Juvenile is a wanted man in the state of Louisiana, TMZ reports.

The rapper is facing 90 days in prison because he owes more more than $160,000 in child support to a woman named Dionne Williams, the mother of his 13-year-old son.

According to TMZ, in the state of Louisiana, any father who fails to pay their child support — even if they are a famous rapper — are thrown in jail.

And Juvenile hasn’t paid his child support since December 2006. That’s over 5 years! (In case math isn’t your favorite subject.)

However … the judge ruled that if Juve forks over at least $50,000, he’ll hold off on throwing him in jail, which will give the rapper more time to cough up the rest of the money.

UPDATE: Juvenile says that he takes good care of his children and he doesn’t know why there’s a warrant out for his arrest over unpaid child support.

He tells TMZ:

“This is a bunch of bullsh*t. I was never informed that there was a warrant out for my arrest. My son stays with me most of the time … I take care of my son … I love my son.”

Previously, he released the following statement to The Source:

“I’m reaching out to my lawyer on that shit, thats not a good look thats some bullshit,” Juvenile states while reading the reports for the first time. “I ain’t worried about a thing, they aint making me look bad. They got to have proof of that shit.” Rebutting the reports stating, “I don’t know where TMZ be getting their info from but you need to follow up and make sure you got it right before you comment on something. I really don’t know where they got that bad info from truthfully. Warrant out for my arrest? I’m all over the city everyday… but for real who the f**k is TMZ anyway.”

Juvenile says he plans on fighting the allegations that he owes any child support, and his lawyer is currently “on it.”

Another day, another rapper busted with drugs….

Rapper Juvenile aka Terius Gray was arrested Saturday (Feb 26) in Louisiana for drug possession and driving on a suspended license.

According to TMZ, Juve was pulled over for doing 75 in a 65, and was busted on a simple possession charge after handing over a small bag of pot to officers.

He was released on $750 bond and is due in court on April Fool’s Day.

When cops showed up to Juve’s Arabi, Louisiana home, they found a bag with about an ounce of weed in it and they arrested him on the scene after the NOLA rapper admitted it was his pot. He was charged with misdemeanor possession and taken to jail, where he posted a $1,750 bond.

I feel horrible. I’m usually the type of person that gives people the benefit of the doubt 99% of the time, and unfortunately, I gave Juvenile the benefit of the doubt when I learned that he had not attended the funeral of his slain daughter. But after reading this letter Illseed posted at All Hip Hop my stomach turned in knots. The man never claimed his daughter, never had intentions of claiming her, and didn’t even have the decency or respect to attend her funeral. And to add insult to injury, the bastard performed in Augusta, GA just a few short hours after her funeral service. To know that her incarcerated uncle (the guy who sent the letter out) was somehow able to attend the services even makes the situation worse. Speaking of adding insult to injury and making the situation worse, how about NO ONE FROM JUVENILE’S FAMILY ATTENDED THE FUNERAL! Not his mother, none of his sisters/brothers, cousins … no one. They didn’t even send a flower or card and they didn’t even give them a call. It’s like she never existed to them. That’s fucking sad.

People need to realize that children don’t have anything to do with how or when they are brought into this world. They don’t choose their parents. Their parents choose to have them. It doesn’t matter whether or not the mother was a jump-off and you didn’t have any intentions on having a baby with her. That’s your damn child, no matter how much you deny them. That will NEVER change. I don’t plan on having any children until I’m married, or until I’m with the woman I want to marry, but if by some chance I do end up getting a girl pregnant before that happens, you best believe I am going to claim my child and be in their life.

I’m praying this information reach the right person to expose the truth about how Juvenile has used his deceased innocent daughter he ignored. My name is Dwayne Deleston and I’m the brother of Juvenile’s deceased baby mother Joy Deleston. It’s disturbing to know Juvenile never had a relationship with his deceased daughter but accepts the sympathy like he was a good daddy to the child. It’s not fair to the people who care. Juvenile and his family are receiving all the condolences like they cared about my sister and her kids. Juvenile didn’t have a father and daughter relationship with my niece. My sister tried for years to communicate with Juvenile and his family concerning Jelani since Jelani’s date of birth to Jelani’s unexpected date of death but Juvenile and his mother ignored his child.

Several days before the tragedy Juvenile told my sister, “he did not want nothing to do with her nor Jelani so stop sending pictures to his mother’s house because his wife didn’t know about Jelani and he is making arrangements to pay the owed excessive child support.” Jelani was before Juvenile’s marriage so his wife should have accepted her. That message Juvenile sent to his child before her death was heart-breaking to her and my family, and our Lord is my witness. In the eyes of the Lord, Juvenile will weep what he sow because he did not have a reasonable reason to deny Jelani. His wife should ask him what else is he hiding from her.

For Juvenile to tell his mother to ignore one of his kids is cruel and unusual for a grandmother to do as she was told. I’m revealing a reality check. Juvenile never spoke to his daughter, he never was there for his daughter when she needed him the most nor did he come to her funeral without a reasonable reason not to. Juvenile’s family was not at the funeral to show their sympathy. Juvenile nor someone from his family sent flowers nor a card nor called my mother to give their condolences.

Juvenile saying, “he’s shocked and devastated” after hearing about my sister an her daughters death is hard to believe. Juvenile did a show hours after his daughter’s funeral in Augusta, G.A. The final moment his daughter was on earth he did not witness because he did not care about her. Juvenile said, “he is a star and he did not want the attention on him at the funeral.” I’m incarcerated and I made it to the funeral, thanks to the understanding Warden and staff who participated in making sure I was present at the funeral.

Three innocent people was killed. These killings got my family puzzled but all we have to do is continue to have faith in our Lord. There’s a reason for everything and God knows everybody’s heart. Juvenile needs to apologize to his deceased daughter Jelani and Jelani’s mother for wrongfully ignoring Jelani when she reached out to him. Juvenile needs to realize what’s in his heart reflects on the outside. I greatly appreciate your condolences in light of my loved ones death. May God bless you. This information is to inform you, you gave condolences to Juvenile and his family but they did not love his innocent daughter that was murdered.

Personally I feel Juvenile used everybody’s sympathy for his selfish means and its best for the people to know the truth. Juvenile ignored his innocent daughter without a reasonable excuse and I can not support someone like him.

This dirty mother fucker deserves the WORST FATHER OF ALL-TIME AWARD. An award a lot of men in this world deserve. I believe this will be the last time Think2wice posts anything about Juvenile. I’m through.

Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., a 17-year-old high school sophomore, has been arrested and charged with allegedly killing his mother, Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Deputy Joy Deleston (age 39), and his two younger sisters, Micaiah (age 11) and Jelani (age 4). Young Jelani just so happens to be the daughter of former Cash Money recording artist Juvenile. The Central Gwinnett High School student has been booked on three counts of murder and three counts of aggravated assault and is being held in the DeKalb County Jail.

“It is heartbreaking to lose someone in the way that we lost her,” Gwinett County Sheriff Butch Conway told WSB-TV Channel 2. “I am very angry that these three lives were so violently taken from us in a totally senseless and cowardly act.”

According to a statement released by Juvenile’s spokeswoman, the rapper was “extremely saddened to hear the reports.” At press time, he had no further comment. My condolences go out to the families of these victims, including Juvenile, and we here at Think2wice ask that you all keep them in your prayers.
