Actress Eva Longoria Parker threw a birthday party for her husband, basketball player Tony Parker (of the San Antonio Spurs, at her Eve Nightclub in Las Vegas over the weekend (Sat. May 29). The happily married couple have been celebrating Tony’s 28th birthday for the past two weeks with parties in Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and Tony’s family and close friends, including his teammate Tim Duncan, all came out to help the French-American ball player conclude his two-week birthday celebration in Vegas.

Eva said she got her husband “a lot of things” for his birthday: “I got him a lot of things,” Eva said. “I got him four-wheelers because he wanted a new four-wheeler, and I got him a Microsoft surface computer that he can touch and play with. There’s a surprise tomorrow, which I can’t say right now, but there’s a surprise tomorrow. Huh, babe?”

And Tony said he’s just thankful for whatever his wife gives him, though he’s antsy to see his surprise gift: “I can’t wait to see the surprise. I don’t have a birthday wish list. Whatever she gives me I’m fine with it. I’m happy.”

Even though their husbands were on opposing teams, that didn’t stop actress Eva Longoria-Parker and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality TV star Khloe Kardashian from hanging out Easter Sunday night (Apr 4) at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. San Antonio Spurs basketball game in LA at the Staples Center. Eva’s husband, Tony Parker, plays for the Spurs and Khloe’s husband, Lamar Odom, is a member of the Lakers. The Lakers lost to the Spurs, 81 to 100.

Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian also tagged along and was spotted laughing it up with the ladies court-side at the game. Also at the basketball game was actor Terry Crews and “The Twilight Saga” actor Taylor Lautner. Check out pics of everyone below…

The Los Angeles Lakers won so gracefully tonight!!! I’m beyond ecstatic about this win by the Lakers! The San Antonio Spurs had a good run but it’s L.A.’s time to win some RINGS! The Lakers took 4 games out the series (4-1). The Lakers won by 7 (100-92) and became the WESTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS! I’m so proud of the Lakers. They’ve come so far in these series and show no signs of slowing down. MVP Kobe Bryant totaled 39 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Pau Gasol racked 12 points, 19 rebounds and 5 assists. Lamar Odom put up 13 points and 8 rebounds. Kobe vented after last night’s victory and said:

“I think it is a tremendous accomplishment,” Bryant said. “I think the West is extremely tough. We’re all extremely excited and proud about it. Now, it’s time to go on and see if we can finish it off.”

I’m pretty sure that ya’ll will Kobe! The Spurs did well despite the loss to the CHAMPIONS. Tim Duncan scored 19 points and 15 rebounds. Manu Ginobili totaled 9 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Tony Parker put up 23 points and 4 assists. Duncan responded to the loss postively and said:

“Just got to gear it up again to go to next year,” Duncan said. “Love what we had this year. We just weren’t good enough through stretches.”

I must say it’s coming to an end with the San Antonio Spurs. The Los Angeles Lakers won the away game last night by two (93-91). The Lakers go home in Game 5. L.A. haven’t lost a home game in the series yet so it’s not looking too good for the Spurs. The Lakers are leading the series (3-1). Kobe Bryant totaled 28 points and 10 rebounds. Pau Gasol scored 10 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Lamar Odom put up 16 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Kobe stated at the end of the Game 4′s win:

“It is a big step for us,” Kobe said, “Tonight we came out and did a much, much better job to win in this building in this particular game. It’s big for us.”

Game 5 airs Thursday (May 29th) @ 9PM on TNT.

The San Antonio Spurs finally win one at home against the Los Angeles Lakers! Hooray for them! Good Job! Nah, but the Spurs went hard and yeah I’m hating cause I wanted my boy Kobe to dominate last night. The Lakers still lead the series though (2-1). The Spurs won by a 19 points (103-84). Manu Ginobili scored 30 points and 2 rebounds. Tim Duncan put 22 points and 21 rebounds. Tony Parker scored 20 points and 5 assists.

Was there any doubt the Lakers wouldn’t win?! The Los Angeles Lakers continues to show and prove they deserve to win the championship this year. The San Antonio Spurs got blew out by 30 (101-71)! The Lakers are currently and steadily leading the series (2-0). My boy, Kobe Byrant, scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Lamar Odom came out and scored 20 points and 12 rebounds. Pau Gasol put up 10 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Although, Kobe is basically unstoppable he still knows that he cannot underestimate his opponents:

“You have to take care of business,” Kobe said. “Get to practice [Saturday] and work on things that we want to adjust or get better at and get ready to rock ‘n roll on Sunday.”

Tony Parker scored 13 points and 4 assists. Tim Duncan scored 12 points and 16 rebounds. Manu Ginobili scored only 7 points, 2 assists and 2 rebounds. Ginobili didn’t make any excuses at the results of the ending of the game and the way he played last night. He responded:

“I blame myself for these two losses,” Ginobili said. “It should be 1-1. My mind is not fatigued. I need to step up. It will be different in Game 3.”

Game 3 airs Sunday (May 25) @ 8:30PM on TNT.

The Los Angeles Lakers take another victory after being down by 20 points in the first half of the game against the San Antonio Spurs came back and won by 4 (89-85). Kobe Bryant, who only had 2 points in the 2nd quarter, scored his last 25 points in the second half of Game 1. Kobe totaled 27 points, 9 assists and 5 rebounds. Pau Gasol scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. I’m so proud of K.B. and I hope he gets his ring this year! If anyone deserves it this year it can only go to Kobe Bryant. The Lakers are currently leading the series (1-0).

Game 2 airs Friday (May 23) @ 9PM on TNT.

The San Antonio Spurs took the last game in the series between the New Orleans Hornets last night (4-3). The final scored was in the Spurs favor by 9 (91-82). The New Orleans Hornets’ depressed me last night. They played as if this was GAME 1 instead of  GAME 7. They acted as though they didn’t want it bad enough. Tony Parker dropped shots last night. He totaled 17 points and 5 assists. Tim Duncan put up 16 points and 14 rebounds. Manu Ginobili scored 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Robert Horry, who rarely touches the court, said at the end of game 7:

“People always talk about you being old because you don’t dunk anymore or slash as fast as you used to slash, but we’re one of the smartest teams in the league and we have a very good coaching staff,” said Horry, “We didn’t make stupid mistakes tonight.”

Chris Paul scored 18 points, 14 assists and 8 rebounds. David West had 20 points and 9 rebounds. Tyson Chandler scored 13 points and 15 rebounds. I guess it wasn’t enough Hornets’ I was rooting for you CP3! Maybe next year…

The Spurs will face the Lakers and best believe it won’t be easy as it was in Game 7 for you Spurs.

The San Antonio Spurs win Game 6 at home against the New Orleans Hornets. CP3 didn’t come through like I wish he did but he had a pretty good game overall. The Spurs did take the win by 11 (99-80). The series is still tied though (3-3). Tim Duncan scored 20 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. Manu Ginobili scored 25 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Tony Parker had 15 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Duncan stated how he felt about the stakes of these series played between the Hornets’:

“We know what we’re facing. We’re facing elimination,” Duncan said. “And we know we have to put a good game together there. … We’re going to take it in there and it’s do-or-die.”

Chris Paul did well in last night despite the loss. He totaled 21 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds. Tyson Chandler scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. David West scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. The Hornets will play the next game at home in New Orleans. The Spurs will have to step it up in Game 7. This should be intense! Check out reactions on the video below.

Game 7 airs Monday (May 19) on TNT.

The New Orleans Hornets blew the San Antonio Spurs out last night by 22 points (101-79). The Hornets now lead the series (3-2). David West totaled 38 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists last night for the Hornets. CP3 also known as Chris Paul had 22 points, 14 assists and 3 rebounds.

Game 6 airs Thursday (May 15) @ 9PM on ESPN.

The New Orleans Hornets fell under the San Antonio Spurs in yesterday’s game losing by 20 points (100-80). The Spurs tied the series in game 4 (2-2). Top performer of the night was Tim Duncan. Duncan totaled 22 points, 15 rebounds and 3 assists. Here’s quick reaction from Tim Duncan on how he felt about tying the series:

“I’m just trying to do my part,” Duncan said. “It’s just that. You’ve got to step up at playoff time. It’s win or go home. So you’ve got to step up and make plays.”

Game 5 airs Tuesday @ 9:30 PM (ET) on TNT

The San Antonio Spurs finally win a game against the New Orleans Hornets but the Hornets still lead the series (2-1). The Spurs win by 11 last night and take the victory of Game 3 (110-99). Tony Parker did not want to lose 3 games in a row to the Hornets so he stepped up his game a little bit. Parker totaled 31 points, 11 assists and 4 rebounds. Manu Ginobili also scored 31 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds. Ginobili said after the victory last night:

“We know that going 3-0 — it’s never been done to come back like that,” said Ginobili, “Today, for us, it was a Game 7. We knew if we didn’t win today, it was almost over. So we had a different approach. We played with more passion, more edge.”

 

Although the Spurs won Game 3 the Hornets are still leading the series. Chris Paul still seem as unstoppable as they won the game themselves. Paul had a whopping 35 points, 9 assists and 2 rebounds. David West had 23 points and 12 rebounds. Chris Paul talked about Game 3 loss and said:

“They made a lot more shots,” Paul said. “We got away from our defensive game plan somewhat. We didn’t defend as well as we did the first two games.”

 In order to win these series Chris Paul will have to go harder in the next away game against the Spurs.

Game 4 airs Sunday (May 11) @ 8 on TNT.

The New Orleans Hornets win another game against the San Antonio Spurs (2-0). The final score by victory for the Hornets by 18 (102-84). Top performer of the night, Chris Paul scored a career-high 30 points and 12 assists, had a comment after the game:

“These are some of the best moments, I think, of my life that we’re experiencing right now,” Paul said. “We’re just riding a wave right now.”

New Orleans Hornets’ Chris Paul went into this game ready and excited about being so close to the Finals. Seeing the rings Hornets’ coach Byron Scott gained with previous team, Los Angeles Lakers, Chris Paul responded after the win last night:

“It sort of gives you goose bumps. We understand right now we’re on that same journey and we feel like we can get there.”

Paul had a total of 17 points, 13 assists, and 4 rebounds. Top scorer of the night was David West, who had 30 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 rebounds. Tyson Chandler racked up 10 points and 15 rebounds.

Tim Duncan didn’t perform as well as he could’ve in this first game against the Hornets’. He had only 5 points, 2 assists and 3 rebounds. He talked about his performance after the game:

“Things just didn’t go my way,” said Duncan, “They did a great job. … I played badly, so credit to them.”

Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker ,on the other hand, made up for Duncan’s poor performance. Ginobili had 19 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists. Parker had 23 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds.

The next game against the Spurs will air May 5th (Monday) on TNT @ 9:30PM.

The Phoenix Suns played their final game (1-4) of the series in the playoff last night losing to the San Antonio Spurs by 5 (87-92). Tony Parker had a total 31 points, 8 assists, and 3 rebounds. Tim Duncan who never doubted they’ll defeat the Suns boldly said after the game:

“Just happy we’re done with them,” he said. Really, was there ever any doubt?”

Duncan was deemed top performer in last night’s victory with 29 points and 17 rebounds. On the opposing team, Boris Diaw had 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists. Amare Stoudemire, who had 15 points, 11 rebounds, 3 blocks, was full of envy last night had a comment about the loss, quote on quote:

“Every year it seems like we always play the Spurs, and they beat us every single time,” Stoudemire said. “As long as I’m here we’re going to break it sooner or later, because I’m tired of losing to these guys. I’m sick and fed up.”

The Phoenix Suns become optimistic in Game 4 by winning their first game last night. The won by 19 points (105-86), but the San Antonio Spurs is still leading (3-1). Top performer of the Suns, Raja Bell, had 27 points, 5 assists and 6 rebounds. Shaquille O’ Neal had 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 1 assists. Steve Nash, who had 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, said at the end of the game:

“A lot of woulda coulda shouldas,” Steve Nash continued. “But we’re still alive, and we played well in San Antonio and haven’t got a win yet. So we want to go down there with a very optimistic attitude.”

Tony Parker had 18 points, 3 assists and 4 rebounds. Tim Duncan had a total of 14 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 assists. Duncan knew once the score was leading by double digits there was no hope:

“You lose by two and you play all those minutes, or you lose by 20 and you get some time to rest,” Duncan said. “I guess you can find a positive there. You don’t want to lose any games like this, but it happens and we’ll be ready to go the next one.”

Game 5 airs Tuesday (Apr. 29th) @ 9:30 on TNT

MVP of Game 3 went to Tony Parker, who scored a career-high 41 points and 12 assists leading the Spurs to a 16-point victory (115-99). Tim Duncan added 23 points and 10 rebounds. Manu Ginobili scored a total of 20 points.

The losing streak Suns’ aren’t looking too good on this scoreboard. Amare Stoudemire totaled 28 points and 11 rebounds. Shaquille O’ Neal totaled 19 points out of free throws. Steve Nash finished with only 7 points with 9 assists. Star of Game 3, Tony Parker, responds he seen many opportunities last night:

“They were backing off on the pick-and-rolls,” he said, “So I took the shot and it felt good tonight.”

Spurs coach, Gregg Popovich, was very proud of his players in last night. So proud that after the game he states:

“We possibly played our best game of the year.” Coach Popovich said.

Game 4 is the Suns last chance to gain some type of lead way.

Game 4 airs Sunday @ 3 on ABC

Looks like the sun has set for the Phoenix Suns, with a domination and victory to the San Antonio Spurs last night. With a final score of (117-115) including the double overtime. Tim Duncan was on fire last night especially because of his unexpected shot behind the 3-point line. Tim Duncan had 40 points and 15 rebounds, Tony Parker had 22 points, Manu Ginobili had 24 points and the winning point/layup with 1.8 seconds left in the second overtime. At the end of the game Duncan made this statement:

“It feels like a finals game,” Duncan said, “It’s the first game of the first series, and we’re going have to muster energy back up”
