L.A. radio station KIIS FM held their annual Wango Tango concert last Saturday night (May 14) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The event was hosted by Ryan Seacrest and co-hosted by Britney Spears, while stars like LL Cool J, Paris Hilton, Jordin Sparks and more were in the mix and spotted on the red carpet. The concert also featured performances by Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, Pitbull, Ke$ha, Selena Gomez, Lupe Fiasco and many others.

Chris Brown is currently hitting up small venues in major cities in an effort to promote his latest album Graffiti and the other night, Chris’ fan appreciation tour made a stop in Atlanta and Polow Da Don throw a party for the young entertainer at Opera nightclub. Folks like Diddy, DJ Clue, Ester Dean and Sammie all showed up to party with Chris. We hear Diddy even left his own party at the Velvet Room to party it up with Mr. Brown!

Some people might still be giving Chris Brown a hard for what he did but the judge presiding over the case recently gave the “I Can Transform Ya” singer a pat on the pack for his good behavior regarding the terms of his punishment for the Rihanna assault case.

Upon hearing that Chris Brown has completed 100 hours of community labor and has gone through 7 sessions of domestic violence counseling, Judge Patricia Schnegg said, “Excellent. It’s an extremely favorable progress report.”

In addition, Chris has paid off all of his court bills and has even given a sample of his DNA. He’s ordered back for another status report in February 2010.

Chris Brown’s fan appreciation tour stopped in Hollywood Wednesday (Nov 18) at the Avalon. The 20-year-old R&B/pop singer/songwriter brought along rapper Tyga and hip-hop group The New Boyz to open for him. At the end of Chris Brown’s set, he told the crowd that a portion of the concert’s proceeds went to Best Buddies, a charity for people with developmental disabilities. The 2009 BET Hip Hop Awards went down in Atlanta, GA Saturday (Oct 10). We hear Jay-Z and Young Jeezy opened the show in a big way with a surprise performance! Other tidbits from the show include the late DJ AM being the recipient of the “DJ of the Year” award, Kid & Play popping up during New Boyz‘ performance and Gucci Mane performing like 3 or 4 times. The show also featured performances from Soulja Boy, Ludacris, Jim Jones, Snoop Dogg and more.

The show, hosted by comedian Mike Epps, airs on BET on Tuesday, October 27th at 8/7c and we hear it was actually the best out of the few that have gone on over the past few years.
