Michelle Williams Alter Ego Photo Shoot by Derek Blanks

ATL photographer Derek Blanks has done it again! Here’s his latest creation: an alter ego photo shoot of singer Michelle Williams, which according to the photog himself is all about her being judged as a secular artist and a Gospel artist.

Singer Michelle Williams recently sent us a link to the remix version of her song “Sick of It,” produced by SoulShock and Karlin. This version here was remixed by Chris Dave.

She recently revealed on her Twitter that she has a remix version of every song on her underrated album Unexpected and she will be slowly releasing all of them, so fans of Michelle’s work (including us) should be a bit amped! Unexpected was a good album and it’s sad it didn’t do well. Maybe next time…

Wednesday’s (10.28) Quickies: Shyne Deported Back to Belize, Jay-Z and Alicia’s World Series Performance Postponed, Michelle Williams in Minor Car Accident and More!

According to reports, Shyne was deported to his home country of Belize today after serving almost nine years in jail in connection with a shooting at a New York night club back in 1999. His father, who just so happens to be the Prime Minister of the country, has enlisted Harvard Law Professor and Obama insider Charles Ogletree to get NY Gov. David Patterson to pardon Shyne so that he can return to the U.S.

According to a press release from Major League Baseball, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys‘ performance has been rescheduled to take place in tomorrow’s (Thurs. Oct 29) pre-game ceremonies, which will air on FOX at 7:30 PM ET. Tonight’s inclement weather was the cause for the postponing of the performance. Officials say the staging for the show could “adversely impact the field if it is wet, creating damaged and unsafe playing conditions.”

Former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams has updated her Twitter to announce that she will start recording her fourth solo album soon!

Starting new albummmm soon! Going for my last sound from UNEXPECTED but of course doper!!! That’s all I know and am abl 2 share!

Signed under Columbia, Michelle released her third solo album Unexpected last year only to have it flop on the US charts. The lead single “We Break the Dawn” reached #1 on the Hot Dance Airplay charts.
