Sharon Osbourne was apparently not happy to learn that she is mentioned in Simon Cowell‘s unofficial biography, which states that she quit the UK version of the “X Factor” because of Simon’s sexual relationship with co-judge Dannii Minogue.

On Tuesday’s (Apr 17) episode of “The Talk,” Sharon addressed the mention in Cowell’s biography, and had some choice words for TV titan.

”I’m, like, pissed off because you’ve got a whole career to talk about … Why bring Mrs. O into your messing around?” she quipped.

Though she did admit to not liking Dannii Minogue, Osbourne insisted Cowell’s romantic involvement with her had nothing to do with her decision to quit the “X Factor.”

“He doesn’t really like me,” she said. “So why bring me into your book? I don’t want to be in your book. I don’t want to know about your fiddling with this one and that one.”

Sharon also said that Simon Cowell suffers from “small penis syndrome,” which she believes makes him not only cocky, but power crazy.

Sharon used to sit alongside Simon on the “X Factor” panel, and now works for him as a judge on “America’s Got Talent,” but that didn’t stop her from letting him know how she felt about him on national television. In fact, she actually expects to be fired soon.

She continued, “I work for him. He’ll probably fire me now. Nobody leaves Simon. He fires you.”

According to TMZ.com, the rock ‘n’ roll couple owe the IRS just over $1.7 million in back taxes (over $700K for 2008 and over $1 M for 2009).

So you would think that with being worth over an estimated $135 million back in 2003, at the height of their reality success, the Osbourne clan would be able to afford an accountant that knows how to crunch numbers. Right?

Well, according to Mrs. Osbourne, she was somewhat mislead by those who were supposed to be handling her business. She took to Twitter and said:

“You can’t rely on anyone but yourself. You have to be on top of your own business affairs. My fault … lesson learned.”

And it looks as though the O’s tax bill woes filtered down to daughter Kelly Osbourne. TMZ also reported that she owes a respectable $34,000 to the IRS.

Osbournes, a word of advice … you better get it sorted or you’ll end up like Wesley Snipes!

Justin Bieber will appear alongside rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon in a commercial ad set to air during this year’s Super Bowl!

The 16-year-old teen heartthrob and the 62-year-old rock legend recently joined forces to film a commercial for electronics retail giant Best Buy. It was announced that “America’s Got Talent” judge Sharon Osbourne will also make an appearance in the ad spot.

“We’re delighted to have Justin and Ozzy helps us tell the Best Buy story,” the company’s marketing exec Drew Panayiotou said in a press release. “We know people have high expectations for these ads and Justin and Ozzy add a whole new dimension of fun.”

No specific details regarding the ad were released, however, Best Buy did say that it will air during the 3rd quarter of Super Bowl XLV, which airs live on FOX from Arlington, TX at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium on Sunday, February 6th 2011.

Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne isn’t letting a little old thing called “age” stop him from touring the world. In an effort to promote his latest album Scream, the 61-year-old rocker and former Black Sabbath front man is scheduled to perform a number of dates in both the U.K. AND the U.S. in the next few months.

He’s scheduled to take the stage at Folkestone on June 29th, Oxford on July 1st and London on July 3rd for a few warm up gigs. Then he’ll come over here to the U.S. for spot dates in August in San Bernadino, California, followed by Chicago, Pittsburgh, Hartford, Camden and Boston.

The “Prince of Darkness” says the recent deaths of old school rockers around his age has prompted him to have a different outlook on life. He told Heraldsun.com.au:

“When you get to 60 you’re on the downward slide. I’m 61 now. In the past month so many guys I know have died. Ronnie James Dio died of cancer, a guy from Slipknot killed himself. You have to live for each minute. In my youth I’d wish my life away. I wish I could have them times back. But you can’t.”

He also spoke out against critics who say his wife Sharon Osbourne is pushing him to tour:

“Some people think Sharon pushes me to go on tour. My wife does not push me out on stage. If I really didn’t want to go out I’d say, `F**k you, I ain’t going,’ and I wouldn’t go.”

Remember when we heard about Sharon Osbourne jumping on “Rock of Love: Charm School” contestant Megan Hauserman for talking out the side of her neck about Ozzy?

Megan Hauserman claims Sharon went ballistic during a taping, punching and grabbing her by the hair and refusing to let go, and scratching her to boot. Osbourne opened the can of whoop ass after Megan told Sharon she was famous only because she managed a brain dead rock star. In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Hauserman is suing Osbourne for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress.

SHARON OSBOURNE BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE LAPD » The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating an incident that happened this past Sunday (Dec. 14th), reportedly involving Charm School: Rock of Love host Sharon Osbourne and contestant Megan Hauserman, during the recording of the VH1 reality series’ finale show.

Allegedly, words were exchanged between both Sharon and Megan, and when Megan told Sharon that she’s “only famous for managing a brain dead rock star,” all hell broke loose, according to TMZ. Sharon then lunged at Megan, scratching and pulling her hair, so much that Megan had to be taken to a hospital. TMZ cameras caught her leaving the ER with a sling on her left arm and plugs of hair missing from her head.

We hear Megan is pressing charges, but so far, none have been filed yet. Calls to VH1 and Sharon’s people were not immediately returned. The moral of the story is … don’t f**k with the Osbournes!!

CHRIS ROCK’S DAUGHTERS WANT A PLAY DATE WITH THE OBAMA GIRLS » Comedian/actor Chris Rock recently spoke to People and told them that his daughters want to be friends with Malia and Sasha Obama, President-Elect Barack Obama‘s daughters.

“His girls are a little older than mine,” said Rock about President-elect Barack Obama’s daughters Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7. “My girls want a playdate. They look at the youngest and they’re like, ‘We can play with her, Daddy.’ We’ll see.”

Chris Rock’s daughters, Lola and Zahra, are 6 and 4 years old, respectively.

MOS DEF’S LAWYERS WANT THEIR MONEY » It’s been reported that rapper Mos Def is apparently in hot water with his divorce attorneys. Why? Because he has yet to pay them for their services. According to reports published by celebrity website Star Pulse, attorneys from the Blank Rome legal firm claim that the actor/rapper owes them over $60,000 in unpaid legal fees after they helped him with the divorce of his wife, Maria Yepes, in 2006. So now the firm is suing him to collect their money.

In addition to being sued by his own lawyers, Mos Def is also in a legal battle with a photographer. He’s currently facing charges of felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property after fashion photographer Volker Correll alleged he ripped a camera from his neck and smashed it to the ground, Kanye West style, during a confrontation in Vegas this past August.

But despite all of that, Mos Def is looking forward to his fourth album’s release, Ecstatic, due in April 2009.
