With only 3 days left until President-Elect Barack Obama is sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, Young Jeezy and Nas have officially released their brand new video for Jeezy’s latest single, “My President (is Black)!” The music video, directed by Young Jeezy and Gabriel Hart, was filmed late last year in Atlanta.

Rappers Young Jeezy and Nas were recently spotted on the set of their brand new music video for “My President is Black.” The video, directed by Gabriel Heart, was shot in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago. The homie Xilla was on the set in front of Martin Luther King’s Ebenezer Baptist Church. The official music video should hit GOT this month, and we can’t wait!

Recently Nas & Kelis were caught in Brazil pulling a Kanye on the Brazilian paparazzi, who bombarded the superstar couple with flashing lights. Looks like Kelis didn’t like the man placing the microphone so close to her face.

Def Jam’s leading superstar from the south, Ludacris has pushed back his sixth effort, “Theater of the Mind,” to November 25, 2008. The album is coming together rather nicely and a new song just leaked titled, “I Do It For Hip-Hop.” The song features Nas, and Jay-Z. It’s the ultimate track all three coming swinging hard on this track with great punches, clever witt, and amazing swagger. The track touches on numerous of personal attachments to Hip-Hop for this Def Jam trio. We hope you all enjoy the track as much as we did.

LL Cool J and Nas cover 2/4 of the upcoming special 20th anniversary issue of Source Magazine. Source has not released the photos or names of who will be covering the other two issues, but all four cover photos were shot by guest photographer Spike Lee. Who would y’all like to see cover the other two issues?

Nas, who currently has the #1 album in the country with over 180,000 units sold, is protesting Fox News’s coverage of presidential hopeful Barack Obama. The rapper says that while he supports Obama and his vision, he hasn’t officially endorse the candidate and claims no political party has approached him for further support. But that hasn’t stopped him from becoming a member of the activist groups MoveOn.org and ColorofChange.org in an effort to deliver more than 600,000 petitions to the network’s New York City headquarters earlier today.

Rapper Nas and his wifey, singer Kelis, were spotted by the paps as they left Villa nightclub Thursday night in Los Angeles. Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and Kevin Garnett of the Boton Celtics were spotted leaving the club as well. Not sure what’s going on with Kelis, but aside from that glum look on her face, she looks okay from the eyebrows down to her shins. Now below the shins, and above her eyebrows … not sure what’s going on in those departments. I don’t think she knows either. Maybe that’s why she’s sad. At least she took the time to sign an autograph for a fan … how nice!

Rapper Nas and fashion designer Kimora Lee dropped by MTV studios to record an episode of TRL this past Tuesday. Nas has a new album out, which is in stores now, and Kimora Lee just recently launched a fashion line for kids/juniors.
