According to TMZ, Kelly has 32 new chapters to film and is looking for financial backing:

Now, Kelly — who was leaving an L.A. gym yesterday — tells us he wants to continue the saga — “but it costs a lot of money to do … so we’re actually looking for investors.”

The nominations for the 2012 Grammy Awards have been announced!

Leading the pack with 7 nominations is Hip-Hop titan Kanye West, who is followed by R&B singers Adele and Bruno Mars, and the Foo Fighters with 6 each.

Even throat surgery can’t stop the King of R&B!

R.Kelly tells all the critics and haters to “Shut Up!” in his new music release.

As we previously reported, earlier this week, R. Kelly stopped by WGCI radio in his hometown of Chicago and revealed details regarding his upcoming album “Black Panties.”

But Kellz also talked about young R&B singers Trey Songz and Chris Brown, and how the two of them are following in his footsteps.

See what R. Kelly had to say about Chris Brown below:

“Chris Brown is already there as far as he’s concerned. Because you know, he’s a humble guy. Chris Brown used to come to my studio when he was 13, 14, 15 and 16 and he learned a lot from me.

“I used to lecture him all the time. I’ve got the upmost respect for Chris Brown. My hat goes off to him. Because why? He got in the studio, he did what he was supposed to do and he bounced back like a round ball.”

It’s no secret that Kellz has had his fair share of beef with Trey Songz though, but the R&B legend still paid the young crooner some compliments. “I know Trey Songz is a guy that if he keeps with the hits and he humbles himself a little bit more, he will definitely be one of the runners up.”

The Pied Piper of R&B R. Kelly is ready to put the “R” back in R&B with news that he’s working on his 11th album, titled “Black Panties,” which he likens to his 1993 album “12 Play.”

“I just did the whole Love Letter joint and everybody thinking, ‘Oh that’s the direction he’s goin’ now,’ ” Kelly said in a recent interview with 107.5 WGCI’s Morning Riot radio show in Chicago. “Nah, that was a moment in time, just like ‘Ignition’ and ‘Bump n’ Grind’ and all this stuff was a moment in time. Now this Black Panties album … it’s the new 12 Play.”

Without revealing too much about “Black Panties,” Kellz did reveal that the album’s first single “10 Minutes” is on the way.

R. Kelly also spoke on the shots fired in his direction from Trey Songz, who criticized the R&B legend for using auto-tune, instead of maintaining his position as an interviewer.

“I was pretty numb. I don’t feel those type of things. It’s like I’m bulletproof when it comes to beef. I don’t deal with beef, I love steak,” he said about Trey’s shots, before (almost) paying his rival a compliment. “I know Trey Songz is a guy that if he keeps with the hits and he humbles himself a little bit more, he will definitely be one of the runners up.”

The singer is also currently recovering from surgery after having an abscess on one of his tonsils drained. He posted a video on his website saying that he’s recovering well, and thanking his fans for all the support they’ve given him.

“I want to say thanks to all the prayer warriors out there for supporting me, praying for me,” he says in the video. “The doctor said the surgery went well. I know it may not look like it, but it did. I want y’all to continue to pray for me, be strong out there. I will be back.”

Hint: He’s an R&B singer too … but he’s also an actor, author, rapper, former fashion model and MTV VJ.

“I came to Chicago to check on the GREAT ONE.. R.Kellz he wanted me to tell y’all thank you for the Prayers!!!” Tyrese tweeted Thursday.

R. Kelly looks to be in good spirits after his recent stint in the hospital for emergency throat surgery, which put a temporary halt on his tour.

He was released from the hospital late last month, however it’s still unclear when the R&B crooner will be able to get back to the stage to finish off his tour.

Speaking of Tyrese though, the R&B crooner, along with Young Money rapper Tyga, recently shot the music video for their single “I Gotta Chick,” (which also features R. Kelly and Rick Ross) and our buddies over at The Rundown were on the scene and captured some great video footage! Check it out below:

R. Kelly is in danger of losing his multimillion-dollar Chicago-area home after failing to make his mortgage payments for over a year!

Because of his year-long delinquency, the bank who owns the property may seize it soon, according to new reports.

In a foreclosure action filed last month in Cook County Circuit Court, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. said that the Grammy award winning R&B singer, whose full name is Robert S. Kelly, had not made any monthly payments on the $3 million 11,000-square-foot home in Olympia Fields in the south suburban area Chicago since June 2010.

R. Kelly is currently on tour in support of his latest album “Love Letter.”

First Nelly’s ex manager tried to manhandle him via Twitter … now R. Kelly‘s former manager Jeff Kwatinetz is claiming that he cheated him out of millions.

R. Kelly’s former manager, Jeff Kwatinetz of Prospect Management, is suing the singer for breach of oral contract and fraud, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Kwatinetz claims that at the height of R. Kelly’s criminal case for child pornography, he agreed to rep the embattled singer with the understanding that he would receive a 15% commission deal.

The court docs state that Kelly withheld commission money and that Prospect Management couldn’t be paid because: “Monies were needed for payments to avoid lawsuits and adverse publicity resulting from Kelly’s alleged conduct.”

The lawsuit is seeking one million dollars in damages, access to Kelly’s accounting books, and other costs associated with the lawsuit.

Kelly was acquitted of all criminal charges in 2008, following a six-year legal battle, he had faced 15 years in prison.

R. Kelly has officially hit the promotional circuit to spread the word about the release of his upcoming 10th studio album, and made an appearance on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon“ Monday night (Dec 6).

The R&B legend took it back to the 50′s and performed a powerful rendition of his latest single “When A Woman Loves,” and came right back the VERY NEXT NIGHT to perform two of his classic hits: “Ignition” and “Step in the Name of Love.” Kelz also performed “Number One Hit,” another song from his soon-to-be released album Love Letter, in stores next Tuesday (Dec 14).
