Paula Patton’s hoo-hahs were on display in her short, black, bedazzled dress as she arrived at a screening of the new movie “Precious” at the Crosby Street Hotel Thursday night (Nov 5) in New York City. The actress and her husband Robin Thicke are expecting their first child, which explains the sudden growth in the area below her kneck and above her stomach.

Other folks at the “Precious” screening, hosted by Tommy Hilfigher and The Cinema Society, were the film’s director Lee Daniels, actor Terrence Howard, supermodel Chanel Iman and actress Lynn Whitfield.

Black Hollywood came out in droves Sunday night (Nov 1) to support the AFI Fest 2009 Screening of the new movie “Precious,” which stars newcomer Gabourey Sidibe and actress/comedienne turned late night talk show host Mo’Nique.

Some of the big names who walked down the red carpet of the big Hollywood event, held at were Oprah, Tyler Perry, Queen Latifah, Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon, Mary J. Blige, Will Smith and much much more.

Robin Thicke’s beautiful wife Paula Patton posed for a couple of the pics for the paparazzi as she made her way to Cipriani 42nd Street Tuesday night (Oct 27) in New York City.

No sign of that baby just yet. We reported last week that she and Robin, who have been married since 2005, were expecting their first child.

High school sweethearts Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are having their first child as confirmed by their publicist Thursday (Oct 22).

Paula had recently revealed to Giant Magazine that she had stopped taking birth control over the past few months in hopes that she would get pregnant. Patton said she been on the pill since she and Robin tied the knot back in 2005.

At the 2009 Angel Ball, Robin said that he was lucky to be married to a woman like Paula.

A gushing Robin Thicke tells UsMagazine.com, “She could make a marriage work with a chair. She’s an incredible woman, and she’s very beautiful, so I’m just lucky to be with her.”

R&B singer/songwriter Alicia Keys played host to her sixth annual Black Ball to benefit the “Keep A Child Alive” AIDS organization Thursday night (Oct 15) at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. The huge celebrity guest list at the event included Halle Berry, Usher, Samuel L. Jackson, Nick Cannon, Tyler Perry, Robin Thicke, Mary J. Blige and more. Alicia performed with John Mayer at the event, and also premiered her new song “Sleeping with a Broken Heart.”
