According to the NY Daily News, somewhat newlyweds Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon waited until their wedding night to share … “complete intimacy” with each other.

“It’s not that we had no intimacy, we just didn’t have complete intimacy,” [Mariah Carey] told London’s Daily Mirror. “It’s just me, and my feelings.”

The singer met the 28-year-old rapper - the son of a televangelist - in February. They dated for two months before getting married in the Bahamas. She says hanging on until after they were Mr. and Mrs. was worth the wait.

“I definitely don’t want to push it on anybody else,” the 38-year-old songstress said. “But we both have similar beliefs, and I just thought that it would be so much more special if we waited until after we were married. And it was, and it still is.”

Oh yeah, Mariah that’s real classy. I’m sure the 2 month wait was worth it…

Newlyweds (are we still allowed to call them that? lol) Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon dressed up as firefighters and threw a Halloween costume party at club Marquee in New York Thursday night. Contrary to rumors floating around on the ‘net, Nick Cannon says that he’s enjoying the married life. In fact, he says that marriage is the best thing that’s ever happened to him. At the opening of a new Las Vegas club over the weekend, when People questioned nick about his marriage to pop diva Mariah Carey, he said:
