I put out a record that has a second part. That comes out this fall! Where have you been?” Timberlake kept going. “You gotta get out of Cannes, man. You gotta get out of Nice. Bad move, as the French reporter kept going, to raised eyebrows around the table. “No, you have to admit, Justin, you have never been so focused, I have the feeling, about your acting career.” He cited how gracious Timberlake had been at a conference for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, how he’d worked so hard to be treated with respect by the movie world for the past three years. “For some reason, I have the feeling that you’re super-super-focused. Right now your top priority is acting, maybe. Am I wrong?”

Timberlake gave a “can you believe this guy?” grin to the table, and replied, “Would you like to know my schedule? I start a tour in the summer. I start another tour in October.”

Right-wing radio host Pete Santilli has revealed an extensive plan to shoot Hillary Clinton “right in the vagina” and confront her about a whole lot of bullsh** as she dies slowly.

Santilli detailed his fantasy of murdering the former Secretary of State on his intenet radio show.

I want to shoot her right in the vagina and I don’t want her to die right away; I want her to feel the pain and I want to look her in the eyes and I want to say, on behalf of all Americans that you’ve killed, on behalf of the Navy SEALS, the families of Navy SEAL Team Six who were involved in the fake hunt down of this Obama, Obama bin Laden thing, that whole fake scenario, because these Navy SEALS know the truth, they killed them all. On behalf of all of those people, I’m supporting our troops by saying we need to try, convict, and shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.

Kaitlyn Hunt, a Florida teenager, is facing felony charges and has already been expelled from school for her lesbian relationship with another, younger student.

Hunt, who is 18, has reportedly been charged with two felony counts of “lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12 to 16.” The charges stem from her relationship with her 15-year-old girlfriend.

“These people never came to us as parents, never tried to speak to us… and tell us they had a problem with the girls dating,” Kaitlyn Hunt’s mother, Kelley Hunt-Smith, wrote in an statement posted to Facebook. “…They were out to destroy my daughter. [They] feel like my daughter ‘made’ their daughter gay.”

Hunt was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with the two felony charges. She was expelled from school weeks before graduation and was sent to an alternative school to finish out the school year.

Hunt-Smith insists that the relationship was consensual and that that both sets of parents knew about it in the beginning. Many internet activists have spoken out about the charges and think that they are too harsh, which I fully agree with.

If Hunt is found guilty, she will most likely have to register as a sex offender for a seemingly normal, teenage relationship. The only thing that is different here is that they are lesbians and if that is why she is being charged so harshly, then that is just plain wrong. PERIOD.

The state’s attorney’s office is pushing Hunt to take a plea deal that involves two years of house arrest and a year of probation, which would stay on her adult record, which could subsequently ruin her future, as Hunt will have limited college and career choices with such harsh charges attached to her record.

Ultimately, Hunt’s conviction could potentially ruin her life. She has yet to go to trial, but a lot of reports point to a consensual relationship between two teenage girls. Nothing more, nothing less. Why should that ruin one of their lives? If it turns out there were criminal acts committed, that’s a different story, but if there weren’t, is all of this really fair?

As you have probably heard by now, Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, was recently captured on video smoking crack cocaine, and the shocking video could make its way to the Internet if Gawker is able to get its hands on it.

Using the website indiegogo.com, the folks over at Gawker have kicked off what they’re calling a “crackstarter” campaign — a play on words, in reference to the popular crowd-funding platform KickStarter.

The heading at the top of the campaign’s page on indiegogo reads: “Rob Ford Crackstarter — Please help us raise enough money to purchase and publish a video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine.”

So far, as of Saturday night (May 18), the campaign has raised nearly $70,000 of its $200,000 goal, with 9 days left. If Gawker is able to successfully raise the $200,000 the owner of the cell phone video footage is willing to let it go for, the world will be able to watch Toronto’s “conservative” mayor smoking crack cocaine.

In the meantime, when asked to comment on the scandal, Ford told a group of reporters that gathered outside his home early Friday morning (May 17) — just hours after the story broke on Gawker and subsequently The Toronto Star — that the “allegations are absolutely not true.”

Ford added before getting into his Cadillac Escalade, CBC News Toronto reported, “It’s ridiculous, it’s another Toronto Star whatever.”

Later Friday, as Ford was leaving his downtown Toronto office, he gave another brief statement to reporters:

“Anyways, like I said this morning, these allegations are ridiculous, it’s another story with respect to the Toronto Star going after me,” Ford said. “And that’s all I’ve got to say for now.”

It’s worth noting that Ford never outright DENIES the allegations. He simply says that they’re “ridiculous,” and he’s right, the allegations are “ridiculous.”

It’s ridiculous that the mayor of one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the world has been recorded on video smoking crack cocaine, and it’s even more ridiculous that we’ll all be watching said video footage it any day now.

Gotta love that “new media.”

I’m not that deep into politics, so before now, I’ve never heard of this Rob Ford guy, who is the mayor of Toronto, but all of that is beside the point. There’s a video out there of a mayor — a CONSERVATIVE mayor — smoking crack from a pipe!

And if Gawker has its way, the world might see this video very soon so that we can all watch it and point and laugh … because who doesn’t want to see a major political figure smoking crack on camera? I most certainly do, and you know you do.

But before I get into this hell of a story — and boy is this a big one — let me put it like this. Toronto is basically the Canadian version of New York City, with a metro population of about 6 million people. That’s about 2 million less than NYC, and about 2 million more than Los Angeles.

So the fact that the mayor of a city with a population density akin to New York City — the biggest and most famous city in the entire world — has been captured … on video … smoking CRACK COCAINE (not a cigarette, not weed, not even cocaine, but CRACK cocaine) is a pretty big deal.

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s get into the meat of this here mountain of a story.

Gawker editor John Cook was recently tipped off about the existence of video footage taken within the past six months showing Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine (and it’s the real deal). To make an extremely long story short … Gawker wants to buy it.

But there’s only one problem. The guy who owns the video wants at least 6 figures for it. And the owner is so serious about their hefty price tag that he turned down a $40,000 offering from a Canadian media outlet that he refused to name.

Cook actually traveled to Toronto so that he could verify the authenticity of the clip in person, and he is 1,0000% certain that the man in the video is Rob Ford. He was even given a nice photo (at the top of this post) showing Ford hanging out with a bunch of college-aged twenty-somethings in an area that looks to be prime for crack smoking. (FYI: The gentlemen on the left, Ford’s right, flipping the bird was shot and killed two months ago outside a Toronto nightclub)

After going back and forth for days with the “tipster,” Cook eventually got a chance to personally meet up with the holder of the video camera that contained the 100% legit footage of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine:

We sit idling in his car, making small talk. The tipster calls the owner and talks in language other than English. “He’ll be right down,” he says. Fifteen minutes pass. “Waiting for the elevator,” he says. Ten minutes pass. A young gentleman opens the rear door of the car and gets in. The two men speak in a language other than English. The young gentleman immediately exits the vehicle. No video.

The tipster looks at me: “The battery is dead.” The young gentleman—the owner of the video—needed to go back upstairs to charge the battery on the device that contained the video. We wait. More small talk.

The owner of the video returns. He thrusts a device, a phone with a touchscreen, in my face. “Can I hold it?” I ask. “No.” I crane my neck. It plays.

Here is what the video shows: Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, is the only person visible in the frame. Prior to the trip, I spent a lot of time looking at photographs of Rob Ford. The man in the video is Rob Ford. It is well-lit, clear.

Ford is seated, in a room in a house. In one hand is a a clear, glass pipe. The kind with a big globe and two glass cylinders sticking out of it. In the other hand is a lighter. A slurred voice off-camera is ranting about Canadian politics in what sounds like an attempt to goad Ford. “Pierre Trudeau was a faggot!” is the one phrase the lodges in my mind.

Ford, pipe in one hand and lighter in the other, is laughing, and mildly protesting at the sacrilege. He seems to keep trying to light the pipe, but keeps stopping to laugh. He is red-faced and sweaty, heaving with each breath. Finally, he finds his moment and lights up. He inhales.

In one move, the owner stops the video and draws the device back into his pocket.

“You took this?” I ask. “Yes.”

“When?” … “Within the last six months.”

“You’re sure it’s crack?” … “Yes.”

“You’ve seen him smoke crack before?” … “Yes. Gotta jet.”

And he is gone.

Well damn. It looks like Toronto has the Canadian version of Marion Berry running wild up there.

Gawker is looking for a partner to help offset the cost of the video, so if anyone out there wants to help out with this great this cause, feel free to reach out to them! The world needs to see this. Seriously.

Baltimore police arrested a 31-year-old man who tried to pimp his teen wife out to an undercover cop for $100 at a hotel, which would have been a pretty common news story had the husband-pimp not been a Baltimore City cop himself.

The Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit was reportedly working their normal proactive child prostitution/human trafficking operation last Thursday (May 9) when they came across a young-looking woman offering her services as an escort on a website known for prostitution, authorities said.

The cops responded to the ad and arranged a meeting. An undercover officer met with the woman from the ad, 19-year-old Marissa Braun, who called herself “Lexi,” at a hotel room near the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport while Braun’s husband, Lamin Manneh, waited outside in the parking lot.

Police said they arrested Braun after she allegedly told the undercover cop “You give me the $100 and then you can (have sex) with me.”

She also told the undercover that she was working for her husband, who uses his credit cards to post the ads online, and also “drives her from date to date since she cannot drive.”

Police eventually found Manneh in the parking lot of the same hotel, and he admitted to police that he was indeed pimping his wife out and corroborated her story. Manneh was arrested and charged with human trafficking and prostitution, while Braun was charged with one count of prostitution.

Manneh was reportedly booked and released on his own recognizance, but authorities said that he would be suspended without pay pending an internal affairs investigation from the Baltimore City Police Department.

Manneh is said to be in a probationary period with the department, so his arrest will likely lead to dismissal.

A spokesman from the Baltimore City Police Department released the following statement from Deputy Commissioner Jerry Rodriguez:

“This allegation is a disgrace and embarrassment to every member — both current and retired — who serve with the Baltimore Police Department. The alleged actions and criminal charges brought against Mr. Manneh are serious and undermine the integrity and pride of this organization. We expect every member of this department to hold themselves to the highest of professional standards. Our colleagues and our community deserve nothing less.”

Baltimore City police have been in the news a lot lately for criminal activity. Early last week, a Baltimore cop killed his girlfriend and held a toddler hostage before he engaged in a standoff with the SWAT Team.

And just last month, a woman recently filed a million-dollar lawsuit against the Baltimore City Police Department on claims that she was assaulted by four officers when she tried to record them with her cell phone while they were allegedly assaulting a juvenile suspect.

All of which raises this burning question: What the f**k is going on with Baltimore police?!?

In what is being considered the “most epic brand meltdown on Facebook … EVER,” a pair of restaurateurs who appeared on chef Gordon Ramsay‘s Kitchen Nightmares TV show (and made themselves look like COMPLETE ASSES by the way) went off — and when we say, off, we mean ALL THE WAY OFF — on pretty much the whole Internet, because why the hell not?

On last Friday night’s episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Amy and Samy Bouzaglo — the owners of the Scottsdale restaurant Amy’s Baking Company Bakery Boutique & Bistro — made chef Ramsay do something he says he’s never done in the 6+ years he’s been going the show. HE QUIT!

But not because he didn’t like the husband-and-wife duo, and not even because their restaurant and its food sucks. (It really does, apparently)

Ramsey proudly walked out on them because the Bouzaglo’s (ESPECIALLY Amy) are so delusional about their sucky food and the horrible way they run their business (which includes going through 100 staff members a year, taking hours to make one pizza, firing a server on camera for daring to ask “are you sure?” about an order, etc.) that they outright refused to accept his constructive criticism.

For the uninitiated, Kitchen Nightmares is Fox show in which the famous British chef Gordon Ramsay (you might remember him from Hell’s Kitchen) goes into fledgling restaurants in a last-ditch effort to help them get their isht together. In this case, the Bouzaglo’s proved that they are fully incapable of getting their isht together.

When chef Ramsay went to Amy’s Baking Company to see how they run their restaurant, he found out why they’re failing. THEIR FOOD/SERVICE SUCKS! Not only did it take almost forever for him to receive his meal, but he literally sent every single thing back because it was either undercooked, didn’t taste good, looked sloppy, or all three.

For what it’s worth, chef Ramsay did say he liked the desserts, but since desserts aren’t the only thing on the menu, that still means the restaurants as a whole sucks. And those poor Bouzaglo’s (once again, ESPECIALLY Amy) couldn’t take hearing that from the most critical, unrelenting chef in all the land.

After the show aired, the official Facebook page for Amy’s Baking Company lit up with disparaging comments about the restaurant and its owners, and of course, the Bouzaglos — being the charming, savvy business owners that they are — TOTALLY FLIPPED OUT over them, as well as the one-star rankings they received on Yelp and this thread on Reddit.

Among their barrage of angry comments on Facebook included them calling everyone “punks” and “little shits,” threatening legal action against the Redditors and Yelpers, and Amy calling herself “Wonder Woman.”

Over the past year or so, it seems like Burger King has been copying and pasting the McDonald’s business model, but now they’re just getting desperate.

Beginning May 21st, USA Today reports, Burger King will begin selling its own version of the world famous McDonald’s McRib sandwich, called the “BK Rib Sandwich,” which is basically a carbon copy of the McRib, featuring a boneless pork product covered in a tangy barbecue sauce topped with “butter bread” and “sweet pickles.”

Our guests have grown to look for a variety of options,” said Eric Hirschhorn, BK’s vice president of global innovation. “It’s not just about beef anymore, but other proteins like chicken and turkey and pork.”

Whatever dude. Just keep copying McDonald’s. It seems to be working.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s is all “F**k that. we ball.”

Mickey Dee’s Spokeswoman Danya Proud said in a statement, “We know our customers love McRib and we won’t disappoint them.” Proud said that the McRib is “returning,” though she declined to say exactly when.

For those of you who didn’t watch Keyshia and Daniel: Family First, Keyshia Cole was kind enough to treat her mother to another extended stay at a rehabilitation center to deal with her pestering issues with substance abuse. But based on Frankie speaking like her tongue was just drowned in a pool of Courvoisier, one imagines Frankie left a wee bit too early.

In any event, Frankie was asked about the recent shade Keyshia has thrown at Michelle Williams and Beyoncé and gave her own explanation: “She’s married. Sometimes she gets bored.” That along with Keyshia having a funny way of showing love.

Mother may be lost in the sauce in the clip, but there’s some smidgen of truth there. Plus, even Frankie knows it doesn’t make sense to draw the ire of the Beyhive.

As sad as it is to see an addict continue to struggle with their demons, dammit if this interview isn’t uncomfortably comical. Still, I’m betting Keyshia’s adopted mother, Yvette, is going to get the better gift on Mother’s Day. Man down up!

When it comes to World Star Hip Hop fights, most of us can admit to enjoying some of the amateur boxing that takes place in local restaurants and parties and gets uploaded for our amusement. But this latest fight from a waffle house in Augusta, Ga. might have crossed the line.

Without operating on very much information here, it appears that the four women staff at a waffle house in Augusta engaged in a brouhaha. The ladies split into pairs and two waitresses got to tussling in the corner on the right. On the left side of the video, a larger women wearing yellow scraps and then restrains a woman in a green t-shirt.

While the camera is focused on the woman in yellow and the lady in green, you hear a primal howl of anguish and distress and the camera quickly shifts to the two ladies fighting on the right. That’s when we see what caused the blood-curdling cries: One waitress is sitting on top of the other as she pulls her hair out in handfuls.

You can hear the tearing and ripping as she yanks without restraint and then punches her co-worker in the face.

Jesus Christ.

I’m usually inclined to crack jokes on these videos but this kind of violence just makes me want to curl up in a corner and weep. All I know is somebody better see some jailtime behind this mess.

While we may live in the age of live tweeting your sexual exploits, fact is no one has to tell you their business if they choose not to. I wish someone had explained this to Hot 97 DJ Mister Cee before he decided to talk to his co-workers about reportedly being arrested for trying to pay for penis on-air.

In one of the most embarrassing interviews in quite some time, the hip-hop producer and radio personality refused to give people the Jason Collins moment they were clamoring for.

Cee denies that he was trying to pay a man for some special attention, arguing that it was instead a female cop.

He explained:

“The female Latino cop, I have her badge number so I know who it is….The first story that came out in the Daily News said it was a female undercover officer and you can research and see that that story was posted. Then they changed it soon after to male undercover officer. I have no idea why it changed.”

Maybe because they realized she had a dick?

In any event, Mister Cee denied that he was gay, though he did note, “I support the gay community more than anyone knows.” I imagine he’s not referring to the 2011 charge of soliciting a male prostitute that he pleaded guilty to. On that, Cee claimed the only reason he took that charge was to keep his family’s peace of mind in tact.

He also admitted an addiction. “Yes, I do like prostitutes. I have engaged a lot with prostitutes in my life many times. Same with strippers. I’ve tricked on them many times… I don’t have an addiction to prostitutes. I have an addiction to instant gratification,” he said, adding, “I need help. I been dealing with it and trying to deal with it for the last 10-12 years.”

How many more dudes does one have to be caught with before acknowledging their preference? Clearly it depends on the person. For those that don’t believe him, Cee quipped: “If I’m lying and I chose not to come out, that’s my choice.”

That it is. While I believe Mister Cee seems more inclined to have a body party with Miss Lawrence than his home girl, I also find it funny that many of the people calling on him to be himself and live openly aren’t doing much in the way of making him feel comfortable.

From Iowa cheerleader to MTV Teen Mom star, midwest beauty Farrah Abraham breaks free with her most daring video ever, Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom. Made originally as a personal ‘boudoir’ tape, Farrah decided to release the video to her fans due to overwhelming response once news of the tape became public. Shockingly explicit, she takes James Deen as you’d never imagine, in a backdoor scene you’ll never forget. “Florida man“ strikes again!

Apparently confusing 911 for a “Kool-Aid, burgers and weed” delivery service, a man from Florida thought to dial the emergency number — not just once, or twice, or even ten times, but 80 TIMES — to request those three things, and now he’s in jail for it. Stupid Florida Man.

According to the police affidavit, obtained by the Tampa Bay Times, 34-year-old Jarvis Sutton of St. Petersburg, Fla. called 911 on Sunday (Apr 28) “approximately 80 times” because he wanted “Kool-Aid, burgers and weed to be delivered to him.”

Somethin’ to smoke on. Somethin’ to snack on. Then somethin’ to sip on. This guy wanted it all.

Sutton never got any of those things, of course, but what he did get was a nice trip down to the Pinellas County Jail. Police said on the way there, Sutton started chewing on the foam attached to the metal caging in the back of the police cruiser.

Sutton faces a charge of misusing 911, and was reportedly still in jail as of Wednesday, May 1st … even though his bail is only $150.

Ray J may have claimed that his new single “I Hit it First” is not about his famous ex Kim Kardashian, but with the release of the official video for the song, he can no longer deny it.

In the video, which is pretty awful, Ray J uses a Kardashian look-alike and even re-enacts parts of the sex tape. He also makes references to Kardashian’s reality show and her relationships with famous men after him, including Kris Humphries and Kanye West.

But in previous interviews, Ray tried to deflect attention from the Kim Kardashian angle.

Okay. At this point, Amanda Bynes‘ public meltdown is getting old, but sadly it’s like an awful glittering, overly made-up car wreck that no one can look away from. The former “All That” star and current psychopath took to Twitter on Thursday to reveal that she has shaved her head. We would gasp but that sounds about right.

For someone that keeps complaining that her privacy has been invaded, Bynes sure loves generating publicity for herself (however negative it is), so it was only a matter of time before she pulled a stunt like this just so that blogs very much like the one you’re reading right now would post about it.

The tweet was accompanied by a blurry pic of the star sporting a semi-shaved head and a turtleneck sweater. To be honest, it’s one of the better photos she’s posted but that may just be because the others were just that horrendous.

We’re going to assume that the proclamation “No more old photos!” means that Bynes is still instructing the media not to use photos she doesn’t approve of. Because, as we all know, members of the press typically consult with the Queen of Crazy before they decide what images of her to use.

Gwyneth Paltrow must really love pissing people off. When she’s not making eye roll-inducing statements or indirectly telling people to drop thousands of dollars on designer clothing (or promoting the fact that she basically starves her children) — the actress is promoting a line of string bikini’s for little girls.

Since Gwynnie isn’t in movies all that much these days, she has to stay relevant by forcing her extreme diet down people’s throats and promoting the sexualization of children.

Huffpo Style is reporting that the 40-year-old star has caused controversy by featuring the skimpy bathing suits on her lifestyle website GOOP.

Photos on the site feature a little blonde girl posing (in one pic like a Victoria Secret model) sporting the rather sultry-looking bikini, designed by Melissa Odabash. Paltrow wrote that the bikinis are “great for girls who want to look grown-up.” (There she goes making my eye roll again…)

Isn’t it enough that grown women are objectified on a daily basis? Do we really need another thing on the web that will excite pervs? The British anti-child advocacy group Kidscape seems to think so.

A representative for the child safety charity told the Daily Mail, “We remain very opposed to the sexualization of children and of childhood. The dangers have been discussed at length, so it is a great pity that such trends continue and that they carry celebrity endorsement.”

A 22-year-old South Carolina man was arrested and charged with sexual battery of a student Wednesday night (Apr 24) after the police were tipped off about an inappropriate relationship he was having with a 17-year-old high school student, which is pretty bad already.

But then it gets a bit worse, as the man was also charged for having sex with another student at the same school, this one aged only 15.

William Jesse Baber, of North Charleston, S.C. was a substitute teacher for South Carolina’s Dorchester District 2.

According to court documents, the man developed a relationship of sexual nature with two students at Ashley Ridge High School between last December and the time he was arrested.

The police affidavit states that Baber met the 17-year-old while he was a substitute teacher for one of her classes.

As for the 15-year-old, though it wasn’t explicitly stated whether or not he was a sub for any of her classes, Baber communicated with her through “numerous Facebook messages” in which he would ask her when and where they could meet with the intent of performing “a sexual activity.”

Investigators said the incidents with the 15-year-old started in late January. Baber was charged with solicitation of a minor in connection with that case. He could face up to 10-15 years in prison if he’s convicted in both cases. His bond has been set at $70,000.

A spokesperson for the local school district said that Baber’s name has since been removed from their database of substitute teachers, and he has also been served with a trespassing notice barring him from setting foot on ANY school district property.

It isn’t clear where the alleged incidents took place, but Baber had reportedly been subbing for the entire district since last November.

If you didn’t know any better, you might say that Mr. Baber took on the subbing job just so he could fuck high school girls. Because he clearly wasn’t there to help anybody with their Spanish vocabulary or pass along insights on the history of the Civil War.

As the world plunges further into economic ruin, you would think that making fun of those that have nothing and are out on the street would be off limits. Not so for a certain group of sorority girls.

According to Jezebel, members of Indiana University’s Kappa Delta chapter recently threw a homeless-themed party (yes, you read that right) in which the girls reportedly pretended to be begging for food and even applied fake dirt to their faces … just so, you know, they could look more homeless.

If that’s not enough, they also wore signs around their necks that read things like ”Will Twerk 4 [indistinguishable]” and “Give me a nickel and I’ll tickle your pickle.” (Yup, they joked about someone being so hungry and desperate that they have had to resort to performing sex acts just so they can eat.)

The Indiana University student who provided Jezebel with the shocking photos had this to say:

Just so you know, Bloomington, IN (home of IU) has a disproportionately high homeless population. They’re typically the target of a lot of shit from students. They get treated pretty badly. It’s actually really sad—one of the places homeless people tend to hang out is right across from the most popular student bar in Bloomington, and on pretty much any given night, you can hear students loudly ridiculing the homeless population while they sip their drinks.

Students will be out canning for money for their big national philanthropies, but when a homeless person asks for a quarter, they’ll tell him or her to get a job. The greek system here does do a lot of philanthropic work, but homelessness, which is one of the biggest local problems we have, and a problem that the greek system has the opportunity to really help, is completely ignored.

In sad but true news, a frightening story about modeling scouts recruiting women being treated for eating disorders has emerged.

The Local is reporting that the Stockholm Center for Eating Disorders in Sweden has had to fend off modeling agency recruiters.

“We think this is repugnant. People have stood outside our clinic and tried to pick up our girls because they know they are very thin,” the facility’s chief doctor Anna-Maria was quoted as saying.

So let’s get this straight. Women who are going through an intense program so that they can learn that they don’t have to be super thin to be beautiful just so they can be approached by someone who tells them the exact opposite?

The last incident took place a year ago, when the clinic was forced to change its procedures for the walks that its patients take. One of the patients who was approached by a scout was so ill she was sitting in a wheelchair at the time.

In one incident, an agent with one of Sweden’s largest modeling agencies approached a 14-year-old girl and left a business card.

Unfortunately, given the state of the fashion industry, this isn’t that surprising. Who could forget the jaw-dropping book that was released earlier this month that was written by a former Vogue Australia editor?

In the book, “The Vogue Factor,” Kristie Clements revealed that some models ate tissues and starved themselves for days to stay super slim.

Because Justin Bieber still attracts a pretty young fan base, observers thought that the picture was in poor taste, since it looked like they were cuddling after a good lay.

But the Biebs is like the Honey Badger: He don’t give a fuck.

So he hit the Instagrammers with another piece of fan art, which featured him shirtless and ripped again, but this time coming out of the shower.

For those clamoring for the real thing, the Biebs also posted a real shirtless pic of himself working out.

Earlier today, several major news outlets — including the Associated Press, CNN, Fox News and many others — reported that a suspect had been arrested in the Boston Marathon bombing incident killed 3 people and injured 176 others on Monday.

But now the FBI and Boston police are denouncing those reports, saying that even though they have “identified a suspect,” NO ARRESTS HAVE BEEN MADE as of yet, which has everyone scratching their heads going “huh?”

Contrary to widespread reporting, no arrest has been made in connection with the Boston Marathon attack. Over the past day and a half, there have been a number of press reports based on information from unofficial sources that has been inaccurate. Since these stories often have unintended consequences, we ask the media, particularly at this early stage of the investigation, to exercise caution and attempt to verify information through appropriate official channels before reporting.

According to the New York Times, investigators believe they have video footage of a man who they believe may have planted the bombs, but he hasn’t been identified by name.

Meanwhile, CBS News is reporting that the “possible suspect” is a “WHITE MALE, wearing white baseball cap on backwards, gray hoodie and black jacket.”

The FBI is pleading with the public to submit all photos, videos and any other evidence they may have gathered before and after the attack occurred at around 2:50 pm Monday.

Huff Post Crime is reporting that 35-year-old Efrain Burgos-Delgado pulled a gun on a 16-year-old boy in order to steal his remote control car. The puzzling incident took place in Kissimmee, Florida on Saturday evening (Apr 13).

If that’s not enough, after the perp stole the car, he came back and robbed the boy of his cell phone.

So why on earth did this man go to such great lengths to steal something that he could have bought for $19.99 – $39.99 ($59.49 if you want to be fancy) on Amazon? Authorities say Delgado quickly sold the toy in order to buy drugs.

So if you thought you couldn’t buy cocaine with a used kids toy, you were mistaken.

Of course he probably sold the car and used the money to score a fix, but it’s funny to think of a man paying for illegal substances with a toy.

Unfortunately for Mr. Delgado, there’s nothing funny about the charges he’s facing, which includes armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, petty theft and resisting without violence.

Once upon a time, sex tapes were a way for people that no one cared about to generate publicity for themselves. That’s not so much the case anymore because sex tapes are old news and seldom shock people. Apparently, Farrah Abraham from MTV’s “Teen Mom” didn’t get that memo and has decided to star in one alongside porn star turned legit actor James Deen.

Deen told TMZ that rumors of a sex tape between the two are in fact true: “Word travels fast … it isn’t even edited yet. We shot it yesterday [Mon. Apr 8].”

“The Canyons” star also addressed speculation that he and Farah are an item … because sometimes when two people have sex on camera, people can jump to the drastic conclusion that they’re an item.

Deen said, “Definitely not dating. Got tested together on Friday and then saw her on set. That is my only experience with the lady.”

On Monday, TMZ reported that Farrah’s 30 minute sex tape is being shopped around to various porn companies.

Steve Hirsch of Vivid told the site, “It’s amazing … and I’m doing everything in my power to get the rights to put it out.”

Deen revealed that Farrah was initially going to pass footage off as a leaked sex tape but failed miserably.

Yet another disturbing video has gone viral on the Internet. This one shows a father beating the brakes off his daughters after he found out they posted a video on Facebook of them “twerking.”

For the uninitiated, twerking is defined by the Urban Dictionary as the “rhythmic gyrating” of the lower part of the body — preferably a woman’s — in a “lascivious manner with the intent to elicit sexual arousal or laughter in one’s intended audience.”

So basically, these young girls put up a video of them shaking their asses on Facebook … and daddy don’t play that.

The video clip shows the man as he dishes out the brutal punishment by beating his daughters with a rolled up cable cord. He beats them one-by-one as they yelp and scream in pain. The entire thing is extremely unsettling, and is not for the faint of heart.

The video first showed up on Facebook on this past weekend, but has since spread to YouTube and WorldStarHipHop and has been seen by millions of people online over the past few days.

No official word on when or where the video was shot, but it is assumed to be here in the United States. The identifies of the subjects in the clip are unknown as well.

In a recent interview with the British radio station Xfm (via CBS), Jared Leto reveled the craziest gift he has ever received from a fan.

Since he’s an actor and member of the band 30 Seconds to Mars, it’s not surprising that Leto is showered with gifts, but we didn’t think he got any gory ones.

“The fans are an incredibly committed and passionate group of people. Going to a show is kind of like visiting Japan — you expect gifts on your arrival,” Leto said. “You get all kinds of wonderful things. Someone cut their ear off once and sent it to me. Meek Mill — that rapper who yells all the time in his songs — really showed his ass over the weekend when he got into a one-sided Twitter beef with blogger Necole Bitchie after he was put on blast for allegedly charging fans over $100 for pictures.

Saturday night, Necole posted a message to Instagram a fan of the MMG rapper sent her, which read:

“Hi Necole Bitchie I am a girl from the Netherlands and I am in shock. Yesterday was Meek Mill concert in Amsterdam 22-03-2013. And I wanna tell you something I paid 75 euros for VIP tickets. Me and my girlfriends met Meek Mill and he asked us for 100 euros [about $130] to take a picture with him. Then we said we don’t have money too pay, then Meek Mill said NO MONEY NO PICTURE!!! I didn’t believe it, he was so cruel. I am no longer a fan of him and very disappointed.”

Of course, once Necole posted this, her mentions lit up with replies from people who didn’t approve of the rapper’s actions. So she began to retweet some of the things fans had to say … and quite a few tweets indicated that Meek had done the same thing to them in Paris.

Gucci Mane just can’t seem to keep himself out of drama or trouble. Gucci is reportedly wanted by Atlanta Police after he allegedly cracked a bottle over the head of fan … who just so happened to be a soldier.

The soldier apparently approached Gucci in the VIP section of Atlanta’s Harlem Nights club on the evening of March 15^th when things got ugly.

The solider, who refers to himself as “James” to the media, asked one of Gucci’s security guards to take a picture with the rapper, and Gucci reportedly hit the man over the head with a champagne bottle.

“And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face,” James said.

He was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital and received 10 stitches for the cut on his head. James, who serves in the Army, was out with friends celebrating his birthday.

Atlanta police have now issued a warrant for Radric Davis (Gucci Mane’s real name) for aggravated assault, according to TMZ.

Gucci was as at Harlem Nights promoting the release of his mixtape “Trap Back 2.” His new movie “Spring Breakers,” in which he stars alongside Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez and James Franco, was also released this month.

Interestingly, this was also the very same night Gucci took to Twitter to announce Waka Flocka was no longer a part of his label 1017 Brick Squad, in which his camp later released a statement saying his twitter was “hacked.”

Something had to be wrong with Gucci that night. He either took a dose of some bad drugs, or he really has some serious mental issues. Then again, it could be a combination of both.

We haven’t heard Gucci’s side of the story related to the Harlem Nights incident, but it sure isn’t far fetched for Gucci to just have been annoyed when he decided to strike the solider over the head for NO DAMN REASON at all.

In more appalling Steubenville rape trial news… As if two rapists getting intense media sympathy wasn’t enough, it appears the 16-year-old victim has to face cyber bullies too.

Jezebel reports that two teenage girls have been charged with using Facebook and Twitter to threaten the young woman. As if the footage of a group of young men bragging about the rape and CNN seemingly forcing sympathy for the men men that assaulted her wasn’t enough.

The fact that it was two teen girls who were tearing the victim down just goes to show you that women’s cruelty towards one another is sometimes just as powerful as the misogyny at the hands of men.

Attorney General Mike DeWine announced that a 16-year-old girl has been charged with aggravated menacing after weaponizing her Twitter account to threaten the rape victim’s life.

DeWine added that a 15-year-old girl has also been charged with one count of menacing after making a similar threat on Facebook, because nothing cheapens the modern age’s miracles of instant communication more than using them for petty acts of cruelty.

“Let me be clear,” DeWine said. “Threatening a teenage rape victim will not be tolerated. If anyone makes a threat verbally or via the Internet, we will take it seriously, we will find you, and we will arrest you.”

The girls appeared before a juvenile court Tuesday.

Remember at the Golden Globe Awards when Bradley Cooper adamantly denied he was dating his 22-year-old “Silver Linings Playbook” co-star Jennifer Lawrence because he was “old enough to be her father?” Well apparently, that was a load of BS.

The 38-year-old actor has been spotted out and about with 20-year-old (YES 20-YEAR-OLD!) model Suki Waterhouse.

The news is as ridiculous as the British gal’s name. Especially when you consider that the former Sexiest Man Alive also once said “I won’t date girls who can be my daughter.”

Well let’s do the math here. Bradley Cooper is 38. Suki Waterhouse is 20. That’s an 18-year age difference … which means that BC is definitely old enough to be Suki’s dad (though I’m sure she calls him “daddy” anyway, but that’s another story).

T.J. Lane doesn’t seem to feel any sorrow or remorse for murdering three students and wounding three others in a school shooting last year.

Lane appeared in court Tuesday morning wearing a T-shirt with the word “KILLER” scribbled across the front of it in black marker, and he had a visible smirk on his face as an Ohio judge told him that he would spend the rest of his life in prison for his crime.

Against the recommendation of his counsel, the 18-year-old addressed the courtroom before learning of his fate, telling his victims’ families directly: “This hand that pulled the trigger that killed your sons now masturbates to the memory. Fuck all of you,” which was met with gasps and cries, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

On February 27th 2012, Lane, who was 17 years old at the time, entered Chardon High School, located about 30 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio, and opened fire, killing Daniel Parmertor and Demetrius Hewlin, both 16, and 17-year-old Russell King Jr, and wounding three others, including one student — Nick Walczak — who remains paralyzed in a wheelchair.

Nearly one year later, Lane, now 18, plead guilty to three counts of aggravated murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder and one count of felonious assault. Because he was a juvenile at the time of the shooting, Lane was ineligible for the death penalty, but Geauga County Common Pleas Judge David Fuhry did give Lane three life sentences without the possibility of parole.

In court, Dina Parmertor, mother of victim Daniel, told Lane:

“You murdered my son Danny. You are a killer! You are a pathetic excuse for a human being. In fact you’re not a even human being. You don’t deserve to be called human. You’re a monster, and will forever to be titled a triple murderer.

“I have many more words that I wish I could say that would express my pure disgust and hatred for you, but unlike you, as we’ve seen today, I obey the law, and that’s why I am standing here a free person — something you will NEVER be.

“I hope you have a cold, rough, unkind, harsh prison life with monsters like yourself. I want you to be ensured years and years of pain, and abuse, which is, in my opinion, not harsh enough.

“If I had my choice, you would die an extremely slow and torturous death. You don’t deserve to take another breath while my 16-year-old son Danny lies in the ground because of your disgusting, selfish and cowardly actions. You are a weak, pathetic, vile coward.”

Spoiler alert: Yes. They did.

CNN has come under fire for its appalling coverage of the Steubenville rape trial that was shockingly sympathetic towards the two teen athletes who were convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl.

As HyperVocal points out, before even mentioning the victim, three CNN personalities spent several minutes lamenting on how much the guilty verdict would “haunt” the two young football players, and their reactions in court, which included them breaking down into tears.

“Incredibly difficult, even for an outsider like me, to watch what happened as these two young men that had such promising futures, star football players, very good students, literally watched as they believe their life fell apart,” CNN correspondent Poppy Harlow said after the guilty verdict was announced Sunday.

Anchor Candy Crawly then turned to legal expert Paul Callan who weighed in on the “lasting effects” being convicted rapists will have on the lives of the “sixteen-year-olds just sobbing in court.”

Poor them, right? Wrong.

Instead of using their coverage as an opportunity to solicit sympathy for the victim in the situation, CNN — arguably one of the biggest news media organizations in the entire world — chose to solicit sympathy for a pair of athletes whose lives were “ruined” because they chose to rape someone, instead of doing something more productive, like, I don’t know, posting selfies to Instagram, or ranking up on Call of Duty Multiplayer, or something.

What makes CNN’s ridiculous coverage of the Steubenville rape trial particularly interesting though, is the fact that The Onion — the infamous (but HILARIOUS) satire news site — covered a faux rape incident in the same exact manner back in 2011.

The description of the pseudo video report on YouTube reads:

I was a staff writer on the Onion’s show “SportsDome” which aired on Comedy Central in 2011. This is one of the stories we did–full credit to David Iscoe (twitter.com/realhumanbeing) for the idea and script. It could have been produced by the CNN team covering the Steubenville rape verdict.

The resemblance between the clips are uncanny. As BroBible put it, “The two videos could easily be swapped. You’d never know.”

When you’re an everyday poor person and you’re caught smoking a joint or bootlegging a movie, you can get serious jail time. However, if your an entitled and self-important celebrity, you can drive drunk, fail drug tests, steal, violate parole, punch people in the face, and practically run people over and still manage to escape prison.

Or at least that’s what this eye roll-inducing Lindsay Lohan saga has taught us.

The troubled star, who looked a HOT ass mess in court, we must say, accepted a plea deal on Monday in which she’ll check into a drug rehab facility for 90 days … instead of being locked up like she should be.

But not to worry folks, the publicity-grabbing one woman circus that is LiLo will probably pay off the facility to release her early and she’ll be back on the streets doing damage in no time.

“A suggestion — don’t drive,” Los Angeles Superior Judge James Dabney told Lohan after the deal was reached.

Clearly he doesn’t get that for the last seven years, the 26-year-old could have easily hired a driver (or taken a cab home like mere mortals do).

Lindsay could have been as drunk and as coked-out as she wanted without endangering pedestrians, but alas, common sense has never been her strong suit.

In not so surprising news, Tara Reid is a drunk mess. On Wednesday night, the actress was spotted partying at the Emerson Theater in Los Angeles and was clearly drunk as she stumbled around while barefoot and using a friend to hold her up. According to X17 online, Reid started the night wearing silver studded Christian Louboutins.

The 37-year-old actress had a stint in rehab in 2008 but last year, she was snapped leaving a party in St. Tropez after she had been drinking.

In 1999, Reid was a fresh faced starlet with what seemed like a promising career. She starred in films like “The Big Lebowski” and “American Pie” but a few botched plastic surgeries later she was added to the list of troubled starlets who have fallen prey to Hollywood’s dangerous temptations.

For future reference, if your friends dare you to jump into some random puddle of water, just say no!

In video footage that has gone viral, a teenager and his friends come across a puddle outside a “Family Dollar” store. Of course, teenagers will be teenagers, and one of the guys dared their friend to jump into said puddle with his brand new shoes for $1.

So the boy took up the challenge — “for the kids,” of course — but what he didn’t know, is that the so-called “puddle” wasn’t even a puddle at all! He found that out as soon as he jumped into it, and he almost drowned because that “puddle” was actually a small sink-hole.

Pretty scary, indeed, but he managed to quickly pull himself out before anything bad happened, while his friends laughed hysterically in the background.

Sanele Masilela and already married mother-of-five Helen Shabangu tied the knot at a ceremony in front of 100 guests after Sanele claimed his deceased ancestor told him he was in love with Ms Shabangu and asked the child to marry her on his behalf.

Fearing trouble with the spirit world if the wedding did not take place, all parties agreed that it must go ahead. The wedding, which was held in the municipality of Tshwane in Gauteng province, reportedly cost £1,000 [about $1,500 USD] and had the blessing of Sanele’s family and Ms Shabangu’s current husband.

Hold up, so this woman’s husband actually AGREED to this nonsense?

The marriage means eight-year-old Sanele is now the ‘stepfather’ to Ms Shabangu’s five children, who are all aged between 27 and 37.

Although Sanele was said to be happy to go through with the marriage, it appears the groom already has his doubts over the long-term future of the couple.

“When I am older I will marry a lady my own age,” Sanele apparently told reporters. He added that he still planned to “go to school and study hard.”

In other words, “when I’m in my thirties or forties, this old lady will likely be dead, and I hope to find a woman that doesn’t find it creepy that I am a widower to a 80 or 90-something-year-old woman.”

Strange, to say the least, but thankfully this type of thing this doesn’t happen often. At least in Sanele’s family it doesn’t, his mother assures.

“This is the first time this has happened in the family,” said 46-year-old Patience Masilela, who works at a recycling center with her new daughter-in-law. “Sanele is named after his grandfather, who never had a white wedding before he died so [he] asked Sanele to get married. He chose Helen because he loves her. By doing this we made the ancestors happy. If we hadn’t done what my son had asked then something bad would have happened in the family.”

As for the more than 50-year age gap between her new daughter-in-law and her son, Patience says that she’s perfectly fine with it “because I know it’s what the ancestors wanted and it would make them happy.”

Patience also was sure to note that her son’s wedding was only a ritual, and wasn’t a real, legitimately ordained ceremony.

In sad but true news, Kim Kardashian‘s shameless attempt to continuously generate publicity for herself has reached a new low.

The pregnant reality star recently underwent something called a blood facial (often refereed to as a “vampire facial”).

And what exactly is a vampire facial, you ask? Well, it’s pretty much as sick as it sounds.

Reportedly, the beauty treatment consists of taking blood from your own arm, separating the platelets, and injecting the blood back into your face.

The procedure is performed by medics, who reportedly used nine tiny needles to draw Kim’s blood as she screamed in agony.

Even more sickening is that the “Kourtney and Kim” star documented the entire thing on her show.

After that, Kenya sits in church listening to Sunday Service when a large woman with sagging breasts and an inappropriate fishnet bathing suit marches through the doors. This large woman is supposed to be Phaedra. Now, while the Porsha mock was spot-on, this one is off because the light-skinned woman Kenya got to play Phaedra looks nothing like her. So the connection isn’t as clear.

But the final set-up for the video brutally depicts Kenya’s ex-boyfriend as a down-low, flaming homosexual man. She mocks his penis size (the name of his tow truck company has been changed to “Lil’ Dicks Towing”) and infers that he’s a homosexual by having him dressed in a half-shirt and reading “douche bag” magazine with articles about enemas and “America’s Next Top Bottom.” Ouch.

But it’s not as if Kenya only takes shots at her enemies. She makes fun of herself too, imagining herself as “Keyonce,” awkwardly performing Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” routine.

Chris Brown was just being Chris Brown a few nights ago when he hopped up onstage and the grabbed the mic from the DJ at Emerson Theater in Hollywood and offered some profane advice to the guys there on how to treat their women … because Chris Brown is a certified expert at knowing how to treat a lady right.

In the video footage obtained by TMZ, Chris shouted:

“Every guy in this building has said one thing to their female … If you’re not an insecure nigga, and you let her have fun with her friends, I applaud you. But you gotta say that one thing to her, and I made this shit up…”

A northwestern Montana man reportedly shot and killed the host of the Sportsman Channel show “A Rifleman’s Journal” after he flew into a jealous rage after he caught the TV personality with his wife.

According to Whitefish, Mont. police, 41-year-old Wayne Bengston shot and killed Gregory G. Rodriguez, 43, who was in town on business and visiting Bengston’s wife at her mother’s house in Whitefish, the Associated Press reported.

Police said Rodriguez and Bengston’s wife, who works for a firearms manufacturer, had met at a trade show and had become friends, and they were not romantically involved.

Bengston reportedly walked into mother-in-law’s house, where he saw his wife and Rodriguez enjoying a glass of wine, which set him off and he opened fire on Rodriguez in a jealous rage.

After the shooting, Bengston pistol-whipped his wife, then took their 2-year-old son to a relative’s house before he drove 25 miles to his West Glacier home and took his own life.

When Flathead County sheriff’s deputies arrived on Bengston’s property, they found his truck parked in the driveway, and a SWAT team tried to make contact with him, but they were unsuccessful. Officers eventually found his body with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

“It’s pretty much an open-and-closed case. Homicide and suicide,” Whitefish Police Chief Bill Dial said, according to TV Guide.

Gregory G. Rodriguez, a gun expert, was the host of The Sportsman Channel TV show “A Rifleman’s Journey”

The Sportsman Channel released a statement expressing how deeply saddened they were by Rodriguez’s shooting death, and how they will miss his “thoughtfulness, candor and dedication to encourage a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience for all.”

Gregory Rodriguez — of Sugar Land, Texas — leaves behind a wife and two kids. In addition to his TV show, Rodriguez was also the founder and CEO of Global Adventure Outfitters. He was also a contributing editor at Shooting Times Magazine and other publications dedicated to guns.

Apparently, selling VHS porn tapes door-to-door is not only a dumb idea, but it is also illegal, and one South Carolina woman found that out the hard way when she was arrested for it earlier this week.

52-year-old Jeanette Ellis from Gaffney, SC told a local FOX reporter that she had found over a dozen discarded porn tapes in a box down the street from her house, and she came up with the idea to sell them to her neighbors because, why not?

“I said, ‘I’ll sell them to somebody who might want them,’” Ellis told FOX Carolina. “I was going to get like $5 for them. There [were] like 15 tapes.”

After reviewing her product — “I watched some of them,” she told the station — Ms. Ellis hit the block and started knocking on doors and sold about three of those VHS porn tapes before one neighbor, who didn’t want any of the woman’s discount porn tapes (get their porn online for free like everybody else in the year 2013, and what the hell is a ‘VHS’ tape?), called the police.

Jeanette’s hustle was officially knocked at that point. “I waited outside, and the police showed up,” Ellis said. Once police arrived and Ellis explained her revenue-generating business model to them, she was arrested for soliciting pornography sales without a permit, and the rest of her VHS porn collection was seized for evidence.

Someone should introduce this lady to the Internet … and PornHub.
