Hannah Montana has left the building!

In yet another effort to separate herself from her former Disney alter ago, actress/singer Miley Cyrus made some very ‘interesting’ comments about sex, which she believes is a “beautiful” and “magical” thing.

During an hour-long interview on Lifetime’s “The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet,” the 19-year-old stressed how important sex is to the existence of the human race, and said that parents and teens should be open with each other about the usually taboo subject.

“The girls that really base how much they’re worth on the sexual favors they can do for somebody, that makes me really sad … Because sex is actually really beautiful. It’s the only way we create, and it’s the only way the world keeps going.

“It’s ignorant to not talk to your kids about it or make it seem like it’s not as cool or magical as it actually is. If kids have a TV, they know what sex is. Everyone knows, so educate them.

“Let them know that they wouldn’t be here without it, and it is a beautiful thing, and it is magic, and it is when you connect with somebody and it isn’t how much your worth. Your worth isn’t based on that. Your worth is based on how you feel about yourself.”

After explaining how awesome sex is, Miley “I Can’t Be Tamed” Cyrus — who is dating 22-year-old “Battleship” actor Liam Hemsworth — then gave advice to young girls on how to build up their self-esteem:

“Just be who you are, and that is where your style will come from, and your attitude, and your spirituality, and your sexuality. Because it’s coming from a place of love.”

The stars were out Sunday night (May 20) as they all gathered in Las Vegas to attend the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.

Miley Cyrus was rushed to the emergency room on Monday night after the former Disney star cut herself.

But fortunately, the “Party in the U.S.A.” singer wasn’t self harming; she actually wounded herself (accidentally, of course) with a kitchen knife while cooking dinner at her San Fernando home in Toluca Lake, near Los Angeles.

Luckily, Miley’s mother, grandmother, and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were there, and rushed her to the E.R., where she had stitches put in her finger.

As Miley emerged from the hospital, photogs were on hand to take snapshots of the star.

And the cut must have been pretty deep too, as blood could be seen seeping through her thick bandages. (Ouch!)

After Miley Cyrus was spotted on the red carpet of various events with her on-and-off boyfriend Liam Hemsworth with what looked like an engagement ring on her ring finger, many began to speculate that Cyrus and Hemsworth were engaged.

Cyrus has also been snapped with the ring on several times during the last few days, and she was also wearing the ring at Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night XIII event in Phoenix, Arizona.

But it’s not an engagement ring, according to sources close to the former Disney star, who also took to Twitter to personally clear the rumors up. She tweeted:

“I’m not engaged…I’ve worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to (talk) about! It’s a topaz people!”

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth dating on-and-off since 2009, when they were first spotted sharing a kiss on the set of their movie “The Last Song.”

Nine days before Demi Moore’s emergency Whip-It incident, the actress was spotted partying at Miley Cyrus‘ boyfriend’s birthday bash in L.A. (Yeah, the one with the penis cake!)

Sources at Club Icon say Demi spent most of the night drinking Red Bull and hanging out with her daughter Rumer Willis and friends in the V.I.P. section.

TMZ reports:

A few days later, Demi was seen clubbing with Rumer around Hollywood … and on January 23rd, she was hospitalized after inhaling nitrous oxide in the form of whip-its, a drug that’s super popular with high school kids.

People familiar with the situation tell us … it’s not hard to connect the dots. The woman who became famous for what people thought was eternal youth became a believer in the illusion, and it manifested itself in various ways — partying with her daughter and her 20-something friends, obsessing over her body image, and finally using drugs that appeal to people more than half her age.

Miley “Can’t Be Tamed” Cyrus surprised her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth with a HUGE penis cake at his birthday party at Club Icon in L.A. last Saturday (Jan 21), and of course TMZ has obtained a series of (unsurprising) photos showing the former Disney star posing provocatively with the erotic birthday treat.

And just in case you were wondering … some party goers snitched to TMZ that Miley was “drinking alcohol and partying all night,” despite the fact that she’s only 19 years old, 2 years under the legal drinking age.

Bad news, fellas. Disney actress Brenda Song is officially off the market, because Miley Cyrus‘ big brother Trace has knocked her up! This will be the couple’s first child together.

Things are moving quickly for young lovebirds Brenda Song and Trace Cyrus.

The couple is expecting their first child, according to Celebuzz.com. A second source has also confirmed the report to E! News.

The heavily tattooed Cyrus, 22, is a fashion designer and musician, but is probably best known for being the older brother of Miley Cyrus.

He’s had a string of famous girlfriends, including “Sonny With a Chance” star Demi Lovato, from whom he split with in 2009.

“Demi is one of my good friends, and I definitely became very, very close with her in the past few months and it’s something I really wanted to make work,” Cyrus said at the time. “But unfortunately, we both have very busy schedules — we’re both on tour right now.”

Song, a 23-year-old actress who has appeared in “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” and “The Social Network,” has a famous ex herself: She allegedly used to date Joe Jonas.

Cyrus and Song first stepped out together in May at a party for Nylon magazine, but are rumored to have been dating for months before that.

Willow Smith recently popped up on People Magazine’s Richest Teens List (even though she technically isn’t even a teenager yet) alongside her older brother Jaden. And between the both of them, the pair of Smith kids raked in nearly $10 million last year!

According to the list, Willow, who is only 10 years old, earned $4 million off her hit single “Whip My Hair,” while big brother Jaden, at barely 13 years old, pulled in $5 million for his lead role in the movie “The Karate Kid.”

Other teen stars who appear on the list include 18-year-old Miley Cyrus, who made over $40 million with concerts, DVDs and TV, actor Angus T. Jones, 17, from “Two and a Half Men,” who made over $6 million last year off of “Men” alone, and “Twilight” actor Taylor Lautner, who is 19 and is said to have pulled in somewhere around $16 million for his starring role in the Vampire movie franchise.

It’s no surprise that Justin Bieber is at the top of the list with over $50 million put in the bank over the past year. Also noteworthy is the fact that Bieber’s girlfriend, Disney actress Selena Gomez, brought in $5 million, making the pair the richest teen couple in Hollywood.

So combined, it looks like a small chunk of young Hollywood made over $100 million last year. WOW!

Cyrus posted a picture of the equal sign tattoo she recently got inked on her ring finger — a pro-gay rights sign — and along with it tweeted the message “All LOVE is equal.”

But like last year, she got mixed reviews from some fans regarding her support of gay rights. In response, the singer tweeted:

“Where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn’t. GOD is the only judge honey. GOD is love.”

Dedicated Cyrus fans then began to attack the fan that questioned their idol. Believing in the freedom of speech the singer defended the fan, saying, “Dude everyone lay off … Love u! Everyone is entitled 2 opinions! If u don’t stand 4 something you’ll fall for anything.”

As Miley Cyrus was performing her encore song “The Climb” at the end of a recent concert in Melbourne … a young fan rushed the stage, came up from behind and threw her arm around the singer. That’s when Miley’s on-stage security came to her rescue, pulling the fan away before grabbing Miley and rushing her backstage.

Pop sensation Miley Cyrus has the ultimate love-hate relationship with Twitter.

The former Disney starlet had a huge presence on the social networking giant back in 2009 before she quit in October of that year and made a rap video about leaving. Then, just a few months ago she returned, wrangling in over a million followers in the process, only to announce that she is now putting the brakes on her social domination once again!

The starlet tweeted about her decision to cool it on the social networking:

Miley Cyrus doesn’t want to “Party in the U.S.A.” anymore…

Instead of keeping things on her home soil, Miley is headed to South America and Australia for her forthcoming Gypsy Heart Tour which is set to kick off on April 27th. Turns out, she isn’t feeling the love from America.

“I just think right now America has gotten to a place where I don’t know if they want me to tour or not,” she told Fox News. “Right now I just want to go to the places where I am getting the most love and Australia and South America have done that for me.”

But Miley is doing more than just touring abroad, she’s also withholding her music from her American fans. She released her cover, ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn’ in Australia and currently has no plans to bring it home.

Ouch! Where’s the love for your home country Miley?

The speculation about who Miley Cyrus is dating can now stop, and the rumors can be laid to rest, as the cat is out of the bag with regards to who she’s getting fresh and flirty with lately.

In other words … the Hannah Montana star is back with her ex boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. A source close to Cyrus disclosed:

“Miley is so thrilled at her parents reconciling, and it made her stop and think, and realize that Liam is someone special in her life. Their feelings for each other never stopped, and now that their schedules are better suited for each other, they have been able to work it out. Plus her parents trust Liam.”

The source goes on to say that the pair linked up shortly after Miley’s parents, Billy Ray & Tish Cyrus, called off their divorce.

“They started talking more at the same time Miley’s parents were mending things. They started getting back together around Valentine’s Day and are now back on as boyfriend and girlfriend.”

During an interview on the red carpet at the Kids Choice Awards in L.A. recently, Miley Cyrus cleared some hater-ish comments she recently made about 13-year-old YouTube sensation Rebecca Black.

“I am a fan of Rebecca Black. I love Rebecca Black. I just got misquoted. I think she’s great. I actually have this really embarrassing video that my sister has on her phone,” she says, “and I’m just waiting till the day that she puts it on YouTube. It’s me driving, singing Rebecca Black and my hands are not always on the wheel while I’m singing the song. Not so good.”

It’s good to see young starlets being supportive of each other, though we have a feeling Miley meant what she said the first time again … she just didn’t mean to say it out loud.

After a year-and-a-half of self imposed exile from social networking site Twitter, the teen star Miley Cyrus officially rejoined the site on Monday (Apr 4).

Cyrus took over the official feed for her upcoming Gypsy Heart Tour and posted this message:

‘Do not fear…the Sheenius is here!’ I’m not gonna lie. I came back to twitter for 2 reasons. My fans and to follow @charliesheen #winning.”

Cyrus had 1.1 million Twitter followers when she abruptly quit the social networking site in October 2009, saying “I want my private life private.”

Although Cyrus tweeted that she doesn’t plan to resurrect her old @mileycyrus account “any time soon,” she’s using the @gypsyhearttour account as a personal account, posting a photo of her dog Lila, and tweeting about eating dinner with her family.

“Can’t Be Tamed” singer Miley Cyrus may be hooking up again with her “ex-boyfriend” Liam Hemsworth. Rumors are rife that the young couple, who starred alongside each other in the movie “Last Song,” are trying to keep things on the down low, and are taking it slow this time around.

According to E! News, a source reveals Liam will be joining Miley on a trip to his homeland of Australia this June during a stop on her “Gypsy Heart” Tour.

“They’ve been hanging out a lot,” a friend of Liam’s says. “They’ve been trying to do it away from the cameras.”

Miley also hinted that she and Liam were back together when she chatted with Sydney’s 2Day radio station Thursday (Mar 31), saying, “I love Australian boys obviously.” However, E! Online’s sources say the pair are simply “taking it slow and just enjoying each other’s company.”

Miley Cyrus isn’t the biggest fan of Rebecca Black…

In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, the former Disney star expressed her disappointment in the YouTube sensation’s overnight success.

“It should be harder to be an artist. You shouldn’t just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour.”

But that’s not the only jab Miley took at Black. She also doesn’t agree with artists who lip-sync and plans on performing a few acoustic songs during her tour just to show that she’s not one of “them.” (For those who are lost….check out Rebecca’s performance on “Jay Leno” and you know will know exactly what we’re talking about)

“I would rather someone say I sang like crap, than have people see me lip-sync. There’ll be acoustic things, songs I’ve never done on tour before.”

We guess there won’t be any Miley Cyrus/Rebecca Black collaborations anytime soon! Oh well…

Miley Cyrus must have some special mojo because she sure does have some crazy stalkers. Police have already had to arrest a stalker in his early 50′s who claimed he was engaged to the pop star, and now they’ve arrested a 26 year-old Miley stalker for trespassing.

Musa Danasabe Ibrahim was arrested at 4:15 a.m. local time in Cyrus’ neighbor’s yard on Thursday March 24th according to the L.A.P.D. In an attempt to see Cyrus, whom he claimed to have a date with, according to a witness, he jumped over the wrong fence.

“When we arrived on scene, we found him in her neighbor’s yard,” the police source said. “He was arrested for trespassing.” (Source)

Ibrahim is currently behind bars on $15,000 bail.

Earlier this year Billy Ray Cyrus made the controversial statement that Hannah Monatana ruined his family. Since then, the Cyrus family has reconciled, but during a recent appearance on “ABC’s Good Morning America,” Cyrus recanted his previous statements and admitted that he thinks he could of been a better father to his 18-year-old daughter Miley Cyrus.

“I did kind of approach being a dad as a friend,” he said. “I was a great playmate. I mean, for teaching [my children] how to camp and build fires and ride motorcycles and four-wheelers, and horses, and all those fun kind of things. I was really good at that.”

But, he concedes, “As far as sitting down and doing algebra and science, the homework, I wasn’t very good at that. So I look back on it and think, ‘You know what? Maybe, no doubt, I could have been a better dad.’ ”

Moving ahead, “I still want to be Miley’s friend,” said Cyrus, who sees himself as “that person she comes to talk to.” When it comes to Miley, he declared, he loves her “more than life itself.” (Source)

Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus have called off their divorce, and now Tish says her family is “stronger than ever!” Miley Cyrus‘ mom recently took to her Facebook page and thanked the family’s fans for all of their support.

“Big Thanks to all of our family, friends, and fans who have kept us in their thoughts and prayers,” Tish wrote. ” I feel so blessed to have so much support from all of you. Our family weathered a huge storm and I feel we are stronger than we have ever been!” she added. “Much love to all of you guys! Your the BEST.”

The Cyrus family has had one hell of a year, between the divorce, Miley’s antics in the media, and the fall-out Miley had with dad Billy Ray after that GQ interview. So it’s good to hear things are getting better with them.

Good news for the Cyrus family.

Billy Ray Cyrus has dropped  the divorce proceedings against his wife of 17 years, Tish, and now the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer says he’s working on putting his family back together. Billy Ray’s lawyer filed a “voluntarily dismissal and non-suit” on March 11th to end the divorce proceedings, which were originally filed in October.

Billy Ray has also filmed an episode of “The View,” which will air  later today (March 18), where he explains that he wants his family back.

“I’ve dropped the divorce,” Billy Ray said. “I want to put my family back together — Things are the best they’ve ever been.”

When asked how his relationship is now with his superstar daughter, Cyrus says:

“The best it’s ever been. I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened. Our communication, we have laughed a lot in the last couple of days” (Source)

Want to really tick Miley Cyrus off? Just start messing with her mom like one unfortunate paparazzi recently had the misfortune of doing while the two were out in West Hollywood.

Yesterday (Wed. Mar 9), The former “Hannah Montana” star went for a lunch with her mother Tish Cyrus at California Chicken Cafe in West Hollywood. As they were leaving the restaurant, one overzealous photographer accidentally bumped into Tish, and that’s when 18-year-old Miley had had enough.

The former Disney star pushed the photog’s camera lens out of the way, and confronted the cameraman for getting too invasive. In the video footage from the, incident which is currently making its rounds around the net, you can hear a clearly pissed Miley tell the photog:

“You just hit my mom with your camera,” she told the man, pointing her finger at him. “Don’t you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don’t you ever even think about it, for real.”

The photog denied the accusation and responded by saying: “I would never disrespect your mom like that.”

These days Lindsay Lohan has become quite the unhappy camper. Not only does the troubled starlet  have to deal with constant public ridicule from strangers and the media, but now she has to deal with it from people she calls friends as well.

Well, at least that’s how she sees it.

According to TMZ, Lilo has fired off a letter to “Saturday Night Live“ executive producer Lorne Michaels explaining how disappointed she was with him for allowing Miley Cyrus to take shots at her on this past weekend’s episode of the hit sketch comedy show.

Allegedly, prior to the show’s airing, Lindsay had considered Lorne a mentor and father figure, and felt rather betrayed that he would let Miley mock her on national TV, so she sent an email to let him know that she was upset. No word yet on whether Lohan ever received an email back.

For those of you who didn’t get a chance to see the show, Miley finished her opening monologue with a musical number which included the lyric:

“I never stole a necklace or got a DUI .. never cheated on wife like that golfer guy … so what if you can see a little boob from the side … I’m sorry if I’m not perfect.”

Miley Cyrus ain’t playing no games when it comes to keeping daddy Billy Ray‘s mouth shut!

Just last week we reported that Miley was “furious” with her father over what he said in a recent interview with GQ Magazine, and more recently, the 18-year-old actress/singer has reportedly forced Billy Ray cancel an upcoming appearance on “The View.”

“When Miley found out her father was scheduled to appear on ‘The View’ on Wednesday she went nuts,” a family friend tells Pop Eater. “Only last week, Billy shot his mouth off in GQ, and now he planned to sit down with [Barbara and Whoopi] and talk more crap about his family. No way would Miley or her team let that happen.”

In the GQ interview, Billy candidly opened up about his deep concern for his daughter Miley Cyrus and how Hannah Montana “destroyed” his family. And now Miley is pissed. REAL PISSED.

“At first Miley defended her dad, wanting to believe he had been tricked into saying bad things by the magazine,” an insider with knowledge of situation tells Pop Eater. “Miley truly wanted to give her father the benefit of the doubt, goodness knows she’s said things she wishes she could take back. But after she found out about his media trip to New York, no more excuses could be made.”

Billy Ray’s reps confirmed that his trip to NYC has been canceled for now.

Michael Lohan is empathizing with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Hot on the heels of Billy Ray’s revealing GQ Magazine interview, in which the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer says that “Hannah Montana” was the worst thing that could have happened to his daughter Miley Cyrus, Michael Lohan (actress Lindsay Lohan‘s infamous father) wants to give some advice of his own.

In an open letter sent to Radar Online, Michael reaches out to Billy Ray personally, offering some “words of encouragement” in a way that only he can.

Oh My God! Am I seeing and reliving almost the same exact situations, scrutiny, pain and willingness to sacrifice yourself, for the sake of your family? As hard and frustrating as it is, believe me when I say, it’s a road worth traveled. Even if it may have its bumps and grinds along the way.

As I was raised, there is nothing like the love a man has for his family nor is there any length he will go to save or protect them. The hardest part is, experiencing the pain that comes from the resistance of the very one(s) you are trying to save. The one(s) you love so much, and are willing to die for, are too blinded by the “bright light” and people who use our loved one(s) while everyone thinks you are supposed to sit back and pretend it goes unseen.

As I don’t see you as any one of the three monkeys with their hands over their ears, eyes and mouth. I, nor you, are the type of men who will sit back and do or say nothing at the risk of being persecuted. When I look at what you are going through, I am forced to see myself. Two men who know what divorce and alienation, have done to our families.

Why I ask, if it so hard for our wives, children and even the public, to see that all we are trying to do, is to be there for our family and try to make things right? Isn’t it clear that the answer is so easy but the people who don’t matter, make it so hard? While all we want is our family and normal lives back, others forsake that for so much more.

Why is it that people don’t put themselves in or shoes? And say to themselves, “How would I feel if that was happening to me?” The sad part is, they don’t and they probably never will. But that doesn’t mean that men like you and I should ever give up. While we can’t change the world, our example just might touch a few, and maybe even the one(s) we seek to save.

To that end, I want to say, that I know what you are going through, I feel your pain and frustration, and I also admire your strength, dedication and love, for your family in the name of God.

Miley Cyrus is pissed off with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus!

The actress/singer is mad at her pops for bashing her and “Hannah Montana” (the show that made them mega-rich) in a recent interview with GQ Magazine where BR Cyrus said that he was “scared” for his daughter’s well being.

Now, according to our buddies over at Pop Eater, Miley has made it known that she wants her daddy to hush up and stop running his mouth about their family issues like another infamous stage dad … Michael Lohan!

“To say Miley is angry is an understatement,” a friend of the Disney star tells me. “She’s furious that her own flesh and blood would make a private matter so public. Who does he think he is, Michael Lohan?”

In GQ, Billy Ray said, “The damn show ['Hannah Montana'] destroyed my family” and he would “erase it all in a second if I could.” He also dipped into personal matters by claiming, “She’s got a lot of people around her that’s putting her in a great deal of danger. I know she’s 18, but I still feel like as her daddy I’d like to try to help. Take care of her just a little bit, to at least get her out of danger.”

While Miley hasn’t commented publicly about the article, friends tell me the actress-singer is mystified, saying it’s “unforgivable” that Billy Ray would randomly start biting the hand that fed him, as well as gab about his kid’s personal life. “This isn’t what a father does,” my source says. “He never said a bad world about ‘Hannah Montana’ all those years it made millions for the family, and now that Miley has turned 18 and is making her own decisions, he does this. Unforgivable.”

There have also been rumblings that Miley and Billy Ray haven’t actually spoken since December, before his interview for the GQ article. “Miley has told him that if he wants to talk with her he has her number,” the friend reveals. “It’s been the same number she always has had.”

In a recent interview with GQ magazine, the country singer opens up about his deep concern for his daughter Miley Cyrus and how “Hannah Montana” ruined their family’s life.

On being scared for Miley:

“I’m scared for [Miley]. She’s got a lot of people around her that’s putting her in a great deal of danger. I know she’s 18, but I still feel like as her daddy I’d like to try to help. At least get her out of danger. I want to get her sheltered from the storm. Stop the insanity just for a minute.”

On the salvia-bong scandal:

“It was wrong. It was for 21 years old and up… I said, ‘This whole thing’s falling apart up there and they just want to blame all of this stuff on you again.’ I’m staying out of it.”

On Miley turning out like other Hollywood tragedies:

“I’m concerned about Miley. I think that [Cobain's] world was just spinning so fast and he had so many people around him that didn’t help him. Like Anna Nicole Smith–you could see that train wreck coming…Michael Jackson—I was trying to reach out to Michael Jackson.”

On being a friend to his daughter:

“I should have said, ‘Enough is enough–it’s getting dangerous and somebody’s going to get hurt.’ I should have, but I didn’t… Honestly, I didn’t know the ball was out of bounds until it was way up in the stands somewhere.”

On Hannah Montana destroying his family:

“destroyed my family…the damn show destroyed my family…It’s all sad. I hate to say it, but yes, I do. Yeah. I’d take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just everybody be okay, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I’d erase it all in a second if I could.”

Aww, how sad. Makes you wanna shed a tear … or two!

Miley Cyrus is the next celebrity to host “Saturday Night Live“!

According to PEOPLE, the former “Hannah Montana” star will also be showing off her comedic chops on the show…..while a separate musical guest is set to perform.

This will be Miley’s first time ever being on SNL, and she will be making her guest appearance on the show March 5th.

This should be good….especially if they pull out Vanessa Bayer and the “Miley Cyrus Show” sketch.

The stars shined bright at the premiere of Justin Bieber‘s 3D documentary “Never Say Never” Tuesday night (Feb. 8) in Los Angeles. Chris Brown, Usher (who brought his two sons), Toni Braxton, The Smith Family (Will, Jada, Jaden & Willow), Will.i.am, Miley Cyrus and many more all walked the purple carpet before making their way into the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live to catch the premiere.

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber was questioned on the carpet about his rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez (who was on hand for the premiere), and also talked more about his goals in starting an acting career.

Miley Cyrus has finally spoken out about her controversial bong incident..

As we previously reported, the former “Hannah Montana” star was caught on camera smoking salvia, a legal hallucinogen on her 18th birthday. During a recent interview with Marie Claire, Miley admitted that it was a bad decision, even though most kids her age have smoked out of a bong at least once.

“But they’re not Miley Cyrus. They’re not role models. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for.”

She also revealed that during the time she was upset over family issues.

“Of course anyone is going to be upset when there are troubles in their family. But I have a lot of hope in our family and no matter what happens, we’re gonna stay strong.”

We guess something or somebody finally knocked some sense into this girl. Thank goodness!

Does Miley Cyrus have a new boo?

The former Disney star was spotted out over the weekend cuddling with her “So Undercover” co-star Josh Browman at Griffith Park in L.A. According to Radar Online, the two were even seen comparing foot sizes and playing with an adorable puppy.

Miley Cyrus still can’t be tamed….

The former Disney star has gotten inked up again for the fifth time.

She’s been voted worst role model for girls for the second year running, but Miley Cyrus has finally done something by the books, and got her first legal tattoo at the age of 18. The wild child singer already has four other inkings — which she got underage — but she has now added another one to her collection and RadarOnline.com has the photo.

Showing off her body art in a strategically ripped t-shirt, Miley flashed her newly tattooed rib cage during a day out in Hollywood, California – where it is illegal to get a tattoo under 18 without a court order. And while she was keeping up her tough girl image with a cigarette in hand, her new body art shows her softer side and is reportedly a dream catcher, penned to protect her four brothers and sisters.

Miley already has the phrase, ‘Just Breathe’ on her opposite rib cage, which was in honour of her friend who died of cystic fibrosis. She also has ‘love’ on her ear and a cross and heart on her fingers.

It’s official. After tonight, there will be no more “Hannah Montana.”

The smash hit Disney Channel television series, which first aired, back in March 2006, airs its final episode tonight, and Miley Cyrus will be saying goodbye forever to the teen aged TV character who (somewhat) made her into who she is today.

The show focuses on a girl who lives a double life as a typical teenager by day and a famous pop singer by night. In the show, Cyrus hid her real identity from the public, other than her close friends and family.

It would be this TV series that catapulted Cyrus into an international teen icon who sold millions of albums and concert tickets and millions of dollars worth of merchandise. As Hannah grew up on the screen, so did Miley off-camera, and she’s been caught in a series of scandals in the five years.

She posed topless for Vanity Fair, dated a much older boy, performed in increasingly erotic music videos, simulated kissing her female dancers on stage, and seemed to enjoy getting ‘caught on camera’ mugging with her friends in sexy poses and smoking salvia from a bong. Miley turned 18 November 23 and is now splitting her career between music and movies.

In the last episode titled “Wherever I Go,” Cyrus is called upon to make the biggest decision of her life — whether to go to college, or to accept a role in a movie. The final episode of Hannah Montana Forever (as this final season was called) airs Sunday at 7 p.m. ET on the Disney Channel.

So, uh… super duper rich celebrity Miley Cyrus can’t seem to get enough of a brown Harley Davidson t-shirt she wears way too often for a star of her status.

First, we saw her wearing it twice on a night out in New York, but we didn’t know that wasn’t the first nor the last time! Before then, she was seen wearing the same tee at LAX on November 3rd, and just five days later she wore it again in Madrid with a red coat over it.

Most recently, Miley wore the (must be) lucky t-shirt on the set of her new movie “So Undercover“ on Wednesday (Dec 15). Perhaps her oh-so-caring fans could mail her some new tees so she can put this brown Harley Davidson one to rest?

Miley Cyrus’ so called “friend” who recorded her smoking Salvia out of a bong isn’t the most liked person in the world right now…. According to TMZ, the young lady is receiving death threats out of the wood works, and things have gotten so bad that she’s gone into hiding! Details below:

The girl who filmed Miley Cyrus hitting the bong has been getting threats since TMZ posted the video — and now we’ve learned, she’s gone into hiding.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ the video was shot by one of Miley’s best buds — a girl named Anna Oliver — who has been getting threats from Miley fans via Twitter ever since the bongtroversy began.

Messages include:
– “What would you do if you met Anna Oliver? — Probably kick her teeth in”
– “Anna Oliver…..I HATE YOU”
– “We should find Anna Oliver and feed her to the lions!”
– “Dear Anna Oliver, I know you want to be a little fame whore, but you’re not good at it. We hate your guts. Love, EVERYONE.”

Anna eventually deactivated her Twitter account.

We bet she really regrets that now. Word of advice…never piss off Miley Cyrus fans!

Bill Ray Cyrus doesn’t approve of his daughter’s recent over-the-top behavior!

Cyrus took to Twitter after seeing the video of Miley smoking out of a bong that hit the web today….and said he knew nothing about it. He also admitted that things are really out of his control right now.

“Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I’m so sad. There is much beyond my control right now”

Sounds like there needs to be a family intervention…

Miley Cyrus likes to get high!!

TMZ has obtained footage of the former Disney star smoking out of a bong with friends…..and nearly laughing herself to death. The video was recorded during a party at Miley’s L.A. home 5 days after her 18th birthday.

Surprisingly, Cyrus wasn’t smoking weed though….but instead a natural herb called Salvia, which is legal in California. The plant is also widely known for having hallucinogenic effects. (Guess that’s how Miley likes her drugs!!)

Miley Cyrus took to the stage and performed “Forgiveness and Love,” a track from her third studio album Can’t Be Tamed, last night at the 2010 American Music Awards.

Miley is usually over the top when it comes to her stage performances, but the 17-year-old (who turns 18 tomorrow) kept it simple and clean for this particular one. According to recent reports, Miley was due to perform “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” with Bret Michaels. However, in light of the recent rumors that Bret broke up her parents’ marriage by having an affair with her mom, Miley played it safe and switched her song selection at the last minute.

Last night, the crew spoofed Disney’s very own Miley Cyrus and even got actress Anne Hathaway to join in on the fun. Anne took on the role of Katie Holmes during the skit…and if we must say did a very good impersonation. Peep the footage below!!

Former Disney star Miley Cyrus was snapped walking in and out of her SoHo hotel in New York City yesterday (Fri. Nov 12) while giving us a lesson in style and saving money!

At her arrival to the hotel, the former “Hannah Montana” actress rocked a laid-back look wearing a leather jacket, a brown Harley Davidson t-shirt, comfortable black pants and a pair of Ugg boots. After a night out in the city that never sleeps, Miley returned wearing the same jacket and t-shirt, but switched her comfortable pants and Uggs for some jean shorts, ripped up pantyhose and high top leather boots.

Hey, even a rich celeb like Miley Cyrus is allowed to act like a teenage girl on a low budget every now and then…right?

Miley Cyrus is currently in Madrid, Spain ahead of the MTV Europe Music Awards and was spotted partying it up a nightclub in the city with an ice cold glass of beer in her hand!

Celebrity photographers snapped a few pics of the 17-year-old former “Hannah Montana” star as she, surrounded by a group of guys, was holding what looked to be a Corona in the VIP section of a Madrid nightclub. The legal drinking age in the country is “technically” 18, however officials tell TMZ that underage drinking is allowed because it’s simply “no big deal” to them.

TMZ contacted several Spanish authorities who each confirmed the law … and then made it clear that underage drinking is simply no big deal in their country. One police officer told us … people as young as 16 are cool to consume “certain” beverages in Madrid — but the cop refused to explain what those beverages are.

But according to the International Institute for Alcohol Awareness….it IS big deal….to THEM. And even though Spanish officials say that Miley didn’t break any laws, the head of the IIAA James E. Copple is concerned about other young people following in her lead and engaging in “risky behavior associated with underage alcohol consumption.”

“The young people that see her as a role model could mimic the same behavior and as a consequence will go out and become intoxicated, putting their safety at risk,” Copple told TMZ. “85% of young people who drink, drink to get intoxicated,” he continued.

It’s not like she was throwing back shots of Jose Cuervo or something. She was drinking a BEER in a country where doing that at her age is allowed for Christ sake! And in the pics, the bottle looks like it was pretty full to us anyway so she couldn’t have been drinking THAT much (LOL).

Besides, her parents are going through a divorce. Maybe she just wanted a little somethin’ somethin’ to take her mind off of it for a few hours… (We kid, we kid!)

After 17 years of marriage, Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife Tish have called it quits!

According to People Magazine, Miley’s mom and dad filed divorce papers in Tennessee Wednesday (Oct 27) citing irreconcilable differences.

“As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers,” the two released in a statement.

And another one bites the dust… :(
