Kimora Lee Simmons is not at all pleased with the reports that she starved herself in order to lose weight.

Kimora recently took to her blog to say that her interview with PopEater.com’s Rob Shuter was completely blown out of context. She wrote:

This story led people to believe that I shed 25 lbs by not eating, which is completely ridiculous. I am a mother of three young children, two of whom are girls and I’m trying to raise them with a healthy body image

The mommy-mogul does not want young people to buy into the story, and feel that they have to lose weight in an unhealthy way. She continued in her blog post:

It’s taken me almost a year to lose close to 25 lbs and I did it through healthy diet and exercise. So yes, I’m a bit smaller, but still curvy and 100% healthy and proud of my body and the time it has taken me to undergo this personal journey for myself. I’m not one of those “superstar moms” who lost all their baby weight in a week. So, yes, I’m upset about the innuendo because I just can’t win. In the past year there have been numerous rumors about my weight — first I was attacked for being a size 10, now I’m anorexic? I’m a real woman and I represent real women.I believe that people are beautiful at any size, color or weight.

Good for you for setting the record straight Kimora! Just make sure you mean what you say, and say what you mean the next time around…

No one embodies fabulosity better than Kimora Lee Simmons so when the recent pictures hit the net of her looking incredibly sleek and slender we all wanted to know what trick she had up her sleeves to pull it off.

When talking with Rob Shuter form PopEater.com, Simmons dished her eating secrets. She shockingly said of how she shed the pounds:

“I have shed the fat by not eating. But I don’t like to tell the kids that so they think they shouldn’t eat. No, I watch my portions, and I eat leaner proteins and vegetables and stuff like that.”

So what kind of eating regime does she follow on any given today?:

“So I woke up this morning and ordered breakfast at 4 AM. I had egg whites scrambled, spinach, turkey bacon and a glass of orange juice. The reason I had such a big breakfast is because I hadn’t eaten in two days. I’ve had fruit, I’ve had a smoothie, I’ve had a protein bar, but it’s not like I’ve had Doritos.”

Kimora went on to reveal to Shuter what happened on a night out when she relocated to LA:

“I was out one night with two famous sisters” — Kimora asked that I not reveal the identity of the young reality stars — “when a bunch of burgers were being passed around. I went to grab one and the two of them looked shocked. They said, ‘We don’t eat.’ Then after I grabbed a burger, they said they were joking but I knew they weren’t!”

Sounds like moving to L.A. has taken its toll on out Kimmy!

The fashionista recently sat down with SOHH for a quick interview where she let them in on the details surrounding her girl crush on Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj.

“I think she’s a great girl and really beautiful,” Kimora told SOHH. “And I think Nicki Minaj is really sexy. I also think it’s amazing what she’s doing for music and fashion right now. I really see her as an amazing girl and I love everything that she’s doing with the fashion in particular. I love what she’s doing with the fashion because I like for people to be individuals and have their own take on things. So I kind of embrace individuality and that’s what I love the most about her.”

My husband told me I have to stop talking about his penis, but I’m so obsessed with it because I always wanted a boy.

He’s always running around saying, “Boobies.” He’s so rambunctious, and he’ll jump over everything. When I’m changing his diaper I’m always calling my husband in and saying, “Look, look at it now.” He’s like, “Honey put the diaper on, it’s normal.” And I’m like, “Is it normal that it should be so firm when I’m changing the diaper,” and he’s like, “Yes, leave the kid alone.”

It’s weird, boys from girls. They don’t want to play with dolls. With girls they can sit quietly in a corner and play with dolls or books, and he wants to throw the book or jump off the bed with the doll’s head. I realize he has no fear of dying. He wants to jump off everything.

Over 83 million people tuned in last Friday night (Jan 22) to catch the Hope for Haiti Now telethon, which aired live and commercial-free on several major networks and was also streamed real-time online. The effort was spearheaded by MTV Networks, actor George Clooney and rapper/singer Wyclef Jean (who is from Haiti himself) in an effort to raise awareness and relief for the troubled country of Haiti, who suffered a massive earthquake earlier this month. According to recent numbers, over $61 million in pledges were made by members of the general public. Organizers will continue to take contributions for the next six months.

In the issue, the couple, who tied the knot last Spring at a commitment ceremony in Africa, discuss how they met and how they make their non-traditional marriage work. DJIMON ON THE NIGHT THEY MET: “She turned around and said, ‘Hi, my name is Kimora Lee,’ and I said ‘Right, you don’t need to introduce yourself. I am quite aware of who you are.’…We were having a deep conversation about our families, about kids, about this and that…And then the eyes meet….and I realized, there’s so much more to her. I never thought she would be as grounded as she seemed that night…As I was giving her my number, I said, ‘Well, I hope you would enjoy the number for something other than your fashion shows or get-togethers or parties…First thing in the morning, I sent her a text. I wanted to catch her because she was to leave and go back to New York. I wanted to get, as we say, a good conversation in before she took off. I sent a text and said, ‘Hey, if you are up for dinner…’ And that’s how we started it. I said to her, ‘You’re one very successful woman. You have it great. You have two kids. You are married to one of the most iconic men in the world (Kimora and Russell were separated before she and Djimon met). What else could you need? Or want?’ I was much more skeptical of where she was coming from than I was about what I had to offer. I realized that she was looking for a great foundation as far as relationships are concerned and that really hit me. No woman has ever made me feel the way she makes me feel. She makes me dream big.”

KIMORA ON DJIMON: “He’s just different. I can’t explain it. If you meet Djimon, to know his personality and his sentiment. (she sighs) I don’t know. He’s just different spiritually. I just never would have thought a life could be possible like this. Me and Djimon can be in a room full of people or we can be in a room alone and we maintain a connection. I feel like he’s my long-lost friend. Something about him is really nourishing for my soul and makes me very happy. I don’t feel like I’m keeping up with any Joneses. I don’t feel like my hair or my clothes have to be a certain way. I don’t feel like I need anything. I feel like I’m more than a complete person, Djimon really completes me. I feel like my life has fallen into the right place in a great way. I’ve been very slow and deliberate, and I feel like it has paid off for me in ways that I could not have imagined.”

KIMORA ON HER & RUSSELL’S BREAK-UP: “Russell and I had a great relationship….but I think coping with or adjusting to my life, which was becoming very big and very busy was tough for him. When you get older, when you get wiser, when you get busier, when you start to create a career for yourself, a life for yourself, I think that certain issues or topics or indiscretions or whatever you want to call them are not going to be OK as when you were a teenager in love. Nothing’s the same when you hit that mid-20s, late-20s stage. And when you’re in your 30s, you kind of know what you want for yourself. I felt like I owed it to myself and to my children to obtain the best life possible. People may have thought the break-up was because my personality is so much bigger than life. I’m loud. I’m over the top, whatever. I’m a family girl with children, and that’s really the goal and the life I want for myself. I have everything a girl could ever want. I have everything that you could buy. I have every diamond in ever color. That’s not important to me now. I have it all and I could do fine without it. And that’s what’s important to know. I cannot say that Russell wants something different, but I want different in a partner. I expect different in a partner. I expect an equal playing field when it comes to matters of family and raising children.”

Rapper Wale visited Fuse Studios in New York City Tuesday (Nov 10) to appear on Fuse TV’s “Hip Hop Shop” to promote his new album Attention Deficit, which dropped that day. In a series of tweets following his debut album’s launch, the D.C. born emcee said that each song on his album tells a story:

“On the train, bumpin’ my album,” he wrote. “I feel like telling y’all facts about Attention Deficit. Why not? There’s a story behind every song. On ‘Mama Told Me,’ I had something stuck in my teeth. At the beginning you can hear me making this weird noise tryin’ to get it out.” (Warning: Once you know that fact, that’s the only think you can hear.)

A few minutes later, he added that producer Mark Ronson actually encouraged Wale to tone down the lyrics of “90210,” where he skewers Paris Hilton (among others). “I admit i was too mean on that,” he wrote. Finally, he said that the album’s best track almost fell by the wayside. “‘Contemplate’ almost didn’t make the album. Jay-Z was a writer on the song sampled and we couldn’t reach him until the last minute.”

Fashion designer Kimora Lee and her actor/model fiancee Djimon Honsou welcomed a baby boy into the world Saturday (May 30) at a hospital in Los Angeles. She announced her first son’s birth via her Twitter page, saying “It’s a boy! Thanks to everyone out there for all your well wishes!” She and Djimon decided to name the baby, whom they call their “little prince,” Kenzo.

Little Kenzo is Kimora’s third child and joins his big sisters Ming Lee (age 9) and Aoki Lee (6), whom Kimora both had with her hip-hop mogul ex husband Simmons. The two divorced in 2008 but remain friends and business partners. Kenzo Lee Honsou, named after famous Japanese fashion designer Kenzo Takada, is 45-year-old Honsou’s first child. Congrats to the couple on the new addition to their family!

Us Magazine is reporting that fashion diva Kimora Lee Simmons and actor Djimon Honsou are pregnant!

Kimora Lee Simmons and actor Djimon Hounsou are expecting their first child together, a source close to the couple tells Usmagazine.com. Simmons, 33, has two daughters, Ming Lee, 8, and Aoki Lee, 6, with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, whom she divorced in 2008 after nearly 10 years of marriage.

“I have a lot of hang-ups in life with men. I’m not very trusting,” she told Harper’s Bazaar last year. “After my breakup, I thought, ‘I don’t need anything.’”

But after meeting Hounsou in February 2007, she said, “I have someone who has the heart, the soul, and the hotness.” Added Hounsou , “My first impression has always been the same, that she’s a very beautiful lady, very capable and intelligent and smart with great family values. She’s the least high-maintenance lady I’ve ever dated.”

Asked if she wanted more kids, Simmons told Us last September, “I would love to. I practice everyday.”

Congrats to the couple. We can’t wait to see what baby Honsou’s gonna look like.

Fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons wants her ex-husband, Phat Farm CEO Russell Simmons, to pay up! To the tune of $40,000 per month, that is. In documents filed Tuesday, which were obtained by TMZ in L.A. Superior Court, KLS is demanding a whopping $20k per month in child support, per child, up until the year 2019 (for Ming Lee) and 2022 (for Aoki Lee). That’s $6 million total over the next 14 years, for all of you math wizzes out there.

I’ve always thought Kimora was money hungry, but damn … this takes the cake! She’s already rich as hell off her Baby Phat empire, and now she’s trying to cash in on being a baby mama. I’m all for child support, but when the mother is already making a more than comfortable living, the father shouldn’t be obligated to pay THAT much. $40,000 a month? That’s nuts!

“I hear the craziest things, like, ‘She has to have a champagne glass filled within a quarter inch of the lip. Jennifer Lopez is adding a masculine scent to her portfolio this September, for the very first time. Following the spring/summer release of Deseo for Women, J.lo had began advertisement for her new scent, Deseo for Men. J.lo recently said:

“I wanted to capture the intimate and personal nature of a man who is sexy, yet strong,” Lopez says. “We are always looking to create something new and exciting, and one thing that I had yet to do was a men’s fragrance.”

When asked to describe the scent of the cologne J.lo said:

It has “top notes of lemon, red berries and cedar leaf; a heart of tobacco leaves, guaicwood and orris, and a drydown of sandalwood, cedarwood, patchouli, amber and vanilla.

The collection comprises eaux de toilette in two sizes, 1.7 oz. for $45 and 3.4 oz. for $55; a 3.4-oz. aftershave balm, $40, and a 2.4-oz. deodorant, $16. The bottle is a carbon gray version of the Deseo for Women bottle. According to the designer the cologne bottle Is intended to represent how diamonds are created.

This will be J.Lo’s seventh installment to her fragrance line and the first men’s scent on the line.

Kimora Lee Simmons launched her third fragrance following Goddess and Golden Goddess; it is called Fabulosity, which is also the title of an advice book she has written. The perfume which is said to be “more explosive and passionate” than the Goddess perfumes was created by perfumer Yann Vanier of Givaudan. It has been described as fruity oriental.

When asked to describe the scent of the perfume Kimora described it as:

Juicy plum, orange blossom, tiger lily, Chinese osmanthus, coconut, honey, amber, and vanilla all in a little fabulous diamond.

The bottle is designed after over-size round-cut diamonds that Kimora Lee Simmons like to collect and use for decoration in her house.

The Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art held it’s annual gala last night to celebrate the opening of the new show “Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy” which runs from May 7 to September 1, 2008. Singers Janet Jackson, Beyonce and Mary J. Blige walked the red carpet alongside actresses like Thadie Newton and Paula Patton and all looked fabulous even though most of the dresses worn at the event last night were surprisingly low-key and safe considering the theme. Thadie Newton flew the flag for the Brits in a lacy black dress and cape from Chanel’s autumn/winter 08 collection.

Kimora Lee-Simmons looked incredible in a patchwork stained glass style bold print dress.

Beyonce chose to wear bright-colored rings with pink and green stones on each hand, instead of a wedding ring to match her pale pink strapless silk organza Armani Privé gown covered with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

Jennifer Lopez wore a one-shouldered blue Alberta Ferretti gown, with diamond encrusted neckline and cuff.

Fergie looked ready to save Gotham with slicked back hair and dramatic one-armed black satin Calvin Klein gown.

KANYE WEST SUED FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT » Another day, another bogus lawsuit against my boy Kanye West. Kanye is being sued by a Maryland songwriter/producer for copyright infringement.

Dayna “D’Mystro” Staggs filed the lawsuit in Maryland District Court last week claiming West “didn’t obtain a license” to sample his record “Volume of Good Life” for the song featured on West’s third album, “Graduation,” reports WENN. In legal papers, Staggs states West “was only at the age of six or seven years of age” when his song was written. He has also objected to the “vulgar and offensive” images associated with the song, claiming it “harms the reputation” of his inoffensive tune.

Staggs seeks 85 percent of all world sales of the proceeds from “Good Life,” although he fails to detail exactly how he came up with that number, reports WENN. KIMORA LEE SIMMONS GETS THOSE DIVORCE PAPERS SIGNED » Fashion mogul Kimora Lee Simmons finally filed for divorce last Tuesday after being legally separated from her husband hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons for 2 years. The divorce papers cited “irreconcilable differences.” The two had been married for 7 years, and have 2 daughters together: Ming Lee (8 years old) and Aoki Lee (5 years old).

Kimora is said to be seeking legal and physical custody of the children. She requested that Russell Simmons be granted “reasonable child visitation,” but must be “accompanied at all times by the children’s nanny and security personnel.”

The New York Post’s popular gossip column, Page Six is reporting that fashion mogul Kimora Lee Simmons might be pregnant with her third child.

Kimora Lee Simmons finally has her long-sought-after bun in the oven. The demanding diva has been trying for a child with her lover, Djimon Honsou, and sources say the two have finally made magic. “She’s pregnant,” a source told us. A rep for Simmons couldn’t get a hold of her client for five days. Simmons already has two children, Ming and Aoki, by ex-husband Russell Simmons.

Djimon on Kimora: She’s the least high-maintenance lady I’ve ever dated.

Djimon on Kimora’s two children (Ming Lee and Aoki Lee Simmons): They’re great kids. I take my hat off to Kimora for the way she’s carried them along with her business. And Russell as well. It’s extremely commendable what they do with the kids.

Kimora on Djimon’s Calvin Klein Ad: That ad is hot as hell. And that body is sick. It’s really that way.

Kimora on their relationship: He’s a reality check for me, and I’m a fabulosity check for him. After my breakup, I thought, I don’t need anything. JAY-Z & BEYONCE

FYI: This list is in no particular order…

2007 is coming to a close, and we here at Think2wice thought it would be the perfect time to highlight some of the greatest moments, people, etc. of the past year! First up, is “Favorite Couples.” And you guessed it, Jay-Z and Beyonce are perched at the top of this list! These two cause a stir in the gossip blogs whenever their names are mentioned. It’s gotten to the point where we’ve given them one name … Jayonce. Despite both of their busy schedules, Jayonce still finds the time to spend time with each other, whether it be a sporting event, a week-long vacation, or just having dinner at one of NYC’s top restaurants. Recently, rumors sparked of the two being married after people spotted matching tattoos on their ring fingers (IV – “FOURever” ??), but those rumors were immediately shot down by one of Jay-Z’s reps. Who knows … they probably are married! Hell, didn’t Janet keep her marriage to that guy from the public for like 10 or more years? Anyhow, hate it or love it, Beyonce and Jay-Z are with each other for the long run, as long as they keep their relationship as private as it has been for the past 4 years.

T.I. & TINY

A “Favorite Couples” post could not exist without the presence of Clifford and Tameka. Oh, excuse me … T.I. and Tiny. These two have been off and on for some time now, and a lot of folks like seeing them together. They have a son together, and are rumored to have another one on the way. Earlier in the year, Tameka lost their would-be second child due to an unfortunate miscarriage. Ironically, a few days before this, the two were reported to have separated, but a week or so later … were back together again. No one knows if or when they will get married, but we all know that they genuinely love each other. Tiny even got arrested with her man! Now if that’s not a “ride or die chick” I don’t know what is. Sadly, we may not see these two together for the next few years. T.I. is currently on house arrest, and it looks like he’ll be getting at least 5 years in a Federal prison on weapons charges. But that’s only speculation. Only time will tell what the future holds for T.I. & Tiny.

NELLY & ASHANTI

I don’t know if they are in denial, don’t want us to know about them, or really are “just friends,” but Nelly and Ashanti sure do spend a lot of time together. Their whereabouts aren’t publicized like the afore mentioned, but never-the-less, these two make a great couple. There are (old) rumors circulating that their relationship is nothing more than a big ol’ publicity stunt, but you know out-of-hand some rumors get. There have been a few occasions where the two have been spotted out and about with each other on vacation, shopping at a jewelry store, hanging out in Beverly Hills, and even a few parties/random events. No one is sure when they’ll announce their relationship, but then again, Jay-Z and Beyonce never did. It’s just something everyone “knew” after a while. And so far, no one “knows 100%” whether Ashanti and Nelly are dating. But they are pretty close =)

According to The New York Post, Macy’s claims that they signed an agreement with Kimora to supply their store with her beauty products but she allegedly hiked up their prices and refused to pay back the extra profit. Macy’s lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last week. Damages being sought by the popular department were not revealed.

Like, real talk … she didn’t think she’d get caught?
