T.I. & LUDACRIS PERFORMING TOGETHER AT THE 2008 BET HIP-HOP AWARDS

AIRDATE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23RD 2008 ON BET @ 8 PM EST. Hold up! Is that T.I. and Ludacris performing? Together? On stage? In front of people? Apparently the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards were full of surprises: from T-Pain replacing Katt Williams as the host at the last minute, all the way down to T.I. and Ludacris sharing the same stage. And from the looks of it, the show looked to be pretty good. Be sure to catch it when it airs on BET this Thursday - October 23rd - at 8 PM.

WEST HOLLYWOOD // SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12TH 2008 » Rappers Ludacris & Eve, and singer/actor Tyrese all hit up “Hollywood Life’s 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards” after party, which was hosted by Nikon at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA. Luda’s eyes are looking a littly chinky there! Tichina Arnold, of Martin fame, and VH1 reality star Tila Tequila also attended the party.

Here’s the video premiere of Ludacris‘ latest music video featuring Chris Brown & Sean Garrett for the single, “What Them Girls Like.” Be on the look-out for the Atlanta rapper’s 6th studio album when it hits stores this November! The working title for the album is “Theater of the Mind.”

The 2008 Video Music Awards aired Sunday night and yours truly is here to bring you the 411 on all of the hottest (and not so hot) styles worn at the show! There were many hot styles worn to the show, but first and foremost, I gotta show some love to the men, because if you take out the select few that I will talk about later on in the post, just about every guy was dressed to impress! Some of the best dressed male celebs of the night were Ludacris, Ne-Yo, LL Cool J, T.I, John Legend, and Chris Brown. Ludacris looked like Mr. Urban High Fashion wearing Gucci from head to toe (tie included), Ne-Yo also looked good rocking Gucci from head to toe, LL Cool J lost the bedazzled tee’s and kept it simple yet classy in Gucci, John Legend really gave an edge to the classic white button up, black tie, and pants look by adding a fly white leather jacket, and Chris Brown decided not to wear his favorite red carpet designer and opted for a Louis Vuitton Jacket, Cassett Jeans, and Dior kicks. New music from T.I.’s forthcoming project! “Wish You Would” is pretty self-explanatory. I don’t know if it’ll be a single or not, but if so, this would be T.I. and Luda’s first collaboration on a single.

Apparently this is new music from Ludacris‘ forthcoming album, Theater of the Mind (Def Jam). The song “What Them Girls Like“, which is Dark Child-produced, features Chris Brown and Sean Garrett. I like this song, I could do without Sean Garrett, though. I guess he was doing Luda a favor since he was on his single. But I hate Sean’s part, it might grow on me, but not anytime soon.
