Adding to the ever-growing list of celebrities who are deciding to bring in the year 2012 with engagements is Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, who are….you guessed it….engaged to be married.

After a series of break-ups and make-ups, US Weekly reports that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have finally decided to make their romance official, and get married:

Several insiders tell the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands Friday) that the couple of four and a half years became engaged in late December.

Timberlake, a six-time Grammy winner, popped the question to Biel, 29, in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming. “Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place,” one insider explains.

After a brief three-month split in 2011, Biel made it clear that she wanted to spend her life with Timberlake, 30. “When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step.”

Another Timberlake insider adds that he’s “never been happier” with the New Year’s Eve actress. “He knew it was the right time to propose.”

Don’t get your hopes up kids. Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis are NOT sexting each other, which means that those rumors of Mila having any kind of “inappropriate photos” of JT … are totally false.

“At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. … The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false,” reps for both stars said in a statement to People.com.

“We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email account that has not existed in three years. In regards to the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties.”

The statement continued, “In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn’t make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them.”

Also, “Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession.”

On Wednesday evening in NYC at his Southern Hospitality restaurant, Justin Timberlake surprised diners with an off the cuff concert.

A few short hours before taking to the stage, the “Friends with Benefits” actor took to his Twitter to inform fans that he would be performing. No doubt people rushed down to the eatery to catch the show. A few celebs were even spotted in the crowd, including famous newlyweds Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian, along with actress Emma Roberts.

After winding down when singing “What Goes Around” he said to the crowd with a smile, “Thanks for your help. It’s been a long time.”

The very next night, JT sang back-up for progressive Hip-Hop/Rock/Soul band Free Sol at their 901 Silver Tequila concert at Irving Plaza, and he must have caught the performance bug once again, because he performed an array of his own hits such as “Like I Love You,” “Dead & Gone,” and “Cry Me a River.”

“I’m too old for this sh-t!” he joked when performing. “For the record, I’m not trying to become a serious actor you f—ers!” he blurted out, hinting at a possible return to music.

Despite breaking off their high-profile relationship earlier this year, former couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel reunited earlier this week for a fun afternoon of bike riding in Toronto.

A close friend to Timberlake said Tuesday, “Justin feels right about things with Jessica. He knows he’s tough to live with and has a mercurial personality, but the two of them have a very strong love for each other.”

“Justin also believes that she is the only woman who truly understands him and will be able to roll with the punches — able to keep their relationship going, living in the fishbowl existence that celebrities are forced to deal with.”

The duo was spotted in Martha’s Vineyard last week before ferrying to the Hamptons Friday, according to spies. With Hurricane Irene threatening to dampen the mood, it seems they didn’t stay long.

After being seen at a Westhampton deli Saturday, the two high-tailed it out of the country on a jet. Sunday morning, spies north of the border say that Timberlake and Biel were brunching at Toronto hipster haunt Swan.

“They were there for about 45 minutes,” said a source. “They were in baseball caps and sunglasses, but everyone recognized them. Everyone acted very Canadian and left them alone.” Other sources said that last week Biel was telling friends that she and “her boyfriend” were “going on a vacation.”

The couple broke off their four-year relationship in March, but then went to see a play, “Sleep No More,” together in Chelsea this month. Biel’s rep had no comment. Timberlake’s rep did not return calls.

In the middle of a press conference in Moscow, Russia to promote her new movie “Friends with Benefits,” actress Mila Kunis fell out with a Russian reporter who questioned Kunis’ co-star Justin Timberlake about him pursuing an acting career over his singing career.

When asked in Russian why JT was acting instead of making more music, an offended Kunis, who was born in Russia and moved to the U.S. when she was 7, shot back at the reporter in FLUENT RUSSIAN! She said something like: “Why movies? Why not? What kind of question is that? Why are you here?”

Timberlake clearly didn’t know what was going on until the translator could catch him up with the English version, but once he finally understood the situation, he pointed at Mila Kunis and said with a laugh: “This is my bodyguard.”

Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon are back with “History of Rap 2!”

Last night, the pair covered a medley of rap hits on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

Following in the footsteps of his “Friends with Benefits” co-star Mila Kunis, Justin Timberlake has accepted his own invitation to the upcoming Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, North Carolina.

“I’ll tell you what, I accept,” Timberlake said a press junket for his new movie in Cancun, Mexico. “But not because she shouted out one of my songs, which I do love, and not because she had all those beefcake military guys behind her to intimidate me.”

So why did he accept the invite? “I don’t get asked out. Ever. So I was very flattered by that,” he said jokingly. “If my schedule works out to do it, I’d love to do it. It’s an honor,” he continued.

When Mila Kunis accepted her invitation to the ball (with some encouragement from Justin), people questioned if she would be able to make the date, since she will be filming a movie at the time. But despite all of that, Kunis confirmed that she will be attending the November 18th ball with Sgt. Scott Moore.

“Never did I say that I was not going,” Kunis told reporters at the ‘Friends with Benefits’ press junket.

After Mila Kunis made headlines accepting an invitation from a marine to accompany him to the upcoming Marine Corps Ball in North Carolina … a female Marine has decided to try her luck with Mila’s “Friends with Benefits” co-star Justin Timberlake by inviting him to attend the ball with her.

In a viral video posted to YouTube, Corporal Kelsey De Santis, currently serving as the only female at the Martial Arts Center for Excellence (MACE) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, asked JT to be her date for the big event on  November 12th.

“Who did Justin Timberlake’s mom catch him having sex with?” is the question burning in everyone’s minds following a revelation in a recent interview for the August 2011 issue of Elle Magazine.

The “Friends with Benefits” star told Elle: “I was caught … My mom wasn’t cool about it. I was too young to be in bed with a girl.” But who was he caught with? Could it have been one of his former girlfriends Britney Spears or Black Eyed Peas front-woman Fergie?

Timberlake dated Spears when they were 18 … but they met when they were just 12 on the set of “The Mickey Mouse Club.” As far as Fergie is concerned, Justin dated her prior to his relationship with Spears when he was 16 and she was 23.

Justin Timberlake’s reps have declined to comment, according to Page Six.

According to reports, the couple have rekindled their romance. A source told Us Weekly they are “Quietly seeing each other again”, and continued “They have been talking the whole time and decided to give it another shot. Jessica really wanted to get back together with him and Justin realized single life is not what it’s cracked up to be.”

Their 4 year romantic liaison came to an end back in March. But it seems the famous pair couldn’t keep away from each other. “They’re just spending time together and taking things slowly”, another source added.

MySpace has been sold!

Specific Media bought the once popular social networking site for $35 million Wednesday, which is a lot less than the $100 million News Corp had hoped to sell for, and a hell of a lot less than the $580 million they paid for it in 2005. (And even more less than the $1 billion dollars it was once valued at.)

Just a few years ago, MySpace was “THE” social networking site. But in recent years, the site has fallen behind other social media sites like Facebook and Twitter in terms of popularity and overall growth.

Now, fast forward to 2011 and MySpace is desperate to get back back on people’s good side. So desperate, in fact, that they are now teaming up with Justin Timberalake, who is buying a controlling stake in the company.

The singer-turned-actor and new owners Specific Media want to incorporate original music, video and programming into the site in an effort to turn it into a major entertainment portal.

“There’s a need for a place where fans can go to interact with their favorite entertainers, listen to music, watch videos, share and discover cool stuff and just connect,” Justin Timberlake said in a statement. “MySpace has the potential to be that place. Art is inspired by people and vice versa, so there’s a natural social component to entertainment.”

Justin, who last year appeared in “The Social Network” (aka the Facebook movie), will play an active part in overhauling MySpace, which is also set to feature “socially-activated” advertising campaigns.

“We look forward to partnering with someone as talented as Justin Timberlake, who will lead the business strategy with his creative ideas and vision for transforming MySpace,” the company’s CEO Tim Vanderhook said in a statement. “This is the next chapter of digital media, and we are excited to have a hand in writing the script.”

Under the terms of the deal, News Corp will keep a less than 10 percent stake in MySpace. The company will also receive a private equity stake in Specific Media.

Justin Timberlake may be more like his role in the “Social Network” than we thought. Well, kinda…

The R&B/Pop singer revealed in a recent Playboy interview that he is a casual pot-smoker.

“Absolutely. The only thing pot does for me is it gets me to stop thinking. Sometimes I have a brain that needs to be turned off. Some people are just better high.”

JT went on to add that he took a few months off from smoking after being pranked in an episode of “Punk’d.”

“Yeah. I actually stopped smoking pot for nine to 10 months after that. I was so stoned. If you ask my friends, if they’re honest they would probably say that’s the only way to get me as dizzy as I was. What you didn’t see from the episode, because it was a 45-minute affair cut down to 10 minutes, was me showing up and being like, “What the fuck are you people doing on my property? Get the fuck off my property! Get the fuck out of here!” Then they started rattling off my parents’ address, and I was like, “Holy shit. Hold on a second.” I mean, everybody was got good on that show—me probably the best.”

Justin Timberlake opens up about what his ex-girlfriend Jessica Biel means to him, his past relationship with Pop star Britney Spears (who he says he hasn’t talked to in “9 or 10 years”), and what it was like being a teenage superstar in the upcoming July 2011 issue of Vanity Fair Magazine. According to the new US Weekly it seems so! The gossip mag reports that newly single Hollywood A-listers Justin Timberlake and Ashley Olsen were spotted at an SNL after-party at the very trendy Greenwich Hotel, at two Broadway shows, and a polo match.

Sounds like the smooth talking JT might be pulling out all the romantic stops for the blonde Soho beauty.

Besides both ending long-term relationships in March, JT and Ashley were both child superstars who’ve tried to maintain private-ish lifestyles in adulthood.

Despite the fact that a source says they are just trying to keep it “on the down-low,” Justin’s rep denies a romance.

Knowing Justin’s track record with the ladies, this could just be another fling. Although another source says Ashley is “aware of Justin’s reputation” but feels “they’re in the same head space.”

Over the weekend, “Saturday Night Live” aired its season finale, which saw platinum selling crooner Justin Timberlake take the reigns as the evening’s host, and fellow pop sensation Lady Gaga as the musical guest.  And we must say … these two pop megastars totally KILLED IT!

“Bring It Down” Part 2: JT’s 2009 “Bring It on Down to Plasticville” sketch, in which he wore a breast implant costume, was one of his most popular to date. And he took it to the next level Saturday night by dressing up as a beer bottle and singing odes to “Liquorville,” while Kristin Wiig sang in a teabag costume. Lady Gaga later comes out to help Justin … dressed in a wine bottle!

Gaga Baby: The singer performed hits like “Judas,” and “Edge of Glory,” then it was no surprise that she’d sing her mega hit “Born This Way” as her final number. What was surprising was that she came out with a pregnant belly partway through her performance, then gave birth onstage … to glitter!

What most women (who are honest with themselves) already know, Justin Timberlake has only just realized that the “friends with benefits” notion may seem like a good theory on paper, but in practice does not work.

In a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote his new flick fittingly entitled “Friends With Benefits” along with co-star Mila Kunis, the upcoming actor admitted: “It’s a really good idea until it becomes a bad idea. It probably becomes a bad idea really fast.”

The concept of the new film is about two friends who decide to hook-up without worrying about the repercussions of their actions.

And while Kunis didn’t seem to comment on the subject (Justin has been romantically linked to her in recent months), Timberlake said of his new movie: “I think that everybody could probably agree with us when we say, that if you’re going to be intimate with someone at some point somebody’s going to feel something.”

Since recently splitting with his girlfriend Jessica Biel, Timberlake has been linked to everyone from co-star Mila Kunis to Olivia Wilde, and everyone in between!

According to In Touch Magazine a friend of Timberlake’s told them: “He’s keeping his hair super-short so no one notices. He’s using specially formulated shampoo to promote hair growth. He certainly doesn’t want to go bald!”

Mila Kunis is being careful about her rumored romance with Justin Timberlake. Insiders reveal that the “Black Swan” actress is slowing things down with the “Sexy Back” singer because she doesn’t want to be labled as a “home wrecker.”

Justin ended his relationship with Jessica Biel after falling for Mila as the two filmed and promoted their new movie “Friends with Benefits.” But Kunis, who just a few months back confirmed that she had broken up with her boyfriend of 8 years Macaulay Culkin, doesn’t want things to move fast … at least right now.

“She doesn’t want to be seen as a home wrecker,” a source told Britain’s Now magazine. “She’s into monogamy so she ended it with Macaulay because she was attracted to Justin. But she doesn’t want to be another one of his conquests, so she’s asked for space. Justin agrees they should wait a while out of respect for Jessica.”

Last week, Justin Timberlake and his beau of two years, Jessica Biel, announced to the world that the two had officially parted ways. Now US Weekly claims to have an insider who has the true scoop behind the split.

Timberlake, 30, “had been aggressively trying to end things” with the actress, 29, since the Golden Globes Jan. 16, one source close to the singer tells the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday.

Justin’s pal goes on to add:

“…He hasn’t been happy with Jessica for close to two years.” (The couple got together in January 2007, shortly after Timberlake’s split from Cameron Diaz) “You’d be surprised at how soon the love was lost on this one,” the friend continues. “Justin said he was miserable.”

Timberlake allegedly finally fessed up to his feelings about the relationship shortly after his birthday on January 31st.

“He just said he didn’t want to marry her and it didn’t feel right,” another source says. Biel, the source says, was blindsided. “It just stung her in the heart. He didn’t admit the cheating, even though we all knew it,” claims the insider.

Whew, that’s a mouthful right there! If this blabbermouth truly is Justin’s friend, we’d never want to meet Justin’s enemies…

Last week, Justin Timberlake and his girlfriend of more than 2 years Jessica Biel, announced that they were no longer. Since then, rumors have begun to swirl that the reason behind the split, was none other Justin’s  hot Friends with Benefits costar, Mila Kunis.

Not true, says a source close to 30-year-old Timberlake:

“Mila had nothing to do with their break-up,” the source says. “In fact, no one came between them. They decided their relationship ran its course and it was time to move on.”

“They’re not in a relationship,” the source continued. “They star in a movie called Friends with Benefits but they’re just friends. That’s it. They are not together.”

Surrrrrreeee. ”Just Friends”….with benefits! (Mhmm) She say he’s just a friend….she say he’s just a friend…..oooooo baby youuuuu…. (LOL!)

It has not been more than 2 minutes since Justin Timberlake split from his girlfriend of 3 ½ years Jessica Biel and reports are already surfacing that his eyes have wondered over to actress Mila Kunis.

After dating for nearly four years, the couple have decided to call it quits. But a source tells PEOPLE that despite the break up…the pair remain good friends.

“There are no hard feelings. It was completely mutual and they both decided it was time to move on,” the source stated.

Reps for both Justin and Jessica also confirmed the split.

“Addressing the media speculation regarding Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s relationship, we are confirming that they mutually have decided to part ways. The two remain friends and continue to hold the highest level of love and respect for each other.”

JT is probably riding around in his car right now blasting Lil Wayne‘s “I’m Single.” Gotta keep it movin’, pimpin!

The “LoveStoned” singer said in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly:

“I’m planning to spend some time in the studio this summer. I feel like I’m always writing music and working on songs. But to make an album, you have to find a group of songs that speak to something that might not be on the radio currently and make sense for you personally.”

It has been 5 years since Timberlake’s last album FutureSex/LoveSounds was released, so when does he think the new album will be ready?

“It’s right around the corner, I think.”

Last night (Feb 27th)  the 83rd Annual Academy Awards took place at Los Angeles’ famed Kodak Theater and Pop sensation turned Hollywood favorite Justin Timberlake was on hand for all the festivities seeing as his international hit “The Social Network” was up for best picture. When asked what it was like shooting sex scenes with the “Black Swan” beauty, Justin responded:

“That’s an easy thing to do”. “I think I could speak for all the men in the world when I say that’s the easy part. [...] Honestly, it was a golden opportunity to find a lot of humor that maybe hasn’t been portayed in film—in bed and on film,” he continued. “We found a lot of jokes. Justin Timberlake recently sat down with actress Amanda Seyfried about her latest role in the upcoming film ‘Red Riding Hood‘ and they discussed the stigma that comes with being an actor and a singer. And he wants us all to know that he’s not an a** hole.

“I actually find it liberating to give up control,” said Timberlake. “It’s nice for me. What’s been more of a battle for me throughout the process of moving into acting is that I feel like I have to keep reassuring people that I’m not an a**hole. There is a stigma that comes from being on stage and being a musician.

“Whatever you do as a musician, no matter how good it is, somebody somewhere is going to s**t on it,” Timberlake added. “You put your heart on your sleeve, and what will happen will happen. But it’s like that for any artist. You do a painting, you take a photograph, it’s the same. That’s how artistry works.”

The duo also discussed Seyfried’s musical past and working with Gary Oldman and the actress even let him know a secret about what she was wearing (or not wearing) during the interview:

“I think I should mention that I’m not wearing any clothes.”

To which Timberlake jokingly responded:

“Well, if that’s how you’d like to be interviewed, then that’s totally fine.”

A new song from Justin Timberlake has leaked on the web. The track is titled “Take You Down”…..and is reportedly produced by the Neptunes. No word on what this is for, whether it’s a “demo” or a an actual JT song. But in any event….check it out below!

In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, Timberlake, a former Mickey Mouse Club member, admits that his fans sometimes consider him a traitor for starring in so many movies over the past decade or so, instead of making music and releasing albums (other than his 2002 debut Justified and 2006′s FutureSex/LoveSounds).

“They’re looking at me like, ‘Why aren’t you staying with one path?’ ” he said. “They look at me like I’m ungrateful for my music career because I want to do film.”

Justin, whose latest movie “Yogi Bear” opened in theaters last weekend, says that he’s always wanted to act, and added that his fans were just as riled up as they are now when he decided to leave NSYNC and become a solo artist.

“I faced the same feelings when I went solo,” he explained. “I had the same obstacles in music. I still do. But I feel like I should pose the question to everyone else: If you had this opportunity, what would you do with it? Entertaining is in my blood. I make no bones about the fact that I have always wanted to work in the forum of film. I take this seriously. I’ll be 30 in January, and I’m saying to myself, ‘If I’m going to do this, I need to do it now.’

“I don’t know what a pop ‘career’ is,” JT continued. “I just wanted to be in music. I don’t necessarily crave to be a movie star. I just want to be an actor. I don’t look at it as a career — I just feel lucky. That’s not to say I’m going to take every opportunity that comes up. But now I have more chance to plot out a path.”

Timberlake assures his fans that he isn’t done with music just yet, but they’ll have to be patient with him because he just simply CANNOT do two things at the same time, and he says the music would “suck.”

“I hope I’m not done (with music). For some reason I keep getting asked that question a lot, like I’ve said, ‘I’m never doing music again’. And I hope not. I’m a male and I lack the ability to do two things at the same time. And I can tell you that the day that I comprehended that, my life became a lot easier! I just feel like when you’re doing a film like I’m doing now, you immerse yourself, you embody that character and… it’s such a transformation mentally that trying to write music at the same time… it would suck!”

Justin Timberlake is rumored to land an Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of Napster founder Sean Parker in the summer 2010 blockbuster “The Social Network.”

Following a reported injury, Justin Timberlake returned to work on Monday (Dec 13) on his new movie “Now” in Los Angeles.

Filming of the movie with co-star Amanda Seyfried had been shortly postponed until Timberlake’s recuperation of an injury he suffered on set. The singer/actor seems to be recovered now and was seen acting silly at the recent Yogi Bear 3-D movie premiere.

The premiere for the new Warner Brothers movie “Yogi Bear 3-D” was in full effect on Saturday (Dec 11) in Westwood, CA.

The event, which was held at the Mann Village Theatre, pulled in many stars but the one that stood out the most was none other than Justin Timberlake. The star seems to be fully recovered from an injury he suffered while filming a movie on set and word has it he is getting back to work today.  JT looks like he was having fun chillin’ with Yogi and Boo Boo and posing for photos with kids while giving them bunny ears.

Warner Bros. pictures released the official trailer for “Yogi Bear,” an upcoming 3D live action/CGI film adaptation of the iconic Hanna-Barbera cartoon series known as “The Yogi Bear Show” last week. Dan Akroyd stars as Yogi Bear while Justin Timberlake plays Boo Boo in the film. According to Wiki, the plot for the new movie reads:

It’s mating season for Jessica Biel and her boyfriend Justin Timberlake! Sources say the 28-year-old actress is more than ready and willing to get married and start a family right away with JT.

“Jessica is desperate to settle down and have kids,” said one insider. “And ideally she’d like it to be with Justin. She’s been on at him for weeks about starting a family. Ideally she’d like to get married, too, but she’s told Justin she’ll happily settle for just a baby.”

Late last year, Justin and Jessica’s relationship went south and the pair almost called it quits. But after they took some time apart from each other, they decided they couldn’t do without one another and decided give love another chance.

Over 83 million people tuned in last Friday night (Jan 22) to catch the Hope for Haiti Now telethon, which aired live and commercial-free on several major networks and was also streamed real-time online. The effort was spearheaded by MTV Networks, actor George Clooney and rapper/singer Wyclef Jean (who is from Haiti himself) in an effort to raise awareness and relief for the troubled country of Haiti, who suffered a massive earthquake earlier this month. According to recent numbers, over $61 million in pledges were made by members of the general public. Organizers will continue to take contributions for the next six months.

Celebrities who helped out by either performing or taking phone calls from pledges (or both) included Jay-Z, Rihanna, Bono from U2, Taylor Swift, Denzel Washington, Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson and tons more. Big name stars like Beyonce, Madonna, Jay-Z, Rihanna and more are scheduled to perform in what’s beginning to look like a dress rehearsal for the upcoming 2010 Grammy Awards.

The stars mentioned, among others, will take part in a two-hour televised telethon today (Fri. Jan 22) called “Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief.” The show will air on all major cable networks beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern and will feature musical performances from all over the world from folks like Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Shakira, Taylor Swift, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake and proud Haiti native Wyclef Jean.

The show, which in the United States will begin at 8 p.m. Eastern time on all the major networks and on cable channels, is to feature musical performances from multiple locations: Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Shakira and Wyclef Jean will play in New York, while in London Bono and the Edge of U2 will collaborate with Jay-Z and Rihanna, with Coldplay also slated to perform. The program in Los Angeles is to include performances by Stevie Wonder, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake and a collaboration among Keith Urban, Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow. Songs from the telethon will be for sale on iTunes for 99 cents beginning Saturday, will all proceeds going to a number of relief organizations.
