The comedian was kicked out of a Young Jeezy concert yesterday at the Celebrity Theater in Phoenix after getting into a scuffle with a local promoter. Peep the footage below:

Katt Williams may not be crazy as everyone says after all.

The comedian recently gave a family a brand new dog after his bodyguard shot theirs in a Jack-in-the-Box parking lot in Arizona.

It all went down June 24 when Katt’s tour bus pulled into a Jack-in-the-Box in Williams, Arizona. According to police, one of Katt’s bodyguards was bitten by a German shepherd — prompting the bodyguard to open fire twice … killing the dog.

The German shepherd — named Lester — was a retired police dog that had gotten loose during a walk with its owners. The family tells TMZ they were in shock when, “Katt Williams came outside and told us that he [the bodyguard] will be fired immediately.”

This is when it gets weird. The family says Katt went inside his tour bus and walked off with an 8 week old Mastiff … and offered it to them to replace the dead dog.

They accepted and then — shockingly — posed for a picture with Katt … and everyone was all smiles!

The family tells TMZ, “We are devastated right now,” and the new puppy can’t replace Lester. However, they are happy Katt stepped up and took responsibility.

They say they’ve named the puppy Bella — and they’re never going back to a Jack-in-the-Box again.

Katt Williams was interviewed by police, and was very cooperative. No charges have been filed against the bodyguard.

The comedian was arrested over the weekend in Palmdale, California after having a standoff with a tractor driver. (WTF?)

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a man doing tractor work on a Palmdale home where Katt was staying claims three women approached his vehicle and began attacking him with rocks and dirt clods around 4:30 Saturday afternoon.

The man, who says he suffered facial injuries in the attack, called his wife to pick him up — but when she arrived, Katt pulled up in an SUV and blocked their exit.   That’s when the man called 911.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. quickly arrived to the scene — arrested the women for assault with a deadly weapon and busted Katt for felony intimidating a witness.

Katt was hauled to a nearby station, where he was booked. Bail was set at $50,000.  Williams was released later that night.

Katt Williams doesn’t need goons for his problem……he has man’s best friend!

According to TMZ, the comedian is being ordered to pay an Atlanta producer $577,929 after he allegedly sicked his attack dog on the guy’s pet. (Now…..that’s good humor)

Merion Joseph Powers alleges that Williams became furious about a $28K bill he racked up in his studio…..and decided as a form of intimidation to bring his attack dog to the studio. He then gave the animal a signal to brutally attack Powers’ dog, which in the end suffered “substantial and nearly life-threatening injuries” from the incident.

No word has been released by Katt or his reps at the moment.

Just when we thought that negative news on Katt Williams had settled, here he is right back in the news. Apparently, two warrants have been issued for the famed comedian’s arrest after he allegedly punched someone at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta back in November. Why did Katt punch this person? Glad you asked!

We hear that some person by the name of Merion Powers owed Katt some money. Katt invited Powers to the hotel to talk about it, and eventually gave Merion a punch right to the nose. The cold part is that Merion Powers audio recorded the entire altercation on his phone.

According to the report, “Mr. Williams was on audio recording stating that he did physically strike Mr. Power’s once in the nose” and that Powers’ nose “did show signs of swelling.” Katt was never arrested — but warrants were issued on December 28.

There’s no word on when or if Katt Williams will turn himself in, but we will keep you posted.

A source connected with Katt claims it went down like this: Powers was attempting to extort the comedian over a musical recording made by Williams, and when Williams told Powers to pound sand, Powers’ pal called the hotel security, security called the cops, but the cops didn’t believe Powers and left without arresting Katt.

William Briggs (Katt’s attorney) told TMZ Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie, staying at the property of a friend and the movie’s producer, Barry Hankerson. ??Briggs says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barry’s employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had “full permission” to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.

Katt’s bond was set at $41,150.

A recent visit to Sumter, South Carolina led actor/comedian Katt Williams to admit himself into Tuomey Regional Medical Center. On Friday, the former MTV Wild N’ Out cast member turned up in Sumter to visit family members, who allegedly urged him to undergo a mental health evaluation for a possible hospital commitment. This comes after media reports surface of him falling out with BET over the Hip-Hop Awards, missing Conan O’Brien, and displaying odd and erratic behavior when on stage, or even when seen out in public.

Sumter Police Department Maj. Perry Herod said officers responded to a call in reference to suspicious behavior by Williams, 35, on Friday morning at the Mount Vernon Inn. “And officers did talk with him, and then my understanding is he went on his own to Tuomey Hospital,” Herod said. “Basically we just received a call in reference to a possible suspicious person, but that’s the extent of the dealings we had with him,” said Sumter Police Chief Patty Patterson.

Patterson said Williams was trying to acquire a room at the motel when hotel employees called at around 8:30 a.m. due to his strange attire: a bathrobe and a towel wrapped around his head. After determining no criminal activity was taking place, officers left. “He asked for some directions, which he was given, and we departed,” she said.

Williams appeared on the doorsteps of attorney Garryl Deas’ office at 201 N. Main St. around 9 a.m. Friday, after his encounter with police, according to Deas. Deas said the actor came and solicited the attorney’s help, though he said he has not been hired to represent Williams. During this brief conversation, Deas said Williams told him he felt the police were “attempting to violate his rights” and he was interested in retaining Deas’ representation. Williams also went on to talk about his entertainment career and revealed there were people who thought he was missing because he had failed to report to some engagements, Deas said. The actor said there were even rumors he had perished in a plane crash, which Deas said was obviously not true.

“He was alive and in color in my office this morning,” he said. Deas said he talked with Williams until about 9:30 a.m. when the attorney had to leave for a court appearance. Williams asked if he could wait for Deas, and Deas told him he could, Deas said. When Deas returned to his office at about 10:30 a.m., Williams was waiting for him. By this time, Deas said, Williams’ behavior had changed.

“His demeanor was a little troubled,” Deas said. He said the actor seemed “disoriented.” About that time, family or close friends of Williams arrived to try to take him to the hospital for mental evaluation, Deas said. He said the family was seeking to have the actor committed. He was under the impression the family members were a teenaged daughter and the daughter’s mother. Williams, however, did not want to listen to their urging that he visit the hospital, Deas said.

His erratic behavior continued. “He just said that he doesn’t trust anyone anymore,” Deas said. He said he thought “everyone has turned against him. He wasn’t really coherent.” By that point, the actor was “speaking gibberish,” Deas said, though he declined to guess whether the actor was intoxicated. Deas said the family was seeking an order from a probate judge to force him to be seen for a mental evaluation. Sumter Probate Judge Dale Atkinson, however, said neither he nor any of his staff issued a pickup order for anyone by the name of Katt Williams.

Sumter County Sheriff Anthony Dennis said, however, that an order was issued by the probate court and that because his department becomes involved with these type of matters, his office was called. Dennis said the call came in around noon and deputies arrived to transport Williams to the hospital. Though he was vocal in his desire not to go, Williams was not physically aggressive. She could not reveal whether Williams or his family had been in contact with them, but Kathleen Higgins, clinical director for Santee Wateree Mental Health Center, said in order for someone to be psychiatrically committed, one has to be assessed by a mental health worker, “and then a doctor has to sign the commitment papers.”

Two psychiatric physicians currently have privileges at Tuomey: Drs. William King and David Justice. Tuomey, however, would not provide any information on whether Williams was treated there. “I don’t have any information on that patient,” said Holly Chase in Tuomey’s public relations. To be committed, someone must be viewed as being at imminent risk of committing suicide or homicide, Higgins said. Should Williams be committed, he might go to a number of hospitals in South Carolina, including the G. Werber Bryan Psychiatric Hospital in Columbia or private institutions such as Three Rivers Behavioral Healthcare or Palmetto Health Baptist in Columbia, the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston or McLeod Regional Medical Center’s behavioral center in Darlington. Though these are not the only behavioral institutions in the state, they are the places local patients are most often sent, Higgins said.

Higgins said a legal commitment spans 72 hours, and after that time a patient must go before a judge to determine whether to be hospitalized or not. One of Williams’ most recent public appearances was at a sold-out performance at Carnegie Hall in New York City, which he made just in time, after being released from jail on weapons charges. He is scheduled to appear on Nov. 20 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas and on Dec. 31 in Detroit with comedian Steve Harvey. Williams has reportedly said the Dec. 31 show will be his last stand-up show.

His publicist Yvette Shearer, with Shearer Public Relations, did not return a call for comment by press time.

Wow, this is getting pretty serious! Keep this man in your prayers, everyone…

Police noticed that the SUV was missing a license plate and that three guns were in plain sight inside the vehicles. When Williams emerged from a nearby building, he told the cops that the vehicles were his, and the officers handcuffed him. Eighteen hours after being arrested, the comedian posted $25,000 bond and was released right around the time he was supposed to hit the stage at Carnegie Hall.

“Wearing baggy jeans and a satin shirt, [Williams] … spritzed himself with cologne and jumped into a black limo,” the paper reported. “Half an hour later, it screeched to a stop near the rear stage entrance on West 56th Street, and Williams, surrounded by bodyguards, jumped out and disappeared into the hall.”

Hitting the stage just over an hour late, Williams reportedly apologized to the audience, telling them, “I’m not moving at my usual pace. I just got out of jail 35 minutes ago.” He assured the audience that he raced to the show because of them, though, not for the payday. “I wasn’t thinking about the money — maybe because they paid me in advance.” [ SOURCE ]

So much illegal activity in one weekend. But as they say in show business, “the show much go on!”

No, he didn’t lose some bogus “dance-off” to T-Pain. No, he wasn’t arrested by the Feds. According to AOL BV’s Jawn Murray, comedian Katt Williams walked out during rehearsals after a spat with the show’s producer.

“Katt was disrespectful, difficult and demanding throughout the process and his unprovoked verbal lashing on the producer was unwarranted,” a source close to the production told Murray.

Apparently, the pint-sized comedian start the day off with an awry note after he arrived to rehearsals 3 hours late. And when a producer greeted him when his self-driven RV pulled up, he went off…

“He hopped out of his RV and went into a ‘do you know who I am’ rant. He was angry and wanted to know who called the union on him, because there had been an issue with Katt’s camp trying to over-schedule the backup dancers.”

Murray continues: “Apparently the Ohio-bred star of ‘First Sunday’ then went into rehearsal and acted as though nothing was wrong, but moments later abruptly stopped rehearsal and declared: ‘Someone owes me an apology. I’m sorry, I can’t go on without an apology.’ BET brass scrambled to resolve the situation.

“Williams lined up his entire staff and demanded that the network or someone from Cosette Productions have the unsuspecting producer apologize to each of them. Said producer refused, standing by the fact that Williams’ attack on her was unprovoked and superfluous.”

So Katt left rehearsals without his apology and said he wouldn’t return until someone gave it to him, which left BET producers in a bind because they didn’t have a host. This is where T-Pain steps in. Producers called the entertainer (is he a singer, or a rapper? lol) at about 1 A.M. the morning of the show, and thankfully for them, he agreed to it on such short notice.

So there you have it, folks! Katt Williams didn’t host the show because he’s a little bitch :) The show airs tonight at 8 PM Eastern.

Once again, our homie Necole Bitchie has the dirt on what really went down this weekend at the BET Hip-Hop Awards. She ran into comedian Katt Williams last night at an Atlanta bowling alley and discovered where the former awards show host was, which contradicts our previous post when we said he was scooped up by the Feds.

Necole: Hey Katt! What happened to you at the awards? They are saying you lost a bet to T-Pain

Katt: (gives me the “b*tch please” look) If anyone believes I’d bet my child support money on a break dancing contest with T-Pain, they must be stupid enough to think that I hangout with T-Pain

Necole: hmmm Ok, well here’s another one. I’m hearing you got arrested Saturday morning

Katt: (gives me the “do you really believe that?” look before he rolls his eyes then sips his drink)
