Rihanna has been out and about a lot this week up in New York City. Thursday (Jun 18) night she was spotted on her way to her hotel in Manhattan rocking a leopard print coat and boots as it rained outside.

Rihanna already has to testify against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown Monday in court, but if a university professor gets his way, she just might have to make another court appearance pretty soon. The pop singer is currently renting a Los Angeles home owned by Stephen Yacobian, and UCLA design and media art professor Christian Moeller lives next door to the home. Apparently, Moeller gave Yacobian an easement, which gives Yacobian the right to drive cars on a portion of Moeller’s property.

Apparently the property was renovated two years ago and the easement wasn’t really being used and now Moeller claims that Rihanna lets cars drive on his lawn to get to her driveway. And according to the suit, which was filed in LA Tuesday, sometimes the cars just sit there (unmoved) on the lawn. So to make a long story short, Moeller wants the easement eliminated and he wants Rihanna to pay up for allowing her guests and their cars to trespass on his property.

Ex-lovers Chris Brown and Rihanna made a lot of noise Thursday (Jun 11) at Game 4 of the 2009 NBA Finals Thursday (Jun 11) night in Orlando, FL as the Lakers defeated the Magic with a final score of 99 to 91.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen these two out and about under the same roof and even though they didn’t sit anywhere near each other, the media caused quite a frenzy prior to the game by saying they requested seats together. But we already knew that story was just a pot of bullsh*t just to get people talking.

Rihanna was spotted canoodling with up and coming rapper Aubrey “Drake” Graham at the Target-sponsored album release party for the Black Eyed Peas’ new album The E.N.D., held at NYC hotspot The Griffin. The new rumor is that the two are dating, but if you let them tell it … they’re “just friends” and apparently Drake is writing for Rihanna on her upcoming album. Yeah … how many times have we heard THAT story before? Only time will tell though, but the picture doesn’t lie.
