After announcing that they would be taking an indefinite break to focus on their various, individual personal and professional career goals, The Black Eyed Peas played one last concert together as a group at The Sun Life Stadium in Miami Wednesday night (Nov 23) for the the final night of their tour.

“Black Eyed Peas is a family. We are friends, and we helped each other get here – and you guys are an extension of that friendship. We are here in this stadium today representing family and love, a day before Thanksgiving, and we thank you guys for the love,” BEP frontman Will.i.am shared with the sold-out crowd.

“We are not breaking up,” Taboo told Reuters on Monday, with Apl.de.ap adding, “We’re going to take a little vacation and focus on our personal things.”

Other performers who shared the stage with the Peas Wednesday night were Queen Latifah, Cee-Lo Green, Sean Kingston, T-Pain, Jason Derulo and Flo Rida (not pictured).

News surfaced about the couple after they were spotted together at the American Music Awards on Sunday.

As Soon as word got out … people instantly started tweeting that Kingston was only getting Drizzy’s sloppy seconds.

The 2011 American Music Awards took place at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California last night (Sun. Nov 20).

Singer/rapper Sean Kingston’s near fatal jet-ski accident back in May was not caused by malfunction of the equipment or an environmental hazard. It was due to “inattention” and “inexperience.”

According to a report obtained by TMZ:

Sean Kingston’s near-fatal jet ski accident could have been avoided if he had bothered to take a boating safety class, or at least read the manual.

Investigators say Kingston’s “inexperience” and “inattention” were solely to blame. The cops specifically called him out for not understanding basic boating safety procedures. They believe Kingston stupidly released the throttle while turning the steering wheel at the same time, causing him to lose control over the watercraft.

As we reported in May, the “Beautiful Girls” singer was critically injured when he crashed his brand new jet ski into a bridge in Miami Beach. The three-month police investigation reveals just how close Kingston was to dying. According to the report, Kingston crashed into the bridge with such force, his head, arms and upper chest, left an imprint on the cement (see photo below).

Kingston was fined $180…and hopefully was instructed to read the instruction booklet before attempting to ride a jet-ski again!

Sean Kingston has opened up for the first time about his Jet-ski accident, which gave fans and loved ones quite the scare.

The R&B star told MTV he is feeling much better now, but what many didn’t know is … he had to undergo open heart surgery and two other surgeries after the accident.

“I’m doing good. I’m feeling great. I’m excited. I’m happy. A lot of people don’t know it was a deeper situation. I had open heart surgery and I had two other surgeries; it was a life-or-death situation,” he said.

Just before being released from the hospital, Sean was immediately rushed to surgery after doctors discovered a new heart condition.

He continued, “They were gonna send me home, but then I had felt a pain in my left chest, and I told my mom. They rushed me and they did a lot of scans on me, [and] they said I couldn’t leave.”

It was discovered that blood had filled up in his chest and his aorta was torn. He went into surgery several times to fix the condition, knowing that the risks were high, but he survived, and now he’s focused on the positive.

He said, “I’m 100 percent right now. I’ve been in the house chilling, about to start work on my new album. I got L.A. Reid now as my new president. I got a story to tell now.”

The accident has been one of the biggest life lessons Kingston has ever faced … and from now on he vows to always keep God present at all times. “What the accident basically taught me is, in life, you have to count your blessings. You just got to keep God present at all times and think about the consequences.”

In his first live showing since his near fatal jet ski accident over Memorial Day Weekend, Sean Kington surprised fans Friday night (Jul 22) in Miami as he hit the stage and performed his hit single “Letting Go” with collaborator Nicki Minaj!

After performing, Sean tweeted:

“Just killed it on stage with the lovely @Nickiminaj had an amazing time feels great to be on stage esp. wit the hottest female out :-) … Don’t call it a comeback!”

Sean Kingston has already gone back to work!

Alongside his pals Soulja Boy and Travie McCoy, a slimmed own version of the “Beautiful Girls” rapper/singer was spotted Saturday afternoon (Jul 9) on the set of a new music video for his artist Iyaz (a singer he discovered through MySpace).

This marks Kingston’s first public since his near fatal jet ski accident over Memorial Day weekend. Glad to see he’s doing so much better now!

After a near fatal Jet Ski accident on May 29th … Sean Kingston is ready to get back in the booth and record some new music.

However, the singer may have to wait a little while before he starts laying down those tracks as he has to complete a physical therapy program after injuring his wrist badly during the incident.

A friend of the “Beautiful Girls” singer has said that Sean is grateful for making a speedy recovery and is very aware that he has to focus on his healing process before he makes his musical comeback.

After having an intense past couple of weeks, the Jamaican-born singer is just happy to be at home sleeping in his bed while he recuperates.

According to reports, Kingston suffered from water in his lungs, a fractured wrist and a broken jaw. The accident could have been fatal as the singer ended up in ICU for a few days.

However, reps for Kingston confirm that the 21-year-old “Beautiful Girls” singer has made a full recovery, and was released form Jackson Memorial Hospital on Tuesday (Jun 21), just three weeks after he was rushed to the hospital.

As we previously reported, Sean tweeted to his well wishers the day before leaving the hospital: “Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!”

Things are beginning to look up for Sean Kingston. According to a new report from TMZ, the “Beautiful Girls” singer is finally walking AND breathing on his own as of this morning!

And not only that, but his condition has been upgraded from “critical” to “serious.”

“Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning,” reps for the singer told the site. “Sean Kingston continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded to serious.”

Sean Kingston was critically injured in a nearly fatal jet ski accident last weekend, and had previously been attached to a breathing tube. So the fact that he his now walking and his condition looks to be improving is very good!

“Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes,” Kington’s reps added.

Sean Kingston is lucky to be alive. The “Beautiful Girls” singer was involved in a horrific (and nearly tragic) accident over Memorial Day weekend after the jet ski he and a friend were riding on crashed into the Palm Island Bridge in Miami. And had it not been for a couple of heroic rescuers, this news story would be completely different.

The heroic rescuers who came to Sean Kingston aid following his jet ski crash yesterday have described how they discovered the singer vomiting blood and almost drowning.

Jonathan Rivera, who by chance was a member of the Coast Guard, and friend Jimmy Vega were in a boat approaching Palm Island Bridge in Miami where they witnessed the aftermath of the accident. They quickly jumped into the water where they found Kingston ‘extremely dazed’ and ‘coughing up blood’.

His life jacket had come off in the smash and he was ‘in danger of drowning,’ according to his rescuers. The Hip-hop singer, who was initially described as in a critical condition, was today stabilized and moved to the intensive care unit at a hospital, a spokesman for the 21-year-old star confirmed. A female passenger with Kingston was also injured and is receiving hospital treatment too.

Rivera say he was called over the scene by another man and a woman on a jet ski, who were struggling to keep Kingston’s head above water. The Coast Guard worker helped by grabbing hold of Kingston, recalling how he was ‘puking up blood’ and convulsing, TMZ.com reported.

Vega told RadarOnline that Sean had a severe gash to the neck and was conscious, but didn’t appear to be bleeding from the head. ‘[He was] extremely dazed and was in danger of drowning,’ 34-year-old student Vega recalled. After around 15 minutes a police boat arrived and Kingston was taken to an ambulance where paramedics took over. Rivera described how Sean was able to communicate while being helped into the boat.

When help arrived, Rivera told Sean he was going to be OK, to which the singer replied: ‘I’m going to be okay,’ Rivera described. Kingston’s female passenger, meanwhile, was still in her life jacket after the crash and was floating in the water, complaining that her head was hurting. But she did appear to be going in and out of consciousness, according to Vega.

Kingston’s publicist, Joseph Carozza, said the singer’s family is grateful for everyone’s prayers and support.

Kingston rose to fame with his 2007 hit Beautiful Girls and was also featured on songs by artists including Justin Bieber. His self-titled debut album sold over 1 million copies worldwide.

On Twitter, Bieber posted a message of support for Kingston.

‘Got my friend Sean Kingston in my prayers tonight,’ Bieber tweeted early Monday. ‘A true friend and big bro. Please keep him in your prayers tonight as well.’

Rihanna tweeted: ‘Sean we praying for u baby.’ Rap star LL Cool J wrote: ‘I hope and pray that Sean Kingston recovers quickly…. #staystrong.’ And female rapper Nicki Minaj, who worked with Kingston on the current single Letting Go (Dutty Love) wrote on her Twitter page: ‘My love & prayers are with Sean Kingston & his family.’

Reality TV star Audrina Patridge and singer Lucie Jones were also among those posting messages of support. On her Twitter page Jones wrote: ‘Oh nooo :/ #seankingston xxx praying4u’, while TV beauty Patridge added: ‘pray for Sean Kingston who is critical after jet ski crash.’

Kingston’s music pal James Rosemond – aka LilHenchmen – allayed fears over his condition, posting the message: “Just left the hospital and great news my big bro @seankingston is doing fine..Thanks to all the prayers and the love. WE LOVE YOU BRO!”

Here’s to a speedy recovery for Sean Kingston!!

Singer/rapper Sean Kingston is currently in critical condition at a Miami Beach hospital following a jet ski accident.

According to new reports, Kingston and a female friend were riding his jet ski when it crashed into a bridge earlier this evening. Kingston and the girl were rescued from the water and were transported to nearby Jackson Memorial Hospital.

TMZ is reporting that due to the severity of Sean’s injuries, he is being treated in the trauma ward.

We’re told … at this moment, officials do not believe alcohol played a role in the crash. Kingston’s rep tells TMZ …. “Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes.”

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation, but keep Sean Kingston in your thoughts and prayers!!

The $200,000 vehicle was reportedly given to Justin as a gift from Diddy who promised the heart throb he would pass over the keys to him when he turned 16. A woman is accusing singer Sean Kingston of sexual assault, however according to sources, police aren’t following her up!

Two women allegedly arrived at Kingston’s hotel room at the Crowne Plaza in Seattle, W.A. Sunday night (Jul 11) for a party. Both were intoxicated and one claims to have even had sex with the “Beautiful Girls” singer while he was in the room. Once Kingston was no longer present, the same woman who claims to have had sex with him went on to have sex with two other men in the room. Her accomplice was also said to have engaged in sexual intercourse with a man in the room as well.

Later that night, an ambulance was called to the hotel and transported both women to a hospital where rape tests and a test for Rufinol were conducted. Police at first wanted to bring Sean in for an interview, but later decided all that wasn’t necessary since the woman’s case wasn’t credible from the beginning.

SMH. Damn those groupies. This should be a lesson learned; never trust a hoe!!

Singers Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber have teamed up for a new song called “Eenie Meenie,” which according to People, was co-written by Sean and will be featured on both Sean and Justin’s upcoming albums. Justin’s new album My World 2.0 drops week after next (Tue. Mar 23).

After meeting last year at a radio show, Bieber, 16, and Kingston, 20, became close friends. “I’m kind of like his big brother,” says Kingston, who spent last weekend celebrating his pal’s birthday in L.A. The pair share a love of sneakers, cars, X-Box games – and, of course, making music. “Eenie Meenie,” in fact, is just the beginning of their collaborations. “We’re starting a writing team together,” Kingston reveals.

Reggae fusion singer Sean Kingston has spoken out about how he feels about this whole “everybody hates Chris” scenario. He believes that his friend deserves another chance, according to a recenter interview with Rap-Up Magazine.

“At the end of the day, he’s human. People make mistakes. Let it go,” Kingston tells Rap-Up.com, before adding that the public shouldn’t jump to any conclusions. “I don’t [believe] in somebody beating a woman, but we don’t know what happened in that car. All I’m gonna say is let the man be him.”

The 19-year-old met Brown when he toured with him in 2007. “He’s a great person. He’s cool.” After seeing his former tourmate’s video apology last month, Kingston is convinced he’s sincere. “He sent the apology out. I could tell it came from his heart, so they should give him another chance.”

Sean Kingston is writing for Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna’s new album and promoting his sophomore effort Tomorrow, in stores September 22.

Recent reports dictate that the album is set to drop August 25th 2009 so be on the look-out for it.

Jasmina Anema‘s search for a match for a bone marrow transplant has been made a bit easier, thanks to a few Florida-based entertainers and athletes who have united together to help the 6-year-old patient, who has just weeks to live after being diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia.

Florida natives Rick Ross, Trick Daddy, Pitbull and Flo Rida are a part of the group of celebrities providing their support to a special event, scheduled to take place in North Miami, Florida, in honor of Anema.

Organized by original Fat Boys member Prince Markie Dee’s Labor of Love Foundation, 103.5 The Beat, the Community Blood Centers of South Florida and AllHipHop.com, the event hopes to draw find those who stand a chance of being a match for Jasmina.

In addition to Ross, Trick Daddy and Flo-Rida, the event will include appearances from R&B/pop crooner Sean Kingston and Uncle Louie, as well as Ricky Williams of the Miami Dolphins and Ricky Davis of the Miami Heat. Fans will be able to donate blood to the Centers at mobile blood banks as well as visit a tent set up at the Mall to see if they are a match for Jasmina.
