For the fourth time this year … comedian Kevin Hart made an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

During his stop, in addition to talking about his new comedy tour, the funnyman also spoke on his kids attending an all-white school, not having a New Year’s resolutions, a funny experience he had with horseback riding, and more.

Selena Gomez was rushed to the hospital Friday night (Jun 10) following an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

The 18-year-old singer/actress was taken to a Los Angeles Hospital after experiencing symptoms like nausea and a severe headache, and is still undergoing tests for her mystery illness. “Last night after Selena’s appearance on The Tonight Show she wasn’t feeling well and was taken to the hospital. She is currently undergoing routine tests,” her reps said in a statement.

In the interview with Jay Leno, Selena talked about her new boyfriend Justin Bieber passing the “mom test” and her new movie “Monte Carlo.”

While speaking to Jay Leno Monday in a surprise Tonight Show appearance that will air Tuesday night, embattled actress Lindsay Lohan, was a studio audience favorite upon her arrival, and even received a standing ovation.

During her visit Lilo spoke on her 120 day sentence in connection with a probation violation for taking a necklace from a Venice Beach jeweler.

“At what point did you realize, ‘Oh my God, I could lose this, this could slip away from me?’” Leno asked Lohan, to which she responded:

“I think that when, you know, being young and being in the position I was in, you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have and it’s all kind of a whirlwind, and people make decisions for you,” Lohan said. “But I’m not a kid anymore — I’m 24, I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that. I’m in the clear now, and as long as I stay focused, I can achieve what I want to achieve.”

Lady Gaga made a guest appearance last night on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” to discuss her new single, her Grammy wins (which she proudly showed off with her brand new trophies), her outrageously genius entrance on the red carpet Sunday night at the Grammys and more.

Jamie Foxx made one hell of an entrance on Wednesday night’s episode of “Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

The R&B singer/actor stopped by to promote his new album Best Night of My Life…….and kept host Jay Leno in stitches as he spoke on everything from the most romantic thing he has ever done for a woman to reprising his role as Wanda from “In Living Color” in his next film. Jamie also did a hilarious impression of Mo’Nique….and performed a medley of his singles “Fall For Your Type” and “Yep Dat’s Me“.

Rapper Big Boi paid a visit to “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” Wednesday night (Jul 7) to promote his brand new album Sir Luscious Left Foot: the Son of Chico Dusty, which dropped the day before. After chopping it up with Jay Leno, the Outkast alumnus hit the stage to perform his single “Shutterbug.” Sir Luscious Left Foot has been projected to only move about 50k – 60k units this week.

Our girl Monica gave late-night TV audiences a taste of her chart-topping album Still Standing by performing the album’s latest single “Everything to Me” on last night’s episode (Mon. Apr 5) of the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Mo’s sixth studio album, titled Still Standing, is currently in the No. 1 position on the Billboard Hip-Hop/R&B charts and is No. 2 (under Justin Bieber‘s “My World 2.0″) on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Kicking off her promotional tour for her new movie “Why Did I Get Married Too?”, singer/actress Janet Jackson appeared on NBC’s the Tonight Show with Jay Leno Thursday night (Mar 18). In the 8 minute interview (split up in 2 parts), Janet talks to Leno about her life, her new book “True You” about why her weight goes up down and more. She also touched a bit on a past experience when she was asked to lose weight as a child on “Good Times.”

In the second clip, Ms. Jackson talks more about the new movie and how her brother passing affected the emotion she had in certain scenes in the new film. They also show a sneak preview of a scene in the Tyler Perry directed movie.

Meanwhile, we hear that her new single “Nothing,” produced by Jermaine Dupri, will be featured on the “Why Did I Get Married Too?” soundtrack as well as her upcoming album. The track, co-produced by Bryan-Michael Cox, will be available for purchase on iTunes March 30th. Speaking on the track, JD was quoted as saying: “You haven’t heard Janet sound like this in a long time and I think the song is perfect for the movie. It’s a really good record.”

We’re sure you’ve caught wind of all the drama surrounding NBC’s late night talk show, Jay Leno and the newly departed Conan O’Brien. NBC recently experimented with the idea of giving Jay’s show the 11:30 PM slot and bumping Conan’s show to midnight. But Conan wasn’t having that so he walked away from the network with a $33 million check.

And now Jay Leno has been painted as a “bad guy” so he went on Oprah to respond to everyone who is saying that he should take the blame for Conan O’Brien’s exit. Here’s what Jay Leno told Oprah during his appearance on her show Thursday (Jan 28):

“I always felt I was doing the right thing,” Jay said, looking puzzled.  “How can you do the right thing and have it go so wrong?”  He said he remembered thinking, “Maybe I’m doing something wrong if this many people are angry and upset over a television show. I had a show. My show got canceled. … Who wouldn’t take that job? …  I think I’m a good guy. Am I not a good guy?

“I wasn’t the reason. The reason was ratings.”

And here’s what Oprah had to say about the situation:

Oprah said, “This is what I think: I’m really surprised that so many people are against you. I think people don’t understand the way television works. I could understand people thinking you were selfish if you owned the show. People think you stole the show when in fact it wasn’t your show to steal.”

Halle Berry is letting it be known that she is not pregnant, contrary to rumors that popped up recently about her and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry expecting their second little one. When she sat down and Jay told her how great she looked, she thanked him noting the recent pregnancy rumors and explaining to him how she was beginning to get a complex on how she looked.

The hot mama stepped out in a skin-tight little black dress on Jay Leno’s new NBC primetime show on Thursday – and there wasn’t a baby bump in sight. The 43-year-old gave birth to her daughter Nahla just last March, but a couple of less than flattering pix recently sparked rumors that the Academy Award-winner was preggers once again. “I was getting a complex!” she told Leno, blaming fast food for the temporary weight gain. “I was like, I’ve got to stop with the burgers, or something!” she said.

Well, whatever she did worked! Berry looked stunning in cinched frock with a plunging neckline that left little to the imagination, paired with knee-high black leather boots. “You look great!” said Leno, reassuring her that “You always look terrific.” Granted, she and her partner, model Gabriel Aubry, 34, have been vocal about someday expanding their family – just maybe not anytime soon. Berry purposely posed sideways for the cameras on Thursday to flaunt her fab – and flat-tummied – physique.

She’s also reportedly signing up for a new feature film, according to Variety, which reports the actress is set to star in the upcoming action-thriller “Dark Tide,” to begin shooting in South Africa later this year – a rather intense project for a mommy-to-be.

Following his much publicized outburst at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, rapper Kanye West sat down with famous TV personality Jay Leno for a short interview aired on the live premiere of Leno’s new primetime show, “The Jay Leno Show” Monday night. In the interview, a very somber Kanye West apologized (for the third time) and explained his side of the situation while making sure he wasn’t trying to justify his own actions.

When Leno recalled meeting West’s late mother Dr. Donda West (who passed away in November 2007) and asked Kanye what she would have thought about his actions Sunday night (Sep 13) at the VMAs, the Chicago bred rapper sat silent for more than 20 seconds to try and compose himself. The live audience was also dead silent as they wanted to hear what Kanye had to say.

“Obviously, I deal with hurt, and so many celebrities, they never take the time off, and I never took the time off, really,” West explained. “I’ve really never taken the time off. It’s been music after music and tour after tour. And I’m just ashamed my hurt caused someone else hurt.”

Leno said West asked to speak prior to the Jay-Z-led performance and thanked the superstar for honoring the commitment to perform. West said the past 24 hours had been extremely difficult for him. He said he immediately knew his behavior was inappropriate and apologized for stepping on Swift’s emotion, as the young starlet was jittery onstage celebrating her big VMA win. “It was just very rude, period,” West said. “I’d like to apologize to her in person.”

Leno tried to lighten the mood at times, asking West when he knew his protest crossed the line. “As soon as I gave the mic back to her and she didn’t keep going,” he said to a small laugh from the audience. West, however, was anything but humorous throughout his three minutes with Leno. He teared up when the talk-show host brought up his late mother, whom he lost in November 2007 due to complications following cosmetic surgery. The rapper addressed his broken engagement and mother’s passing in his last album, 808s & Heartbreak, but he’s attempted to deal with his emotions onstage rather than behind closed doors.

Now, he appears to be ready to confront some buried pains in private. “I have to analyze how I’m gonna make it through the rest of this life and improve,” he said.
