Mike Epps  cut a fool on 107.5′s “The Morning Riot” in Chicago

During his visit, Mike spoke out on his previous feud with his 18-year-old daughter Bria, claiming she is turning into Bobbi Kristina. He also cracked jokes on her mother (his baby mama before he made it big) calling her a James Brown look-a-like.

Mike Epps is clearing the air after his big blowout argument with his daughter Bria, who recently released audio of the comedian/actor of threatening to “f**k her up” and calling her a “disrespectful bitch.”

Though Epps pretty much goes all the way in on his teenage daughter in the audio recording, what many don’t know (if you just listen to the tape alone), is that Bria had apparently riled Mike Epps up and threatened to “expose” him before she started recording the conversation that we heard on tape.

TMZ recently caught up with Mike, who — with a smile on his face — says he wants to let bygones be bygones.

“It’s hard being a dad, especially the dad of a teenager,” he said. “I love my daughter, but sometimes father and daughters have disagreements. I still love her though. Love you Bria!”

Mike Epps‘ 18 year-old daughter Bria has pulled out evidence to prove the comedian/actor recently threatened to “f**ck her up.”

According to TMZ, Epps and his daughter were angry with each other after Epps told her that he wouldn’t be giving her college tuition to her personally, and would instead be paying the school directly.

Bria was further annoyed after Epps went on “The Wendy Williams Show” and didn’t include her in on a shout-out he gave to his other children.

Shortly after the news broke that the two got into a nasty argument, Bria released audio of her father calling her “the devil” and a “disrespectful bitch.”

During the recorded conversation, Bria can also be heard taunting her father with smart remarks and at one point telling him, “If you got a problem, you know my grandma’s address. Period.”

Sounds like comedian Mike Epps and his 18 year-old daughter are having some issues!

Bria Epps recently filed a police report claiming her father has been threatening and promising to “f**ck her up”  after a heated argument they had.

Bria tells TMZ, the argument started when Mike appeared on an episode of “The Wendy Williams Show” earlier this month and gave a shout out to two of his kids — but that didn’t sit well with his other offspring … who were pissed at the snub.

Bria — whom Mike fathered before he married his current wife — tells us, she called Mike to express her feelings, and when things got heated … she threatened to “air some family drama” to the media.

According to the police report, Mike flipped at the threat — claiming he’d “f**k her up” and “cause her and her mom and grandmother problems.” So, Bria filed the report.

But sources close to Mike tell us, the tension started before the WW show — because Bria asked for Mike to give her lump sums of cash to pay for her college tuition. We’re told Mike refused, insisting on paying the school directly … and that’s when Bria snapped and made the threat.

According to sources close to Mike, the Wendy Williams fight was secondary.

Every family has their problems. Hopefully these two will work it out and be able to reach a healthy medium.

And last, but most certainly not least … Golden State Warrior star Dorrell Wright personally stepped Tuesday in to save the annual free Thanksgiving meal for the homeless in his hometown of Oakland, CA, which was in danger of getting canceled this year after suffering city budget cuts.

After a “generous donation” from Wright and his D. Wright Foundation, the city of Oakland was able to feed over 2,000 people and hand out over 2,000 coats a couple of days before Thanksgiving at the Oakland Marriott City Center.

“Half of these people, the last time they had a meal like this could have been weeks or months ago,” Wright told reporters. “You never know what they’re going through. Hopefully, through the hour, two hours, however long they are here, they can just erase it all, live in the moment, enjoy this, listen to the band and get good food – get away from it and let their brain go somewhere else.

“It’s a blessing to see a smile on the people’s faces and how grateful they are and humble they are to come in here and get a meal, get a jacket and things like that. It really puts a smile on your face and really humbles you to be part of this.”

The official nominations for the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards are in … and guess who’s leading the pack of nominees?

We’ll give you a hint: The same guy who sold almost a million albums last week!

Lil Wayne landed a whopping 18 nominations in categories like “Best Live Performer,” “Lyricist of the Year,” “MVP of the Year,” “Track of the Year,” and more.

Following behind Weezy with 9 nods is Kanye West, who is also nominated in a few of the aforementioned categories Wayne is nominated in, as well as a few others, including “Video Director of the Year,” “Producer of the Year” and “CD of the Year.” Hip-Hop newcomer Wiz Khalifa was also nominated in 9 different categories.

Other rappers up for multiple trophies include Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, Jay-Z and Chris Brown, who technically isn’t considered a “rapper,” but definitely made a big splash on the Hip-Hop scene this year with his “Look at Me Now” single. R&B singer Frank Ocean (who has “rap connections” due to him being in shock rap group Odd Future) was also nominated for a few awards.

Hosted by actor/comedian Mike Epps for the third time in a row, the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards will air on BET on October 11th after the show is recorded at the Atlanta Civic Center in Atlanta on October 1st.

Back in December comedian Mike Epps stomped out a photographer at a resturant in Detroit, and it was all caught on film. Now, Mike has been served!

While Mike was performing a gig at the Verizon theater in Dallas the other night, a woman walked up to center stage and served the funnyman a subpoena in the middle of his show, which he of course worked it into his act…

Black Hollywood came out in a big way Wednesday night ( May 4) to support the release of Sony Pictures’ newest film “Jumping the Broom” at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood. The film’s stars, including actresses Paula Patton, Angela Bassett, Tasha Smith and Loretta Devine, as well as actors Romeo, Laz Alonso, Pooch Hall and Mike Epps all came out to catch the big premiere.

Other celebs, like Meagan Good, Christina Milian, Eva Marcille, Teyana Taylor and plenty more, were also spotted on the white carpet of the movie premiere. “Jumping the Broom” hits theaters tomorrow (May 6), but until then, check out the pics from the Hollywood premiere below!

Though he’s known for his funny jokes, Mike Epps knows illiteracy is no laughing matter. So the comedian and his wife Michelle are focusing improving the lives of at risk youth through a new literacy initiative called the Michael and Mechelle Epps Foundation!

The husband and wife team have launched the Michael and Mechelle Epps Foundation to help educate the millions of Americans who cannot read or write.

According to statistics, there are more than 42 million Americans who can not read, write or do simple math. The duo have teamed up at the right time to make a change.

“We decided to start the foundation because we know a lot of kids could be great adults, if they had the proper support as children,” Epps told All Hip Hop in a statement. “Last year, NBC reported that nearly 1.2 million teens hit the street every year unable to read or write.”

To help promote their foundation’s initiative, the couple linked with rapper Queen Pen to visit students in Harlem, New York and adolescents in the Institute for Inner Development at Rikers Island. The team is planning to hit up other major cities to spread the word,including Epps’ hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mike Epps is hilarious and it’s great to see him become serious about something that is very important in the world!

Mike Epps is probably somewhere ROTFL about this…..

According to TMZ, the comedian/actor is being sued for $1 million by a photographer he punched during his wife’s birthday dinner.

The details are below:

Mike Epps just got sued for $1 million for punching a photog back in November — but the victim claims the violence didn’t end there … accusing Epps’ friends of firing shots at him as he tried to escape. Cameraman Douglas Thornton filed the seven-figure lawsuit today in Michigan — claiming he was covering a public event hosted for Epps at the Key Club in Detroit. According to Thornton, Epps went ballistic and started grabbing at Thornton’s camera … at which point a fist-flying brawl erupted.

Thornton claims Epps unleashed a “brutal beating” — and after Thornton was physically removed from the club, “members of Epps’ entourage fired several shots at Thornton who ran for his life.” Thornton’s attorney tells TMZ, “Mr. Epps is lucky he is not facing a murder charge.”

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Thornton claims he was “hired to film the party that was being thrown for Mike Epps.” Calls to Epps have not been returned.

Hill, who is the President of Music Programming and Specials for BET, was roasted by stars like Nick Cannon, Mike Epps, Diddy and 106 & Park hosts Raquel Diaz and Terrence J. Others who came out to the roast included Keri Hilson, Brandy, L.A. Reid, Matthew Knowles and Trey Songz.

After the funny roast, Stephen changed into some shorts and a tee to play dunk tank. Former 106 & Park host A.J. Calloway, Mike Epps and Bruno Mars all took a shot at trying to dunk the roastee. Looks like it was a fun night for everyone!

Actor Mike Epps got into a bit of a brawl with a photographer at the Key club in Detroit last Saturday (Nov 27). According to TMZ, it all occurred after the photog harassed Epps and his wife while they were celebrating her birthday:

“It was a private celebration for my wife’s birthday. I asked the photographer numerous times not to film, but he refused to let up. I then attempted to retrieve the tape from the camera,”  Mike stated.

British pop star Leona Lewis already has a reputation for being a good girl, but now she says she’s not only a good girl … she’s a “good diva.” And she’s not going around spending unnecessary money unlike her celebrity counterparts.

“The term ‘diva’ has such a negative connotation, but I see myself as a kind of good diva. I’m a next-door diva,” she said in the latest issue of Petra magazine.

Leona says she doesn’t make crazy demands and insists that she’s very frugal, unlike most pop stars in the industry. And her biggest purchases so far have been her house and her two cost-efficient environmentally friendly whips.

“The biggest things I’ve bought are a house and my two cars. One of the cars is a Mini Cooper. But in Los Angeles I always drive a Hybrid Toyota Prius which is very environmentally friendly.”

JASON RAE, HUSBAND OF CORRINE BAILEY RAE, FOUND DEAD » I know we’re like 2 days late on reporting this, but the husband of Grammy-nominated British soul singer Corrine Bailey Rae was found dead in an apartment in the northern English city of Leeds on Saturday. Officers are awaiting results of toxicology tests to determine the cause of death. In connection with the case, a 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs, and has since been released on bail, according to officials.

29-year-old Corrine Bailey Rae and her husband met when the singer worked in as a coat room attendant at a jazz club in Leeds. They married in 2001. 31-year-old Jason Rae was a saxophonist with a funk band, the Haggis Horns. Along with having performed with his wife, Rae’s band had also previously worked with other British acts including Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson.

EMI Records, Corrine’s record label released a statement after learning of Rae’s loss.

“EMI Records would like to offer its sincere condolences to Corinne Bailey Rae and the Rae family at this tragic time. We ask that the media respects Corinne’s privacy and that of her entire family.”

PRE-TEEN HURLS ROCK A SOULJA BOY » Little kids have gone crazy now-a-days! I’m going to follow the trend and blame hip-hop. This would never happen in the R&B world. Male R&B artists are usually tasered, lol. Anyway, a 12 year-old boy was arrested in Bloomington, Illinois last Thursday night (Mar. 20th) after he threw a rock at the windshield of young rapper Soulja Boy’s tour bus. According to the Bloomington Pantagraph, the unidentified youth attacked the bus at around 7:40 P.M. near the Hampton Inn West on 906 Maple Rd. Soulja Boy had performed at the nearby U.S. Cellular Coliseum the previous night. Bloomington Police Lt. Pete Avery said that when officers asked the boy why he did it, he replied simply, “I hate Soulja Boy.” Thankfully, one of the passengers on the bus were injured during the incident.

Where is this little boy’s parents? He needs a serious “ass whoopin!” No, not an ass “whipping,” but an “ass whoopin!” It may be funny now, cause it was just a rock thrown at a window … and no one was injured. But 10 years later when the kid is a 22-year-old adult and he’s shooting people because “he hates them,” no one is gonna crack a smile. This shit right here? This shit right here needs to be dealt with like … YESTERDAY.

MIKE EPPS IN A PATERNITY BATTLE » Comedian/actor Mike Epps is refusing to take a paternity test that will decide whether or not he’s the father of a 4-month-old Georgia girl, whose mother is suing him over claims that he’s the father of the girl.

“We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test,” said the woman’s lawyer, Randy Kessler. “Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child.”

Oh, and if you didn’t already know … Mike Epps is married! And guess what? He’s been married since 2006. And guess what else? He and his wife have no children together! Now ain’t that some baby-back bull shit?! Fellas, if you’re gonna cheat … wrap that shit up. Especially when you and your wife don’t even have children of your own yet!
